  I uninstalled what is called "Windows Live ID Sign - in Assistant", as well as the usual games of .NET, MS for Windows - LIVE and games for Windows Marketplace Client, then ran a registry cleaner (I used CCleaner, which is free) and restarted.

  Norton 360 v4.x was not released until February 17, 2010. If you have purchased & installed Norton 360 in August 2009, it was Norton 360 v3.x, so you must have upgraded to v4.x because you upgraded to Win7 in October 2009.

  Go to your desktop and double-click the file name fixme.reg

  or

  Click Start.

  Type regedit in the search field and press to enter.

  On the registry change windows click on file and select import.

  Navigate to the location where the fixme.reg file and select the file.

  Click ok on the windows screen once the registry is merged successfully.

  Restart computer and check if updates installs.

  I also had iolo which weaken my Windows Installer and I had to uninstall it.

  I've been using Windows 8.1 for awhile now but then he started getting all doubtful and I couldn't access anything whatsoever since the windows store. So I reset my laptop that took back to Windows 8. I went to download 8.1 of the store, but he told me that I had to download all updates, in this case 98. So I clicked on download and for at least 2 hours now, the green bar has evolved throughout, but the downloads are not to do anything... He always says "Downloading 98 updates (0 total KB, 0% complete)" and it's just not doing anything... can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

  window is set to auto download. but will not. then new icheck updated, it analyzes a sp3 said I need a net 2.0 framework I have look in crontrol Panel Add Remove and they are not installed thanks for any help

• Windows Installer will not download .msi all the most of such files steam...

  So normally every month, I format my computer of State out-of-box just to clean my system. When I reformatted it this time, I tried to download steam and it showed an error (written below). I searched for a very long time and no solution to this problem. (whenever I try to download all of the .msi as the steam files an eror comes up saying the following :))
