• Where can I find my missing video controller drivers

  Hi I reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition for a friend on a laptop Samsung NP-R40K008SUK , after someone else messed up the machine. I managed to reinstall all drivers, but the Device Manager indicates that he needs a driver for video controller (VGA Compatible). I was not able to find it. ATI site does not carry the drivers for theRadeon Xpress 200 m graphics Card any more, but I have downloaded & installed a Catalyst Legacy driver. Can anyone help? It makes me crazy. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

• missing video import after importation to the computer

  I can see my pictures and videos on the camera, but when I import it onto the computer videos are missing - what can anyone give me advice as its makes me nuts looking for a reason thanks

  Just a guess... maybe the videos are not loading.

  Something to try...

  Connect the device to your PC via a USB cable and turn
  on the camera... If open windows... Close them.

  According to... to... Start / my computer... the camera can be
  listed as a drive letter...

  If_yes_right click on the drive letter and select... Explorer or
  Open... This should display the directory of the memory card.
  You can copy and paste or drag and drop the files from there to a
  folder on your hard drive.

  (The same steps work if you have a media player...
  When you go to... Start / desktop media slots...
  Drive should be listed under... "Removable disk" with a drive
  letter.)

• Win 7 - missing video files to Mpeg, WMV and FLV thumbnails

  The thumbnails are missing from video files (MPEG, WMV and FLV).   It seems that the problems started after
  installation, update the codec K-Lite and Windows 7 packs. There are a few videos that show a thumbnail, but they appear more

  Because no one at Microsoft Answers has seen fit to answer my question, my research has the answer. I have a Win 7 (64-bit) machine. I did the
  bad choice for download 32-bit codecs packs and install them, as well as 64-bit codec packs. They were supposed to be compatible. They obviously
  are not.  I uninstalled all the 32-bit codecs and reinstalled the latest K-lite 64-bit codec pack only. During the installation, you have the choice to choose what movie file
  associations (mpeg, wmv, etc.) should appear with thumbnails. After installation, I opened various movie files and thumbnails began to appear in
  place video logos!  Pay attention to the which codecs to install. Versions of the 32-bit codec not did me not select movie thumbnails with file associations.

  Why is there no response from Microsoft? Is anyone awake?

• Missing video thumbnails

  My video thumbnails disappeared earlier, and I just found out that its more than likely of me accidentally delete the Shmedia.dll another uninstall program. Is there anywhere I can reaquire this file and my thumb nails may work again correctly? Thank you in advance for your help!

  If the problem occurs only after the accidental deletion of the file Shmedia.dll , re - register the dll file and check if this solves the problem.
   
  To re-record the shmedia.dll file, follow these steps:
   
  1. click on Start, type cmd, right click and select run as administrator.
  2. use the following command to install the shmedia.dll file:
   
  regsvr32 shmedia.dll
   
  Re-install the file shmedia.dll resolves miniature issues with video files?

• What offline media means and how can I recover the missing video?

  I have a video that I've been working on for some time. A section of the video says Media Offline when I played it back (on the same computer). As I did not move the file to another computer, and it's not an export, I'm not sure of what has past. Assuming that it is a 'broken' link, how can I recover it?

  Hello

  I do drag and drop the mp4 files to the movie source pane tab (it shows that the files have been added) then I synchronize and eject the device. But when I go to the video app on my iPad videos are gone and they are not displayed in its use and storage either.

  I understand that you are unable to add MPEG-4 files on your iPad Pro.  I need a little clarification on how you import the file into iTunes to eventually provide a better answer.  However, make sure that you import the file to iTunes via the steps below.  Once done please try a manual synchronization of this medium instead of a drag and drop.

  The next steps would be to check if the media play in iTunes and creating an iPad version of this file in the steps below.  Once made attempt another manual Resync.

• HP 250 g3: Missing video controller 3D Windows 7 Ultimate

  So, I have hp 250 g3 and my system is Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit).

  I have Intel i3-3217U with 400 graphics processor intel HD, type of chip is Intel HD Graphics family.

  I have a problem, because after the instalation and the check in the Device Manager, I see this 3D video controller is not installed.

  On one of the previous discussions on a similar topic, I noticed a response to someone who said that if I have the video controller 3D in device, Manager then I have Nvidia graphics card.

  I replaced the hard drive on my emachine T2842.  Windows loaded no problem but I can't monitor all work properly.  It lacks the multimedia audio controller and video controllers.

• Plugin for the missing videos

  Videos in my DWCS5 are no longer works. He says I need a plugin, but I'm lost as to what I need. The computer is a Mac and new (El Capitan) should have plugins. Only my DW videos do not work. TIA Jan

  DWCS5 was released in 2010, so is something like 8 or 9 versions removed from "running". It is also more supported by Adobe. Bugs or glitches you find (as .mp4 does not show in the active panel) you're stuck with. They have not released any form of update for CS5 over the years and never plan repair anything that could be broken it.

  Open your files Panel (window > files, or F8 if it is not open) and work from there, instead, if the .mp4 will not appear in the active panel.

  Remember, you will need two types of video files to cover all browsers, the .mp4 and an .ogg or a .webm.

• After missing video effects

  Hey there!

  I just installed cPremier and After Effects. I edited a couple of files I want to overlay on top of each other so I need to use Aftereffects.

  However, when I click with the right button on my video files selected on the timeline and click on 'Replace with After Effects Composition', AE starts but the video files do not appear.

  It works great on my friend's computer but I can't make it work on mine!

  I try to sync the library that has 90 000 + files on a mounted external drive (OS X), I did it because the top right panel in library mode said 89 000 + files are missing. "The process continues normally showing the progress bar"Import files in their current location"comes to the end, but he progress bar never goes away, and the catalogue reports still 89 183 still files missing.

• Missing video, but I can still hear audio?

  I'm currently editing a video file from my Flip camera, who first says that he accepts. But when I try to play, the video is all black. I can still hear the audio for it however. I tried to use some of my other files of the Flip camera, but the same thing happens. And this only happens with the Flip camera files. Those that I took with my other camcorder work fine. Help, please!

  First, make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime from the Apple.com site.

  Then, start a new project, and when you do, click on the settings button and make sure that you have selected the project appropriate for your Flip camcorder. (You don't say which version you use, but this feature is only available in version 9).
