  My friend send the surface pro in Australia. But, because of a problem, I am not able to connect to my microsoft account. I was able to subscribe photos and other services. But, whenever I try "switch to microsoft account" under the "users" menu it says try again later and when I try to make a new account from microsoft directly through it, it also shows an error message. Also, when I try to connect to the store it shows "The PC is not connected to the internet" even though I am connected to the internet. Get really bothered by this.

  Finally fixed it. It was a stupid mistake. The problem was that the time and date are mistaken in the pro surface and also in the region. Once I got it, it worked. Thank you guys.

  You can open elevated command mode prompt and do the following command.

  msiserver net start, and then press enter

  msiexec / unregister, and then press enter

  msiexec/regserver, and then press enter

  Restart the computer and try to install the updates.
