  Standard SQL 2012 Enterprise edition migration is not a supported scenario. Even from 2012 to 2014 enterprise SQL standard SQL is not supported.

  As security improved, a number of packages of % UTL_ is not granted to public any longer. You will need to connect as sysdba and grant to run on these packages for the patterns that must be used. They recompile and the errors should go away.

  "I am trying to run the migration utility to export GBA 4.2.0 (124) to ACS 5.3 device and get him."

  Hi Henrik,

  Yes, you need to create an empty database on SQL for TMSPE before migrating. During migration, Setup will automatically migrate the legacy database do OpenDS SQL. You will have to enter the information to connect to SQL Server during the instalation of TSMPE.

  With regard to the size of data abse, I have a TMSPE base with 100 registered users, the size, including data and connects, is only 15 MB. =)
