He has an 0xc0000145 error. I can't restart because it is in an infinite loop of "your pc is not started correctly..." Restart or Advanced Options. No work, so I'm waving to try to remember my back.   Have no other third-party firewalls or AV installed and have been neatly eliminated via their respective tools when they had their
  Can be seen in the network and can access any other files via 'network '.
  Have the correct date and time and are all in sync with time.nist.gov.
  Have the same network sharing settings (network discovery on, files and printers sharing folders public, sharing, streaming, wide, 128-bit encryption, sharing password protected, to allow windows to manage the homegroup connections)
  Network is set at home, not in public

  The computer that has implemented the homegroup is connected via ethernet to the router while other computers use to access the router 802.11 g I tried to delete and redo the residential group as well.

  Despite all this, it is said that the homegroup password is incorrect for both netbooks (where it says it has encountered an error). I realize that it is case sensitive and I entered the password correctly. I also ran the resolution of the problems of the homegroup on all 3 machines and still no luck. I also tried to change the password and restarting of machines.

  Any suggestions? I was _really_ hoping it will work right out of the box. Maybe it's something with the router? I don't really know. Any help is appreciated. Merry Christmas! : D

  Firefox, after months of trouble-free operation, stopped to show the library of WordPress links to the published page. Reloading the browser did not help. Chrome makes the link with reliability. I reloaded Adobe Flash Player without success. A web search found several instances of this.

  Thanks to you all! I rebooted the relevant extensions and plug-ins and the Firefox now responds as it should. It is very comforting to know that someone is listening.

• Flash no longer works and blocking firefox. I have fast dial and don't want to lose it so what can I do to solve this problem?

  Any site or what I do it will come to the top randomly and freeze firefox then finally a box appears and says Flash is busy or not responding not to continue or stop the plugin. Naturally, I stop plugin. I always install the latest versions of flash I even uninstall and reinstalled flash and downgraded and still no change or it bothers me to update. I use firefox 26.0 I usually stay away from the beta if possible. My biggest concern with using the firefox reset or make a new profile is my quick dial that I have tons of sites there was waiting for me to click on and im afraid if I do that I will lose it. But I have used the same profile for years then maybe its time. I'll have to redo everything my dial fast, I guess that if someone can find another way to do it. I have disabled hardware acceleration on firefox I have it makes my browser to do weird things. I also disabled hardware acceleration in flash as well. I have the registry and files temporary cleant. I'm good with computers, but have never seen such issues with flash. If someone could help that would be great. Thank you.

  Its ok on the Profile Manager. I used to use Mozbackup back in the day lol. So, I just started back up this folder that works well also. I used the script to delete the prefetch files and so far everything is good and Ive done everything I usually do. Usually more crashing on facebook games well. It always crashed in the video also, but it's very good now. Weird that do one thing as it fixes a big problem like that. But I appreciated all the answers and all the advice. • Satellite Pro P100-327: Audio DVD stutters

  Problem is that satellite Pro P100-327 won't play DVDs without stutter on audio. I tried playback preinstalled Windows Media Player, WinDVD and PowerDVD.

  All have the same symptoms, so I think that the problem is actually with the audio.

  It is not easy to give a precise answer, but I suspect that it may be because of some unnecessary background processes running. No doubt, something is running in the background and the activity of the CPU to the extreme. I had similar problem and it was because of the running application antivir (scan disk HARD and almost at 100% CPU activity).

  Check this possibility.

• Satellite Pro 2100 Boot Failure

  I have a MS PRO 2100 who * was * running Win XP Pro SP1 with Celeron 2 GHz, 512 MB of Ram and 30 GB HARD drive. Bought in early 2003, so out of warranty. I tried to install SP2 on a CD of MS, but got bored after a while and leave the machine unattended. I returned about half an hour later to find the machine apparently tried to start in SP2. 10 minutes later the start screen was still, but the machine would not start. (The HARD drive light was active overall, as it has been in the following scenarios).

  To cut a long story short, I tried Safe Mode and fix Installation without joy, before giving up in the belief that SP2 has been the problem. Data has been backed up and I have a full copy of XP Pro SP2, spare, so I thought I would do a clean install. Booted from the XPSP2 CD and tried to format HARD drive. Hung at 0% formatted for 20 minutes before I stopped.

  Subsequently tried recovery CD product, which seemed installs correctly, including the replacement of the partition, that I had to destroy when I tried to format the HARD drive. Little difference in the startup problem - now it slowly boots as much as the start screen for XP SP1 and does not move for several minutes, until a BSOD pops up with the technical element of the message (all on one line) STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000006, 0x80658CAA, 0xF8954704, 0xF8954404)

  'Start-up' safe mode now consists of a scrolling list intermittently from drivers who stop on agp440.sys for awhile before the BSOD appears, as indicated above.

  My apologies for the length of the post. I think that sounds pretty terminal but if anyone can shed any light on it I would appreciate it greatly.

  Sounds strange! I would try to start the computer with a startup disk (which can be downloaded at www.bootdisk.info) and run fdisk and chkdsk.exe to scan the HARD drive!

  Also, you should check the settings of the BIOS and new st failing!
