Member of the main force in a pile of N2000

Hello

I have a stack of switches N2000. For fair and easy management I want to force the master to a particular switch do not rely on higher MAC or other options in the manual.

Is my question, possible to force a master member into a pile of N2000/N4000?  (I read on the failover standby and initiate force, but it is not a good enough solution for me).

Kind regards

Hello

I confirm, renumber ID does not affect the election of master. There is no way to force the election of master.

In any case, becomes the ID is just enough to switch identification which was my goal prymary.

Kind regards

  • Update a UDA at a member of the main lines of the Calc script?

    Happy new year everyone!

Is it possible to update a UDA at a member of the main lines of the Calc script? There is a custom for that function?

We want to check the data, and then update UDA based on what is our data.

    Thank you.

Not that I know, and it is not possible to write one, since you probably can't restructure with the running calculation (chickens and eggs).

More likely, you will need to do a multi-step process; export the members that you want to set up a file via DATAEXPORT conditions or report designer, and then use this output to feed in an accumulation of dimension with an appropriate load rule.

Or write a Java API to fully customized program.

I'm also curious about the driving condition, as it is a rather unusual request.

    Hello

You can see the key_strength of the following navigation:

From the browser to work, enter the URL for the console.
There should be a lock next to the url of a red cross next to him.

  • iOS 9.3.1 Mail App crashing on the main window - a SOLUTION. Can be linked to rogue/spam email

I had a problem with Mail crashing several times today and was close to restore my phone but am happy that I stumbled upon a solution until I did it!

I'll copy / paste of the other post I made on the discussion board:

I had a problem this morning with the Mail App unexpectedly crashing when opening on my 5s iPhone running iOS 9.3.1 (last updated).

In case someone knows something similar, I found a solution that was remarkably easy.

Trying to open a mail, the app would show the display of messages for a fraction of a second, and then the crash. Nothing worked - quit smoking and a retry of the app, reboot / hard re-boot of the iPhone, leave all specific applications, disabling of e-mail accounts, settings etc.. I was beginning to think that I have to do a hard system restore, but thank God I have not, as it is a major PITA and I found the unexpected solution.

In any case, I noticed that I could get in Mail by opening one of my emails from the Notification screen. Everything seemed fine, but if I close this message to return to the main window of Mail, the application crashed once more. The main window is appeared to be the culprit. I noticed that several new Spam messages were visible on this screen this morning.

So here's how I found the solution: my computer, I myself sent a priority email, which came on my screen of notifications. By using this link directly to open the message, Mail worked fine again. Then by using the arrows to zip directly from a message to a message, I worked my way through the new emails, including the unrecognized Spam I deleted. Once they were gone, I back-arrow in the main screen of Mail and Voila! No more crash.

So, apparently, there are messages that can crash the Mail app on iOS 9 simply by being visible in the main window. Be aware of this and if this happens to you, with Mail blocks instantly whenever you open it, try this approach before restoring your system software.

You could also try resetting your e-mail account. First close your Mail application completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and drag the email preview pane up until it disappears from the display. You may need to search the mail pane covering scribbles to the left. Then go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > find your e-mail provider and click on the account. On the next page, delete the account. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. Then go to settings > mail... and to add the account.

  • Note the serial number of the UUT in the main sequence

    Hello

I want to write the serial number of the object to be measured on the main sequence.

I know that I can access this value through RunState.Root.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber. I can write the serial number in this variable and it works as long as the report is not generated on the fly. If activate on the fly to have pointed out, my serial number of UUT report rest to 'NONE '.

Is it possible to force the regeneration of the report with the last value of variables? I noticed that there's something similar for the runtime. During the execution of the sequence, on-the-fly feature enabled, the report indicates "0 seconds" for the period of performance. However, when execution is complete, this report field is updated with the actual value.

How to do the same for the serial number?

    Thank you

  • My PC "think that" there a second monitor which is the main (but it isn't), how to undo that?

I managed to set my main screen for a second non-existent monitor.  When I start my PC, the "secondary" monitor is the external monitor only connected to the PC, but the main office is LEFT more non-existent "primary" monitor (all my icons and the start menu are there as well - but I can't get to one of them).  If I right click on desktop to the secondary monitor (the monitor physical only), I can click on 'settings', but I only get the hourglass, which disappears after a few moments.  I presume that the video display settings applet opens on the primary monitor does not exist, but I can't seem to him.  I spent some time trying to 'capture' and move, but it's just frustrating and useless unfortunately.  Now...  I start in safe mode and go into the video settings, but there is no option for a second monitor. So, I have an amendment to the resolution of the screen available only in the hope that will force a change when I reboot, save and restart right of Windows XP.  When starting, the main office is always on the wrong monitor.  I've been asking questions already ;-)

    1. can I plug a second monitor? I can't because there is no other VGA connector on the machine, but there is a header on the System Board - however, it is disabled in the BIOS...
    2. don't reset the BIOS?  I did, I have reset several times, and there is no effect.
    3. do I tried another monitor to rule out the possibility of H/W failure any?  I have and get the same results.

Is there a way to simply put the display back set to 'normal '?  Unfortunately, without a solution for this, the machine useless.  I'm puzzled.

    Thank you!

  • Mode Dual monitor: can I extend the main display from right to left?

I have a Setup dual monitor with

Main screen with desktop computer: Dell S42092

    Secondary display: Inspiron notebook.

