  It is a simple generic error message that you will always see when the programs or applications crash.

  At this point, it seems the best thing to do would be to do a search with your preferred for the ROC "ocr software" free search engine stands for optical character recognition.   None of the operating systems of Microsoft such as Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 have an Office Suite or Microsoft Works. However, OEMs Original (OEM) such as Acer, Gateway, HP, Toshiba, Dell, etc. may decide to include different software that is pre-installed on their computer as a package with CD burning software, software etc. photo.  They will also sometimes offer a package of the printer, but it's the OEM. You would have to buy Microsoft Works separately.
