I can't find the classic games folder (for Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, etc.) on a Windows 7 Professional Edition purchase I did this week. Is it because this folder is not included in the professional version of this operating system? How can I download the file, if possible?

To activate the built-in Windows 7 games:

    1. click on Start (lower-left) and then on Control Panel.

    2. click on programs and features.

    3. on the left side of the screen, click on 'Windows turn features on or off".

    4. find the entry called games & check the box next to it.

    5. click on OK.

    6 reset.

If the games box is already checked, uncheck the box , click OK, restart, then do steps 1-6 above.

    Hello JothinVedere

After you have re-installed Windows XP, you can go on the site Web of Norton and download the software from their part. Once you have downloaded it you should be asked for an email or an account that you configured when you first bought Norton, log. After that, Norton is turned on with the rest of the time for your subscription should be displayed. If you have further questions about Norton, you can click on their link to support here. • During the upgrade to Windows XP Media Edition 2004-2005 - do not go

While upgrading from Windows XP Media Edition 2004 to XP ME 2005, I entered the 25-character product key and it would not take it. Then I tried to use the product key that came with my Sony VAIO that came with this version of Windows XP Media Edition 2004, it would not accept either. I am absolutely sure I had the correct product key because he was strong and had the Microsoft sticker on the package marked Upgrade of Windows XP Media Edition 2005. Could something else would cause because my ME XP 2004 had just been installed about two weeks ago. Earlier in the day (yesterday), SP 2 has been downloaded and installed.  I would point out product keys, but I don't want someone else to win by making and using my product key on their system. If you wish, I can give you my product keys for verification, if you wish.

In my opinion your best course of action would be to buy and clean, install a license of system builders.

You never know what comes with a pirate windows.
  • My 25 character product key is not recognized, as well as the mass storage controller is missing.

two problems RY5U870-ImageSensor06 not recognized as mass storage controller is not found

My 25 character product key is not recognized as mass storage controller is missing and a meesage RY5U870_Image Sensor06 is not compatible. I use a computer laptop sony vaio a dell windows vista Home premium 32 - bit boot disk that I got no problem other than the unrecognized product key it for activation of windows has never been made. I hope that I have ave explained it well enough for someone to solve these issues. Dale a lot thanks

The question of activation is because you cannot use a Dell OEM of Windows version to activate on a Sony.

The questions ImageSensor and mass storage controller are likely due to the fact that the Dell installation media is not the device driver appropriate for your Sony computer motherboard.

  • Vista Home Premium product ID is not recognized

I just bought a new Sony Vaio running Vista 64 bit and need to contact Microsoft technical support. However, when I try to do the support web site tells me that my product id is not recognized (I use the PID of control panel of configuration/system/Windows Activation). So I can't get any support. Anyone know what could be wrong?

As your Vista is preinstalled for Sony, it is classified as an OEM license.

The full support of your Vista product comes from Sony, NOT Microsoft.
