• The T105 server capabilities

  I'm in the market for a little expensive server to be used as a platform to test Windows 2008 personal and I study for the MCITP exams.  Ideally, the server supports Hyper-V and a lot of hard drive space.  Now I look a T105 because it is relatively cheap, but I have a few questions.

  1 hyper-V requires hardware assisted virtualization (on AMD processors, it is called Pacifica or AMD - V).  The T105 does it take?  Opteron 1200 series processors coming in the T105 support AMD - V, but the system THAT BIOS should also provide support for it so that Hyper-V to run.

  2. how many hard drives can REALLY installed on this server?  I understand that the documentation says that it does support two hard drives, and there isn't that two bays of disk 3,5 '' hard.  I get that.  However, the motherboard has 4 SATA ports, and it is possible to install disks 3.5 "hard in the bays 5.25" with an adapter.  So if I want to add a third hard drive it will work?  The BIOS will allow me to see all the hard drives that are physically connected, or is it limited?

  3. If I can't get more than two hard drives installed the next option would be to install a secondary 1 GB NETWORK adapter and connect to another server via iSCSI storage.  NIC from Dell are a bit expensive.  Someone had problems with the installation of third party in the form of a PCI slot or PCI-e network cards?

  
  

• VMware player does not work

  My OS is windows 7 and I recently downloaded and installed VMware player. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong, if you can list some reasons or redirect me to a thread where he has a similar problem I really appriciate it.

• What is the best to take now MCITP SA 2008 or 2012 MCSA

  I take the CCNA exam next month, and then I intend to take a Microsoft only Certificate not sure one is
  I have 3 options:
  1. take mcsa Server 2012 which has 3 reviews
  2. take mctip server administrator who has 3 reviews but will be retired in July 2013 and they will change his name mcsa ws 2008
  3 take mctip Server mcsa (2008) - option 2 - then upgrade and take a review of upgrade mcsa 2012 afterwards.
  I was advised by a friend to go for option 3 because if I take option 1 I couldn't find many employers looking for mcsa 2012 and he said 2008 is number one on the market today.
  Someone else recommend take directly, he said, it's the best option I can do server MCSE straight infrastructure 2012 then passing only 2 exams mcsa 2012 (option 2).
  Please help me I'm really confused.

• Unity UCSE exam - how to upgrade is it?

  Hey people.

  The UCSE 644-101 and UCSE 642-103 tests identical? The only one who can be booked is the 642-103.

  I have some QS of Boson to 644-101, but they seem to be updated. Some Qs refer to platform for example overlays that are not current support overlays.

  How to update is then the exam 642-103? Should I learn all the old overlays aswell! ?? 101-644-is the newest one? If so why can't I book at the United Kingdom?

  It doesn't seem to be much texts of specific study exam so I use cisco.com, but I should be emptied if I drop brands because I use the info lasted...

He said: "review UCSE 642 - 103 measures the knowledge of technicians who install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Unity 4 systems.» Another place to check the information of the study is KnowledgeNet, out of Scottsdale, Arizona. I took more of their classes and they do a great job of you prepare UCSE exam. You can take the Live class with an instructor over the Internet or get the "express" version that is on the CD, but still has questions and laboratories.

• Exam for VCAP discount code

  Hi community

  I finally made the commitment to continue my VCAP5 certification - DCA (VDCA510) . I am certified in my PCC 510 since 2011, but were lazy in going to the VCAP. But the time has come and I am committed. I'm also afraid that once VMware version version 6.0 all CERT change shortly after.
  

  I wanted to ask if anyone knew of any given exam count as each life-saving aid.

  I would appreciate if anyone can provide links or info on it.

• Availability of VCAP exams?

  Seems that there is no news on the start-up of two new exams.

  During the announcement there were those info: "test for opens VCAP - DCA July 12, 2010" and "VCAP-DCD in August.

  The beta of the VCAP-DCA period disappeared, so I think that is close to being released.

  But the VCAP-CR No info... August is pretty close, but seems that the beta period has not yet does not start.

  I'm at VMWorld 2010.  Talked to the admins test.  Very friendly people.  They expect VCAP-DCA to go live around September 15...

  In the meantime, I'll take the VCAP-DCA beta later this morning.  Wish me luck!

• Failed my VCP exam.  Barely

  Man am I disappointed. I used VI3 to previous work in the past and love it. I took the C class last week, and then I studied all my notes, the Administrator's Guide, the guide VCB & an exam cram book. I took many mock reviews. I scored even 85% on the official simulacrum of VMware. But, wow! To my surprise, I have sat the test this morning and felt like I was in another world with my questions being to me. The model has been COMPLETELY different than the real test and made me feel ready when I wasn't really.

