Messed up fonts

Hello
Please check the picture I have attached. Problems are marked with red lines.
Fonts in Thunderbird you have the problem.
I removed and installed a version update, but no luck! It's always the same.
When I move the mouse over the other emails their subjects become like these, and having this problem while I'm checking tons of emails makes me crazy.
My native language is Farsi and I didn't have this problem before Windows 8 (on Windows 7 Thunderbird worked fine).
I appreciate if you help me with that.

I never heard of the problem to be solved, so I think about what could happen.

Please reinstall Thunderbird, just in case the program is damaged. (But I doubt that one)

Make sure you have the latest driver video Windows, if you have.

Disable graphics hardware acceleration and see if that is the question.

Book of fonts (Mac) remove the duplicate and messed up fonts families of fonts in Dreamweaver

I use Mac OS X 10.6 with Dreamweaver CS4 (I would upgrade but I can't afford it right now)...
I had a problem with some new fonts (a messed of the police of the workspace in Dreamweaver), but I found the police and removed.
So, then I crossed font (Mac application to manage fonts) book and was alerted to the fact that there are several duplicates.
I allowed the font book to "solve" these duplicates.
A file that I had opened before is now does not appear correctly (now the police is 'off') and DW asks me to authorize the use of an obscure font (because the police he used before that I guess is absent).
-If it were that easy to move these fonts deleted in the directory I would, but I emptied the Recycle Bin, so this does not work.
-J' I had my original disc of Creative Suite stolen, so re - install programs is not possible.
Question:
Is there anywhere I can download just the fonts required for CS4, so that things will return to normal?
A trial of CS6 installation would allow me to reacquire these missing fonts?
What can I do to fix this?

As I said, this font Babylon 5 had nothing to do with this problem. I have just referred, because that was the reason why I chose to review ALL my fonts (with the font book) then that caused this problem.

When you install the Creative Suite (any version), there are included fonts. If some of these fonts are deleted, you can run into problems. Just like how a seemingly random police (Babylon 5) installed, without ANY intention for use with Dreamweaver, caused the workspace spontaneously, change and to use this font! This issue is also unique for me. I found other issues about the same topic, so once I realized the problem, I posted a response and immediately get a response from a member who would be stuck with that issue for more than 4 months (and was thrilled that the removal of the police solved the problem).

I only mention this, because there are a few quirks really special with the compatibility fonts and products Adobe. Some are known and noticed on the site, but others leave customers frustrated and without support to solve the problem. Its obviously not your fault, but rather something Adobe should address.

Photoshop just left

I have the entire Adobe CS4 Web Premium installed on my computer. This product has worked flawlessly until today. Now whenever I try to open Photoshop I get to the point where I can open a new project and as soon as I start doing anything systems tells me that it has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I called ADOBE to try to get help (that was a joke) and they directed me to a troubleshooting article. I was told that I had to make all 24 steps (6 pages total) and if it still doesn't have to remind them.
Well, obviously none of the suggestions of their 'book' helped correct the problem I'm having.
If anyone has an ideas on where I can begin to fix this problem I would be very grateful.

PS, AI and InDesign are pretty lenient on fonts. First Titler is not.

Now I about13, 000 on my workstation, but rarely more than a few hundred already installed (in the operating system) at a given time. For my work, I use Extensis Suitcase and have a lot of project and customer "packs of fonts.

Unless you have really messed up fonts, it would be towards the bottom of the list. Now, the free FontFrenzy and the "for pay" Extensis FontDoctor, will be lifted all the fonts on your system, installed, or not (with a bit of work in FontFrenzy) and attempt to repair corrupt or bad.

If you're a junkie "police", I strongly suggest that you look into a program of management of fonts and just 'install' most needed at any time.

If you try to resolve anything by rubbing, it's a lot like 40000...

My Web site layout, fonts, graphics are suddenly messed up.

My site was beautiful in Firefox, as it always does in Chrome and IE. It wasn't until the other day when a customer told us that our site was horrible looking in its Firefox. Having no idea about how our site read in Firefox, we went to view the site yesterday and to our surprise, wow that's horrible.

