  I might be stupid, but I think that the PCI device is the video card, but I'm hiking just at this moment.

  But there is, any kind of detailed information you may need on the devices, just message me. A large part of preference within 24 hours, thanks in advance!

• DVD disc not visible / Ko 314060 necessary clarification

  Background: following a fresh install of Windows 7 on a new hard drive, the DVD drive in my laptop (Dell XPS M1730) was not visible. I bought the laptop computer with an earlier version of windows, and everything worked normally until the original hard drive crashed. When the DVD was not recognized after the clean install, I assumed at first it was a hardware problem and bought and installed a new DVD player. This does not resolve the issue. The DVD player itself performs a power upward when the system is turned on. It opens and closes normally. It turns when a DVD is inserted and then slowed down after a minute or two. To troubleshoot I started working at Ko 314060 (your CD-ROM or DVD drive is not recognized by Windows or other programs). http://http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/314060

  The first three resolutions has not remedied the problem.

  Question: I am unable to follow the steps in resolution 4 as written. Step 3 says "In Device Manager, expand CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drives, right click on CD and DVD devices and then click Surdesinstaller." My Device Manager does not a selection of ' readers CD-ROM/DVD-ROM ", I'm looking for clarification on the procedure of resolution 4 update or reinstall the driver.

  After leaving open the Device Manager and the laptop unattended for an extended period (over an hour), I returned to find a pop up advising me that the DVD device driver has been installed, and a selection of CD-ROM/DVD-ROM had been added in the Device Manager. The DVD is now visible.

  There is no vmkernel ports to migrate, so away I went to Setup - network - Distributed Switch - manage e-cards and created a host A vmkernel port.

  But when I goto host B Configuration - Networking - Distributed Switch, I am not able to see the vmkernel port I created.

  I need to create the port on host B manually vmkernel group? I was under the impression, the port of core, I created on host A would be automatically visible to host B?

  That's where I need some clarification, so that, from now on, I am being harassed by this.

  I can't activate my HP utility on my mac analysis. I can not scan from my printer on my mac with message that says: it is not connected.   Hello ATR.  On my Mac first elements 11 mode Expert, Transitions gives me a menu drop-down with these twelve categories, each with a choice that it contains: 3D Motion, dissolve, Iris, NewBlue 3D Explosions elements, NewBlue Transformations items, items of mixtures of NewBlue, NewBlue Motion blends elements, Page Peel, photo wipes, Slide, wipe and Audio Transitions.

  The menu header instructs users to drag & drop one of these transitions between clips.  When you drag one of these managed transitions, a small dialog box will appear asking you if the transition must be applied at the end of the previous element between the clips, or at the beginning of the item from.  Also, I tried by dragging one of the transitions directly on a clip and it appears a small arrow in the header of the item in the timeline showing the existence of a transition.  One can also drag its own BMP file from a Finder window directly in the Timeline itself and the file is immediately formed.

  But I'm still learning how to integrate my own mask.

  I'm new to HR and get just the kick of its operation. Currently, I'm trying to see how well HR will be manage the import of Word documents when it comes to map word styles on to the CSS. Here are a few observations, perhaps, could someone let me know if I'm far in left field.
  
  1. it seems RD keeps 2 versions of all styles CSS, the original style by default (ie: P.FYI2ndLevelHeading) and a style that may be different or the same name but different (ie: LI.kadov - P-CFYI2ndLevelHeading) why is this? It seems that when I change the style, it is not applied in all of the other subjects until I have force an update to reapply. It seems that at this point the two styles are made the same. Am I way off?
  2. If I import only a single word doc, I'm not able to choose which css file I want the doc to use, instead, a new css file is specially created for this file. Only when I import several files, can I specify that I want them all to use the default.css file. Is there a way to get around this?
  3. If I import two doc files at the same time, both with identical style names, but one of the styles in a single file is slightly different (ie: a different color) I get strange results. What is the best way to force all files that use the same CSS file to be updated with the new styles?

  RoboHelp creates his own style sheet for each document that you import. However you can select individually created topics or locate in the theme tab and change to your preferred style sheet.

  Kadov stuff is here to help display in the WYSIWYG editor. I do all my stylesheet in an another editing program and therefore no kadov stuff appears in the style sheet. Still works in the property editor.

  Yes, there is a software that automatically installs these updates. The tool is called Toshiba Service Station and you can download this tool on the Web from Toshiba site.

  But why is it so important to always have the latest drivers?

  Never update all the drivers if the computer works properly. This is only necessary if you notice any problems.

  Note: If you can't find it in the installation folder, look for usbready.exe in the main installation folder and edit the file.

  With the C API, you only need LabVIEW to build a bitfile and run the generator of C API tool, but LabVIEW is not required to run. That is, you need all the software listed, but it must not all be on the same machine. You can transfer the file lvbitx and the .c and .h files generated on another machine where you need only NOR-RIO and Visual Studio installed.
