    I solved this on my machine after a few game.

    When you arrive at the last stage of the search for album information, before you click on finish, click the small globe in the upper left corner of the dialog box.  This refreshes the connection to the server.  Click on finish, then it started working again.

    Refresh a couple of times before that it worked but so far 2 of 2 machines working again on my other maching.

    If the previous step does not solve the problem, refer to the steps below.

    Click on "Start" , "Control Panel" , "programs and features" and in the left pane, click "turn on or off windows features".  In the box that appears, scroll down and look for, "Media features" and expand it.

    Clear the check box next to Windows Media player (WMP), then click on 'OK'. Wait for the course to complete.

    Follow the same steps above and put a tick in the box next to WMP to reactivate. That should solve the problem of corruption.

    Try the following:

    (1) reset store Cache - Windows key + R, type wsreset.exe, enter

    (2) sync your App store Licensing charms, updated settings APP, sync Licenses

    If the problem persists, run the following commands from a command prompt (Admin)

    (1) sfc/scannow reboot once completed.

    (2) dism.exe/Online/cleanup-image /scanhealth

    (3) dism.exe / online/cleanup-image /restorehealth Reboot and try Apps, if still the problem persists restart sfc / scannow and restart and check if it is resolved.
