• When you open a PP CC2015 file I get the message "this file has been saved in an earlier version and must be transformed", but it was not

  When you open a version Premiere Pro cc2015 file that I created about 3 to 4 months ago I get one convert a project box pop up with the message "this project has been saved from a previous version of Adobe Premiere Pro and must be converted" select OK to continue and a box from "media location" will blink for about half a second then I get a black screen with only the Adobe menu drop down at the top.  From this point of Premiere Pro jams up, none of the menu items work, I just get a windows error chimb when I try and try to choose something or even try to quit the program.  I have to use Task Manager to close the program.

  The file is without a doubt a CC2015 version, I even reinstalled CC2014 to check that he would not open the file as it was created in a later version.

  I tried to open another file from the same era created about 4 weeks later, I received the same message but it converted and added a "_1" the file name.

  I went back to some of the automatic backup of the original file versions and get the same result.

  Any ideas?

  Welcome to the forums Adobe and sorry for the late reply.

  I had this weird problem before. Ann was pointed in the right direction. Because Premiere Pro does no clicks (as you mentioned above), I suggest you to reset preferences and start over.

  -Rename the folder Premiere Pro Old_Premiere Pro under Documents > Adobe.

  Note: You will lose your customization and modification of keyboard shortcuts.

  It's a third party plugin file. Check your plugins. You may have to reinstall, or contact the manufacture to see if they have an update for 2015.

  It seems you have UAC enabled for Photoshop default.

  Right click on Photoshop shortcut icon, and then choose Properties > compatibility > uncheck the box "Run this program as Administrator" > click OK > restart Lightroom and Photoshop and then check out.

• Fonts in the old version error message

  I use CC2015 and I also use CS3.  I get an error message on my fonts being disabled.  I found this info: If I go in my CC2015 files and click on clear Cache fonts and remove the files, this will fix the problem in CC2015.  Works very well.

  But with my CS3, I do not see the file in the Cache to remove.  I want to continue to use my CS3 because I better use my plug-ins in this version.  How can I solve this problem of fonts with my version of Photoshop CS3?

  Problem seems to be resolved.  Fortunately, I had a slice for this drive and did a uninstall and installation, rebooted and now the police work.  Thanks for help.

  From what I know of her, the HSB/HSL filter is included in photoshop cc 2015.5 in the Standard MultiPlugin

  I tried to get CC2015 to see my GTX960M at the advanced graphics feature but I get intermittent success.  I use a laptop Dell XPS15 that relies mainly on the graphic component Intel integrated graphics functions. Photoshop has enabled the graphic feature advanced (intermittently) when CC has been selected in the specific part of the relevant application of the Nvidia control panel but I get a driver, error message, and the advanced features in preferences/performance are greyed out from time to time.  I have removed sniffer.exe since the Adobe CC2015 folder and the error message disappeared, and the feature performance captures properly the Nvidia card.  Can you get it someone please let me know what sniffer.exe is for?

  Sniffer evaluates the graphics driver to be sure that it is at the request of Photoshop.

  Removing it removes the security check, and your work may be interrupted by video related problems.
