  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.
  • Please make sure you also update of Lightroom to the latest version, which is 6.3 Lightroom

I have read other similar issues in the adobe forums but saw that it was because a user was using "effect of scrolling through the menu accordion movement". I also saw that pinning the menu accordion can cause this problem, but mine is not pinned either. I already checked the box that says "can close all" and unchecked "overlap the items below.

  To try to resolve the problem, you'll want to confirm that the inkjet nozzles are distribute the ink properly by printing a printer nozzle check pattern.  If the model does not print correctly, we recommend you to at least cleaning and deep cleanings on the printer to try to get the printing ink.  To print the nozzle check pattern and make cleaning, please follow the steps located here.