Is there a way to extend from left to right?  I wish I had my secondary screen (laptop) positioned on my left, not the right, which seems to be the only way that the configuration of the resolution of the screen allows you to do.  I currently configured as

    Display (2) Dell s24092

Several screens: extend these screens (this allows me to drag from left to right, which is not intuitive if the laptop is on the right.

If I can't do it with this configuration, this work with another monitor, type?

    Trudy-o

My OS is Windows 7, but I've been to the screen "Changes the appearance of your poster" you describe.

It identifies the laptop as monitor 1 and the S24092 Dell Monitor 2. It allows me to do 1 or 2, my main screen, but it does allow me to pass the identity of 1 and 2.   Therefore, any screen is my main screen, management of drag forces me out of the side right of the main screen (the great Dell) before entering the screen of the computer, which I turned to the left.  I am left handed and I smile with my left hand, and I'd rather have my secondary monitor to my left.  Is it makes sense?

The identity is to tell you, visually, that is, whose number has no significance. The computer screen will always be 1 and the outside will be always high because you can not disconnect and because it will be the first computer find at boot.

To put secondary (2) on the other side, press the image of monitors, monitor 2 drag it to the other side of the #1 and press apply then / adjust displays are flashing and if he succeeds, it will appear a window with a 15 seconds timer to reset the display if no one pressed the Yes button.

Basically, you want to match the image with your configuration.

I'm left-handed too, but use the mouse with your right hand. and I have a laptop with Vista and an external monitor (primary) to the left of the laptop.

  • Why do we establish oinstall under the main group of oracle and grid users?

    IM and RDBMS version: 11.2.0.4

    Platform: RHEL/OL 6.5

Why do we set oinstall under the main group for OS proprietary oracle software and grid?

I would say "The Central stock" is the watchword here.

orainstall is actually called the "oraInventory group." Member of (oracle and grid) users who belong to this group must read, write and execute privileges on the directory Central inventory which will serve as a catalogue of all oracle related software installed on the server. Whenever users put oracle or grid to level, the patches from the software they own, they should be able to update the respective news in this catalogue.

  • Resource element when it is updated in heel provided Machine not reflected in the main workflow

    Hello

We have a problem with resource elements. In summary:

We have a main workflow which creates and registers a resource element. He then began a vRA request to configure a virtual machine. He will wait this request at the end.

During the virtual machine configuration, a draft workflow "Machine provided" reads this element and it changes.

Once the heel is done, the main workflow continues. He reads the Resource element and sees the values of 'old '!

The Resource element manually in the vRO customer reading indicates the changed values...

It's very strange. VRA there an execution context or something?

    Thank you

    Ed

    Hello

Contents of the resource element is cached, so this is probably the reason why you see the old values.

Recently, we have added a new member method . reload() resource script element object that refreshes / reloads the content. Another option for existing versions of vRO is to get a new instance of the script object once the stub of the element resource workflow finishes (no doubt he will be content recent).

Since no one else has addressed this issue, I think I will. Your text frames will have some objects applied style, one you have set, or the default standard text block. You can change the object style to display block of text auto-size Options and set up a diet of automatic sizing. If it will be suitable for your catalog, I can't say without actually seeing your pages.

The purchase of the CC for the team is since Adobe store directly, in these purchases that the main Admin can not be changed however secondary admin can be added.

There are certain privileges attached to the primary admin as your billing information console.

You can cancel this CC & buy new CC team with the desired main admin. Members have just unassigned from their seat & then on purchase costs, they must send invite them again.

Users must simply disconnect & reconnect once they accept the invite command new CTC.

Standby Redo Logs would not be on the main database until you perform a failover operation. So, I would say, you can create 3 groups of newspaper waiting to roll forward the primary database.

I would use the statement ALTER DATABASE add STANDBY LOGFILE GROUP 4 m SIZE. Which would create fa OMF file?

The files are on OMF. So your above command would work perfectly.

  • Member of the Alias in the financial reports

I use the function of formula memberAlias ('grid1', dimension1) of text.

But I have 2 tables of alias. By default and another language.

When I use the report with the main table alias it works fine.
When I copy the report, the alias table place in the other language and run the report. The grid replaces all the aliases correct. But this formula of Member keeps referring to the table "default" instead. As you can see above, I reference the grid1 in the formula.

Is this a bug, or work as expected? I'm 11.1.2.1.

    Thank you

    It is a bug.

as mentioned above, you need to incorporate the dimension in the row or column.

That works, but if you're trying to burst reports while you might have a problem.

Add the dimension in a row or a column. References several lines of the columns with a column in the sink of this column with the POV. Then hide the row / column, so it does not appear so you basically get your POV concept. I connect this would be like a bug. I keep meaning to do it myself, but never seem to have time.

  • Content by lining up in the sidebar with the content located in the main area?

Hello, I have created a website using Dreamweaver CS4 and have encountered a problem when using a model. The model I use is: 2 fixed columns, sidebar, header and footer to the right. The problem seems to be in the sidebar where content does not start at the top, it seems to be 15px under the content in the main area. I can't find CSS or any reason why it starts where it comes from. It seems to look like even and properly in Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari but not in IE9. The page is online at www.Lots2Homes.com and you will see that the content is lower to the right sidebar in the main area to the left. Below is the code for the home page and of the CSS. This got me going in circles, any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
