  You have a corrupted Licnsing store-

  Please try the steps below to re-create the store with the correct data.

  (1) open an Internet browser window.
  (2) type: %windir%\system32 in the browser's address bar.
  (3) find the CMD.exe file
  (4) make a right click on CMD.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
  (5) type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you're sure, select Yes)
  (6) type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
  (7) type: Rename tokens.bar tokens.dat
  (8) type: cd %windir%\system32
  (9) type: net start slsvc
  (10) type: cscript slmgr.vbs - FLIR (it may take time for this will be complete, please be patient)
  (11) restart your computer twice.

  If the computer came with win 7 pre installed the it is OEM.  A touch of detail will not work with OEM.  You must either install the OEM with the original key or the new version with a touch of detail.

  There is no hardware changes, since it is a laptop. As I wrote, the COA product key is worn out and unreadable.

  How can I get an OEM version? The recovery partition is gone.

  Option 1:

  If the COA sticker is damaged, you must use the recovery partition to reinstall Windows 7, it will be exempt from the need to use the product key to activate your installation of Windows 7.

  Option 2:

  If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling. This will exempt the need to also use the product key.

  Option 3:

  If neither options 1 or 2 is possible, then you will need to invest in a new license of full version of detail.

  I just bought a new windows 8 CD. It has been stated in the CD that I can use to download/install up to 5 times. So I installed windows 8 to my PC and my laptop.
