Merger Update causes Outlook 2010 Crash

I am beyond frustrated.  I've just updated merger yesterday to 5.0.3 and now I can't use Outlook so I'm actually out of business since I manage all my customer communications in Outlook.   I need to uninstall the update.  Can someone help me understand how to do this?

I am running Windows 7 64-Bit with Outlook 2010.  Everything was great before the update.

Yes,

Download the version of VMware fusion, you were using before - from your account, it should show your available downloads.

Stop Microsoft Windows in your Virtual Machine, then quit VMware Fusion.

Open Finder, click go > Applications in the menu, drag VMware fusion to the trash to uninstall VMware.

Re-install the version you just downloaded by clicking twice.

Hope that helps...

    My husband tried to update itunes so it could add music to his ipad. He plugged his ipad to our PC and tried to download music. However, he was told he had to update itunes. When he goes to access the update, we lost our internet connection. I guess that Firefox has crashed. He was able to restore the connection, but it took a lot of effort. How could we prevent the accident and how could we have restored more quickly? iTunes seems to wreak havoc with our PC whenever we need to make an adjustment. Why is this?

  • Outlook 2010 has stopped working after Windows updates

    November 11, 2015, my desktop, operating system Windows 7, installed about 28 updates to Windows. When I then put running the computer and open Microsoft Outlook 2010, Outlook closed almost immediately and this message appeared: "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working. I used system restore to restore the system to before the updates of Windows, which included a critical update. Outlook, then worked correctly. I changed the settings for Windows Update to "Never check updates" so that Outlook is not yet damaged.

    Was it something wrong with the Windows updates?

    The problem was solved when Microsoft released a revised version of the KB3097877 update. Maxwell Joseph, moderator of the Forum Microsoft, announced this in the post, he created at 23:22:03 on November 12, 2015, on the thread titled "update KB3097877 crash.

  • Vista updates causing interference day and PC crashing.

    Greetings,

    I have a tiny little problem. It seems that the new updates for Windows Vista has been causing some intolerable freeze and crash my PC. I don't understand quite updates are causing it. How ever I can officially say that BEFORE I updated my machine it worked almost perfect (except for the graphics). I won't be pesmistic, it really worries me. On top of her crashing and freezing. I also noticed a sufficient amount of gain and loss data. I.E. I have several backups of games on pc before I played. but when I'm done with extracting files and remove approximately "20" of them only '13' will do for the recycling bin, so my (OS - operating system) * HDD partition * wins extra/hidden files. I also noticed that my PC has not been suggested to download SP2 from the Auto Update Center. I had to recover this file manually on the microsoft site. Please explain this problem and please not to recommend a re-installation of the operating system... I have already this is plenty of time to do it either.

    Side of a person responding to this hopeful message. because I have problems with my pc could you please send me a response @ (* address email is removed from the privacy *) thank you.  "ACEs".

    Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

    1. a System Restore to before the updates:

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

    If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

    If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

    Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

    System restore steps according to the info above.

    Also:

    2. click on start > right click on computer > properties > Windows updates down the lower left corner > updates installed in the lower left corner in the next window

    > then click the one that you don't want > uninstall will appear at the top > uninstall it.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    In addition, on the page where you clicked "Installed updates", click on change settings at the top left corner it
    > Change update settings in the next page of AutoUpdate to "check for updates but let me choose etc" > OK ".
    When you take a look at pending updates, you can either download/install them one at the time, namely the update causing you problems.
    > or if you do not need an individual > right-click on > UAC prompt > hide it
