    Looks like you have the same problem I had. I tried tons of stuff to fix the problem but nothing did the trick.

    But then, I decided to buy a new AC adapter and check if it was the problem.


    I don't pretend to know that your computer has the same problem as mine, but for me, a brand new $ 80 real AC adaptor has been around. Laptop still works like a charm on this adapter. I made sure to buy a better one than the one that came with my laptop. I used to have a 90W, now I have a 135W, compatible with my laptop model.

    Today I bought a new IPad Mini Air 2.  When I tried to set up using my ID existing (from a gen 4 IPad old, broken) I got a message that the 9.0.1 iOS is not compatible with my ID which has been implemented on iOS 9.2.  I can't go past this in the installation program.  Is it possible to settle this issue without taking the mini Ipad back?  If I create a new ID, I'll be able to update the iOS?  Or should I take the IPad mini back and get another product with the right OS already installed?
