  If you allowed them access to your PC, then it is a problem. I considered reinstalling my OS and change all my passwords. It would also make sense, if you use the online banking etc., to inform your bank that you have a security hole on your PC. This will alert them to anyone using your current password to the Bank etc.

  Right-click the taskbar, and then select Properties. On taskbar you of the tab, click Customize. Scroll to the clock and change the "behaviours" on it.

  Only desktop applications can be pinned to the taskbar on the desktop. Modern (aka metro) applications such as the Mail app can only be pinned to the Start screen and not the taskbar.

  I assumed that you had a digital signature created in your player application of old and whenever you use to fill out a pdf with a signature field signed you it. But in order to draw and then sign you must use Acrobat Pro DC no DC drive.

  I bought a touch of Explorer Microsoft wireless mouse and cannot understand why the mouse does not connect. The small usb dongle is recognized and the mouse turns works. The optical light is blue and the touch sensor clicks when I run my finger on it. Nothing happens when I press any button of the mouse (without interaction with the computer). It almost seems like its not even connected to the usb dongle. I tried to find out what's wrong with it or with Windows. The mouse itself doesn't simply plug the usb dongle or on the computer at all. It is not a Bluetooth mouse, so there is no button to connect or sync.
