  I ended up reinstalling everything and it works.

  Uninstall applications CC one by one and then after everything is gone, including the creative application of cloud, run the cc adobe cleaning tool. Then reinstall all.

• Premiere PRO and Media Encoder does not load

  My problems...

  Went to edit video in Sony Vegas today for the first time since the upgrade to Windows 10. Everything was going well until I tried to make the video and then it crashed. Spending 5 + hours on it until Sony told me to reset the settings by pressing ctrl-shift, as I double clicked. Then, it will not load.

  Is upset in Vegas and purchased Premiere PRO thinking it would work.

  Finally I thought of her. It's the AVI Codec. Specifically, it was Matrox VFW. I went to "Add & Remove Programs" and uninstalled Matrox and it fixed all the issues I had with Sony Vegas and Premiere PRO.

  I guess that Matrox does not work with Windows 10, or is not necessary. I think I've installed read Matrox video files a long time ago.

  .. few of the jpegs, I got it to fit the size of the screen, som, I didn't--doesn't seem to matter.  I'm relatively new to working with Adobe, so any help would be appreciated.

  Make sure that the jpg is in RGB format (check in Photoshop or other). In addition, is not superior to, say, 4000 x 4000 pixels.

• Media Encoder crashes when exporting from Premiere Pro

  Media Encoder crashes when exporting from Premiere Pro. I am the queue several files to export and Media Encoder will crash. The computer system has 32 GB of RAM and videos of export fine in first, but which requires export each individually. Each video file turned down and some can be quite long (more than 3-5 hours). Nothing else is running on the computer that take over memory.

  You need SOUL 8.0.1 to match this version first. The most up to date for both is 8.2.0. Try clicking on help-updates in each program rather than using CC updater.

  I work on a Lenovo 2-in-1 with Windows 7 (for games) and 10 (for a normal use) Windows to dual-boot. I created a USB stick with Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) of a legitimate Windows 7 Pro disc. The computer starts on the usb device and plays normally, however, one of the steps asks a driver for cd/dvd and this 2-in-1 (Lenovo Flex 3) doesn't have a built-in CD/DVD. All other drivers are located in a folder system. My question is, given my key Windows 7 can I create a new bootable media that does not demand drivers? Is there a download from Microsoft which will create a bootable usb media that does not have the drivers? I know that I can reinstall the drivers manually after the installation.

  If you install Windows 7 on a system that is preinstalled with Windows 10, you must do the following before:

  -Disable the secure boot UEFI

  -Disable the quick start

  -L' install created media can be corrupted.

My ex wants now the DVD cam so I'll try to read/copy DVDs.  Unfortunately my Media Player does not recognize that there is nothing on the disk but there is that I can look on the device itself.  Any ideas please?  I can't even watch it on my DVD player!

I tried the short cut (command + M) or through the bar Manu. the result is the same, first Pro CC 2014 just freezes and does not respond to what it is until I force quit and relaunch allover again. I tried exporting from Premiere Pro auto, without using the Media Encoder, but the problem remains the same.

  I use the new Mac Pro. I've heard talk of that adobe Premiere Pro has problems with the new Mac Pro. Is this true? Or another problem?

  Hi Alex,

  • Can try you to reset the preferences for Premiere Pro and SOUL? Press the shift and Option keys at the start of each program. Then try your export once more.
  • If this does not work, you can try to do that all Adobe files have the correct permissions set. See this blog: first Pro CC, CC 2014, 20141 freeze at startup or crashing everything working (Mac OS X 10.9 and later)
  • If nothing else works, try changing the Mercury playback engine in Premiere Pro and SOUL 'Software.' only
