  Solve the problem

  If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques:

  • Make sure you have enough disk space.

  • Try changing video cards.
  • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
  • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

  If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

  If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following:

  • Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that all new equipment installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
  • Service driver or defective peripheral system. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

  The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved .chk , which contain fragments of files on disk scans.   Details of the full patch for f5 patch are available in this knowledge base article. As a general statement, we encourage everyone to install the patches as soon as they are available through the Update Service, especially if they are marked as Urgent (it is not marked urgent). In this particular case, it is unlikely that you'll turn to all the problems solved by the f5 2012 SP1 hotfix since you use LabVIEW 2013.

  The reason why you see the update in the update service is LabVIEW 2013 installs several versions of the runtime LabVIEW, so Update Service sees that you have on 2012 Run-Time Engine installed and invites you to patch.

  You have installed the wrong version of the Control Design and Simulation module - version must match the version of LabVIEW (i.e. 2015, in your case).

  Download/install the older version and you should be good to go.

  I don't know what some of the terminology is that you use.  Or what you mean by disabling functions or icons.

  I'm going to guess that you really want to be able to disable and gray to controls on the front panel.  You can write to a property node for each of your orders of façade called 'off '.  You can activate, deactivate and disable/gray.

  By looking at the 'top 5 timed events' section AWR reports (for 1 hour), we still see the 'time of CPU", as the number one event (due to our application, certain questions if all goes well in the study now by developers...), but recently I see"sequential read from the command file"as the event number two, with 3 574 633 expects and 831 time s. I was hoping to find out what was causing this high number of expectations. I started by trying to find a particular query that has experienced this expectation often, so I ran this SQL:

  If you cannot connect to the internet, please post the hardware ID's for Ethernet controller and network controller.

  I will guide you how to find the hardware for the network controller ID, and if you want, you can post the hardware ID's for all the missing devices, and I'll see what I can find.

  Go to Device Manager and click on the network controller needing drivers.

  Then click on the Details tab at the top of the control of the network window.

  Now, you see a drop-down list of property and it is set by default to the Description of the unit.

  Drop down on it and select the second item in the list (Hardware ID).

  I'm totally new in the use of data acquisition software, but I found out, I use LabView for continuous measures (intervals of 15 min for 1 month or maybe more), the thing is that I need to get pictures simoultanously (Canon camera EOS) and illumination (in lux) device: Minolta T-10 a vision series T-10MA. My question is what software LabVIEW do I need to buy (or my institution actually) in order to get this. I look at the options of LabVIEW software and cannot understand what is needed. Subsequently, I guess that I need controllers for each of the devices (minolta and canon). Can you please tell me if this is possible and how to do it. I would really appreciate it.

  The following items are required: LabVIEW full, all drivers of devices (including DAQmx and pilots of the Vision) and the Acquisition of Vision software package.

  The Minolta luxometer has a connector for a PC and some communication software (which I did not inspect) which, I suppose, would allow you to take readings.  There is a comment about current if the USB cable is connected - I don't check if there is a power connector on the luxometer (since you will need to leave it plugged in for a month, the same problem with the camera).  As far as the camera is concerned, I don't know if it is controlled from a PC - my experience has been with (the size of 640 x 480 pixels) video cameras, which are probably controlled by LabVIEW.

  As for simultaneous readings, it is something that LabVIEW did pretty well.  I advise you to consult a professional if it's anything other than a school project, maybe even hire someone to work a few week of.

  Hi, I just write a simple code to generate two pulse; the first pulse is output 5V to 200ms then stop and wait for 4 seconds. After that, another 5V pulse is on for 200ms then turned off. That's essentially what I must control relay. Relay toggle and disable type. The code seems inadequate, is there a better approach? I use USB-6008, thank you

  just a few minor changes:

  • Keep create and destroy outside loops. DAQmx tasks must be created once - preferably during development and registered to the MAX or your project.

• Shortcut menu not available for control in a typedef?

  This seems strange to me.

  I can create a control to a custom shortcut menu that works without problem when placed directly on the PC, but when I try to do the same for the same type of control when it is in a type definition (three layers of def type deep - but it's a long story), I only get the default shortcuts menu. Even when I disable the menu option, I still get the default shortcuts menu.

  This means that a control in a typedef can use the context menu by default in its default state?

  I'm now getting back to this.

  I know I'm going down to the lowest level of typedefs to the control itself, but your comment has me thinking... and, Yes, confirmed.

  It is a piece inherited from SW so I thought of something that took me in the past. Rather than the next review typedef lower level being placed in the next typedef of higher level, a copy of a panel of control must have been copied so the legacy was get all messed up.  I completely Redid the typedefs all the way through, which of course caused some problems, but they were repaired and it is all great work! (at the moment )

  SO, the answer to the question is Yes, a custom menu CAN be added to a control, even when buried deep inside the nested typedefs.

• Gbspecifications FOR control using prologix usb converter

  I wonder if anyone has an expirience controlling instruments gpib with labview by using a Gbspecifications for controller usb (prologix).  Specifically, I'm looking at the controller a 8753ES agilent VNA.  This model is a little old, but I think it should always work.  So far, I've installed the cirtual com port (vcp) drivers for the device, and he now recognizes the controller prologix com4.  However, I don't know how to access the device connected to com4.  Agilent IO does not (although I'm not sure that there are drivers for it anyway).  I think I need the computer had to recognise as a hub gpio instead of a com port, but I don't know how to do this.  Should I d2xx drivers?  Using a tool on the site web of prologix, I communicate with the survey of the adapter address gpib 16 (which I have the AVI), and the survey answers.  On the side of NES, I put the address of 5, gp - ib diag on controller and a talker/listener.  Currently, the light T is on, which means it's on talk (as opposed to the r, l or s).  Any help would be appreciated.  If I could get an address of visa, it would be great.

  The unit works if you detect it as a COM port. There is no way it will be never detected as a controller with Agilent GPIB or OR software. There is no reason at all anyway use Agilent software. There is example code on the site of Prologix with functions series VISA. In addition, the forum search «Prologix»

  Is it possible to search for substring in a file name using the Engine.SearchFiles method? I know, that there is a SearchOptions_RegExpr, but I couldn't know how to search for file names. I can find files that contain expressions, variables etc but not file names.

  SearchFiles is only for research purposes in the files. Take a look at the FindFiles sequence in:

  \Components\Tools\ForEach.SEQ

  This sequence search for all files in a directory tree by using direct calls to the WIN32 API. You could probably just call this sequence directly to do what you ask.