I don't know that it was fine, a few months ago, when we checked it and we did not something important on the site other then on 25 may, we added a RapidSSL to GeoTrust certificate - which I don't know or believe would have caused this mess or... The site is www.ancient-wisdoms.com

I see all request of JS and CSS files with size 0 in the Web Console (Firefox/tools > Web Developer) even though the HTTP response headers show that content is sent by the server.
It is possible that Firefox does not like the Content-Encoding: x - deflate that the server sends.

The compression setting has been changed recently?

Given that I've updated for Firefox 19.x, rendered fonts has been completely broken. Fonts are all screwed up, distorted, etc...

I have read many suggestions on changing the options about: config and various other parameters, but nothing seems to work.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Recently, I tried to change the color of one of my visited links and somehow transformed all of my white ties. I deleted what I thought I did, but now the links won't go back to blue and many of my fonts have expanded or transformed a different colors. Help, please.

You must re - download the file index.css on the server, then, currently, it shows #ffffff on the downloaded file.

Fonts CSS: inherit - see the mess up Design

I use Eric Meyers CSS reset, which applies "font: inherit" to several CSS selectors. In Dreamweaver CS4, including "font: inherit" in the CSS disables all font families I specified in my style sheet. In fashion Design, all the text is displayed in the wheelbase by default... but in Live View mode, correct font families are rendered.

Any other agency works in this or know why this is happening? I just took "font: inherit ' out of my CSS reset because it is a concern of not being able to see the correct fonts in Design view.

Hello

It is a bug in the rendering of DW CS4 design, in that the design mode does not display the correct when font fonts: inherit; is used over a rule in the waterfall.

Firefox also experienced a problem similar when inherit has been used for the family of fonts in version 2, (circa. 05/06).

I downgraded 10 back to 9.0.1 but now everything is totally messed up! Some fonts don't square just symbols everywhere.

Do a cleaning (re) install and delete the folder of the program Firefox (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).

Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current version of Firefox, if possible.
- Do NOT remove the data of a personal nature when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data, because all profile files will be deleted.
Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.

Your bookmarks and other profile data stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a relocation, but make sure that you do not select delete data of a personal nature if you uninstall Firefox.

If, you have the problem then try a new profile.

'serious error' message when trying to install a .ttf font?

Hi all

I've got El Capitan 10.11.6

I'm trying to install a true type font, using the default method. In the window 'Validation of police', it says: "1 a mistake detected. Do not use this font.

What is the problem? There is nothing wrong with the police.

I searched the forums, etc... but could not find a solution?

There is a button that says: 'install verified', I'm tempted to click, because I need the police ASAP.

But I'm afraid to mess up my computer? (iMac)

What is a paid police or a free one? If you have paid for it, you must contact the seller.

If a free, can you tell us what and where you downloaded it? I might try and see if I get the same result.

Firefox is spoil fonts

Problem just started yesterday for no reason. I tried everything to fix this. Reinstall, cleaning of profile etc files. It is useful, but only for a short time (about 15 minutes), then the fonts are weird, with no smoothing and not in bold whereas they should be - not good in a Word. If I don't close Firefox, I have the right, but after the relaunch, the fonts are confused. All my fonts are not damaged (tested in Word), the other programs work correctly, including the other webbrowsers, but I don't like them too. I now use developer edition of Firefox, but standard version have the same problem. It's not a fault of plugin too. I use only Adblock and problem is still there without him. My OS: Windows 10 Pro (x 64).

How to turn off the blur of fonts? I prefer to have ClearType off the coast.

I hate the blurry appearance of fonts. My eyes cannot focus on the blurry letters. I do not use to explore just for this reason. I leave ClearType on my Windows7. My monitor is 23 "1920 x 1080.

Help if you disable hardware acceleration?

Try the pref gfx.content.azure.enabled set to false or if this does not help disable Direct2D by setting the pref gfx.direct2d.disabled true on the subject: config page and leave hardware acceleration enabled otherwise.

Font book - what do these wacky symbols mean?

I installed a font that apparently does not contain an apostrophe. In the screenshot, I typed an apostrophe three times. Each has a different symbol instead of the apostrophe. I use a U.S. English keyboard.

• What are the symbols mean?

• Why each instance would be different, even if I type the same character?

These symbols are what OS X appears when you type an unknown character in scripts of Kannada, Thai and Cham. The police must be really messed. Where did you exactly?
