  I have a laptop HP ProBook 6455 b.  Last weekend I just upgraded from Vista to Win 7 Enterprise 64-bit.

  Device Manager shows 3 entries under other devices without drivers for.  I tried to select the option "update driver software", but he could not find the driver.

  Hi gang,.

  I recently had to send my laptop for hp because of a battery problem.  Not wanting to send my private files, I copied the and did a reformat using the recovery system.  Everything seemed fine until I went to edit a photo using Corel paintshop, and it was not found.  I started thinking that maybe I had just installed another program of painting such as GIMP, but while they were inspecting the record lists:

  Corel PaintShop Pro Photo X 2; Corel Video Studio X 2

  that are installed since the restoration.  Is it possible to install these disks I made when I bought the machine?  This isn't something like I saw in another post that suggested that advertising would not and programs are supposed to never be on this particular machine, these programs have been installed before when I bought the machine.

  You are not the first to complain about a problem similar to this one.  The recovery partition is set to restore the computer to factory settings.  This is a common configuration on all computers in a similar line and of course the 'Corel PaintShop Pro Photo X 2; Corel Video Studio X 2 "programs were extras or addons.  Search for the installation discs reinstall the programs.  It is probably necessary for keys activate once installed programs.  If records cannot be located, I suggest a call to customer support.  Have documentation of additional programs - such as the original receipt along with a list of what has been bought.

  Now I'm showing only a single instance of the printer asking for drivers multifunction adapter in Device Manager. Therefore, I uninstall and long and shows no return once again.

  One thing FO, this printer is not actually a multifunction type.

  I had to make one count re - install Windows 8.1 and when I clicked on update HP Support Assistant... a specified message occurred during the update... Click Close.   I managed to get HP Support Assistant job by running Microsoft Fix It program. I had to restart and run repaired several times. Then, I ran a deep analysis of all files HPSA previously using an uninstall program and deleted remainders. Then I reinstalled sp6801 file and everything is ok. I think that when doing a full reinstall something gets corrupted somewhere in the registry.

  I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and Office 2010 beta on a gateway M285-e. I can't print XPS or OneNote 2010 file. When I go to check the properties of the printer, I get an error reading:

  After asking a few friends and family about the suggestions I found the solution to my problem. Apparently the driver "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" had for some reason any been uninstalled. Do not know why. I was able to reinstall the driver after Microsoft had it implemented as a physical printer on a custom port. To install I had to find the brand and model of the printer (make: 'Microsoft'; model: "Microsoft XPS Document Writer") in the master list in the Add Printer Wizard and complete the wizard. This fixed the problem of the XPS Document. It also fixes printing on printer OneNote 2010 as well. I was never able to find the driver to print to OneNote feature, but apparently the feature depends on printing on XPS document printer. Setting the XPS print driver paper fixed both of my problems.

  If the driver does not install, try to install manually from the device in Device Manager by navigating to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.  The folder is located in C:\SWSetup\sp71262.  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected.