  (without being too specific) Is what color? How this or that interact on multiple data centers? What does a red (blah blah blah) what this means, what's this doing? Oh and I especially liked how he was a test VI3, and one wonders in comparison to VI2.5 including the sale of information and issues ACE as well. What DO I mean? None of this has been discussed in class, and I saw nothing of all this in documentation.

  What hurts the most is that I really know this product well enough and felt really prepared before you go. Don't free resume, without Live online demos.

  So my question is ' where was this info?  And how do I me hands on being unemployed at home with a system that can't run ESX?

  Sorry to hear that. My suggestion is to read the action plan very carefully. See "config max" a few times and read the guide to management of resources several times.

  (II) after that I answered a question, can I fix it after some time?

  If you are unsure of a question you can mark it for review.

  The last screen will allow you to locate these. It should also indicate where her you have not given the required number of responses (for example 2 of 3) (unless the word question choose all correct answers without giving the number, this form is most common on modern OCP).

  Some questions may take longer than others. You can also find you are given some additional questions... don't you worry in time because these are taken into account. (And even the time of the consideration of certain items can actually be changed... little likely but possible).

  At least a few reviews... but not necessarily this one ... If can be possilbe to gray responses seem you incorrect. Read the instuctions given at the beginning of the review.

  Read the question carefully!

  Do that repulses me and panic if you do not know the answers to the first two questions.

  Pace yourself to review. If you have any 70 questions in 2 hours, I expect to plan something like: -.

  -20 in the first half hour (for exmple, so, if I answered 22 in the first half hour and ignored, one I would be happy'ish)
  -20 in the second half hour (for example if I had the answer on 32 in the first hour, I know I got half to speed up).
  -20 in the third half hour
  -10 in the last half hour and control.

  .... If you know you have ignored the questions so don't forget that you will need to go back and see again.

  .... You have a pass mark of about 60% on this review, are not too bothered about the questions your not sure, you can afford to get in a little trouble.

  .... It is always preferable to putting a smart rather than leave a question unmarked, and bad responses are not scored negatively.

• Open photo of Photos in the Preview app? Need info GPS and maps!

  Hello!

  I write trip review and to see where my photo was taken (in the maps application), and what is digital gps coordinates for each image.

  Search on google - go, I got that via this pic of opening in 'Preview' app.

  But - I have all my pic in Photos app (automatically imported from my iphone to macbook pro Mac OS sierra).

  so, I can export all the photos, I need, in a specific folder and then, from there, open it in the finder and get my info, of course - but looks silly, I think.

  as I already have this pich in Photos - photo can I somehow open directly from Photos Preview app?

  or obtain the gps position open, where this picture is taken in cards programm (not this small window, which is in the Photos, but wide, Maps application) / and obtain the coordinates of the gps directly via the Photos app?

  Use the media browser in preview - in the open window on the left down - media = == > photos == > Photos

  or even more appropriate is to buy external editors for extension of Photos in the App store ($0.99) and you can view the pictures in preview when using the hotos

  Is your iPhoto Library Library on your system drive in the pictures folder? And you have a lot of free space on your system drive? The migration will need additional temporary storage.

  Then drag the iPhoto library icon pictures open to create a new library of Photos of her.

• Siri on mac has the wrong person as "My Info".

  Just finished macOS installation of Sierra and Siri works very well except that he thinks I'm my daughter. When I ask "who am I?", he gets it wrong and shows the map of my daughter. When I ask about me, it shows my card (even marked as "self") as if I was just another contact.

  I checked in the Contacts app and I'm correctly identified on 'my profile', nothing special on the daughter card.

  I can't find a way to change the card associated with 'my info' as you can in settings of Siri on iOS.

  After upgrading to IOS 10 I have more information at the top of my home screen line. He comes to the line with WiFi, battery, and other info. I see it if I open an application, only some however. This status being lost, it is difficult to look at the life of the battery.

  Hello! You can activate the in your settings. Go to battery and select on the percentage. The other options that are displayed on this bar, you can also turn on in general settings. Make sure that the WIFI is enabled in the settings. I had this happen before. After trying your settings, if you still do not see the bar with all the status restart the device. If it still does not work, you can try to recover the device on iTunes. The last resort would be to call the Apple support. I'll try to fix it in the settings that the lines may be busy.
