  As far as I know it s recommended using a security program only. You must use a Microsoft or McAfee, but not both!

I do not know.  I made some different system using different dates restorations and who has not solved anything so far. I use the computer during a run without problem, but if I have a cup of coffee, for example, I have to restart when I return. Sometimes, the slider moves, sometimes not, but no matter the computer is unresponsive after that I took a break or just out of the blue when I try to open an e-mail or another task. I guess it's time for a Mac, but I thought I'd see if anyone has some ideas on how to solve this problem. Thank you!
