  There could be two possibilities with this problem.

  1 may be that the maximum memory is not enabled in the BIOS.
  2 maximum memory is not configured in the advanced boot options.

  BIOS.
  You can check with the manufacturer of your BIOS, on how to activate the maximum memory.

  Check the advanced startup options.
  1. Click Start, in the search bar type msconfig and press to enter.
  2. System Configuration window appears on the screen.
  3. click on the tab named "boot".
  4. click on "Advanced Options" and uncheck the box 'memory Maximum.

  I managed to understand.

  I know it's maybe a common thing, but I'll still write my solution here just in case.

  The problem was with reserved Windows hardware. that took like 4.6 GB.

  In difficulty who go to run (windows key + R) and type msconfig and enter.

  In the Startup tab, click the advance Options and deselect maximum memory.

  Restart and now my computer shows all 8 GB of RAM.

  A question for my general culture and about the performance management training: an ESX how to retrieve the memory of the released VM.

  I explain my question, when a virtual machine needs memory, give VMkernel memory physical host on the virtual computer.

It sews a way to free the memory of the released OS because free pages are gived the balloon and the kernel can then use. But what happens if the ball never develops and what happens if the VMware tools are not installed?

  I had some difficulties with my initial installations of Photoshop and Illustrator, where they would be both cling very shortly after the opening. I thought I had solved the problem by creating a new user account on my machine with administrator permissions and by logging in as that user to run programs. Now the two programs will launch and Illustrator works fine, but Photoshop won't save.

  I am able to run Photoshop and do whatever I like, but as soon as I save the program crashes. It does not save him. It will take me by any relevant before saving, dialogues but then crashes.
