• Controller - question Source of export range

  I wrote a plugin export controller which works with a database to save the metadata and moving exported media autour where to go for reading (automation of the TV station).  One thing that I have been unable to solve is the notion of the user to choose whether they want the entire exported sequence, the work area, or points of output exported.  I am unable to really find this in the documentation for the software development kit, instead of exports simply visit the entire timeline.  In a plain vanilla media export, the user can select the range of the Source and choose things like the work area, in/out sequence or customization.  I probably just lack, but I do not see where the hooks to do this are in the controller to the export SDK.  Can someone give me a little push in the right direction on where I can put it is to export the entire timeline or only work area in a controller to export?

  A lot is possible using the scripting API body, including (but not limited to) existing appellant export controllers, making sequences [some soul predefined, which may include ftp post-processing] and [certain destination]... and rendered using TEA on the same system, so editors can get back to editing.

• Help with miniature slide show.

  I have created pages that have multiple photos of each product. I use a miniature slideshow widget to make a large miniature as the main image of the product that can be clicked on and does jump in a lightbox. This part works fine, but I also have an another miniature lightbox just below where people can see more photos 4 and 5 of the same product.  I want to do is merge these into a slide show.  I thought that uncheck "change set" in settings of the widget would allow me to divide the thumbnails and make a great product shooting and then place the other (much smaller) below sub form of secondary images, thus creating a slideshow. So if someone clicks on the picture of the main product they could then just hit then from there to see the rest.

  Is it possible to do or not?

  Please take a look at the site in its current form (WIP) and see how its configuration now. I need the page are exactly the same, but do have the main pic for each product beginning the full slideshow.

• is it possible to import the capture of adobe adobe illustrator vectors, if you have an older version of illustrator?

  Hi, I have created (vectors?) in the capture and want to bring them in illustrator files, but do not have the option described in the adobe tutorials.  I can get to them online, as an 'asset' but can not download a vector. Is there a solution?

  When you send a link, it is a jpeg image.

  Also, when it registers in the creative cloud, it records as an asset in the library, not a file, so it can not be implemented Adobe draw.  How can it be moved/exported from 'active' to 'files '?

  Hi Julie,.

  You cannot use the forms in the old version of Illustrator, it requires the library panel in versions of creative cloud of our desktop applications, but you can import them to the draw.

  When you have a Web open to the draw, press shapes (triangle/circle) icon in the top NAV. You will see tabs in the menu that opens, we're forms App and the other is my library (or whatever your default library). Your forms to Capture CC will be there.

• CC of LIghtroom is HORRIBLY slow.  What can I do to speed it up?

  I downloaded the update that came out last week that struck my LR of 5.7 to version creative Cloud.  I was very happy to try it... until I tried.  It takes EASILY 5 x as long to pass photographs, zoom in or out, apply brushes or changes after sliders have been moved, export, etc.  It's far too slow; so I went back with the help of c 5.7.  I can do to speed it up?  I don't like to not be able to use something that I paid for.

  Try to uncheck the box for the GPU acceleration in the performance of the settings tab... This is a problem.

  Hey, if someone could help that would be great.

  I make videos and use photoshop to create subtitles/text using the type tool, transparent background and then superimpose the image file into iMovie.

  However, sometimes photoshop decides to move the text, even if I do not have when exporting, only seems to happen if the background is transparent.

  For example. These two images and if you switch between them quickly enough to create a moving image.

  

  I think you'll find that the border of the images are not the same, because of the background is transparent. You can check by looking at the dimensions in pixels for both images. They should be the same.

• When you export files NEF to JPEG, LR says the files "is not found." What should I do? I have not moved or changed the originals.

  I am looking to create a slide show for our open house from the 8th Grade tonight and files, that I shot in raw format, do not correctly export in JPEG format via the export button in the library.   Well, gentlemen... I have figured out semi. When exporting, in image format options, I can't have the color as color LCD space. It MUST be sRGB. So now I export (in JPEG format) but in sRGB. I prefer the color LCD, but *, I'll take it at this stage. I want this slide show so badly for parents tonight. Thank you all for your help. It helped!

  I use Lightroom for batch PSD to JPEG. Bad, I edited this file before and exported from Lightroom. Once I noticed, I opened these files in Photoshop, make a new pure white background and hidden each layer. Burning changes that I made previously were not visible anywhere in the files, even after that I imported into Lightroom. Thumbnails all looked correct. After that I exported them, the files have the old changes on them. I don't understand why this is happening or what I'm doing wrong. Please see picture below before and after Lightroom export.

• Miniature with magnified Lightbox Gallery?

  I have a site that was built with Site Grinder 3 way back when and I'm now recreate the entire site with Muse to facilitate maintenance and design updates. One thing I have a replication problem is my portfolio gallery, which is a column of thumbnails that are real lightbox images of enlarged of the image when you click on it. (like this: nextexit.la/portfolio.php)

  I tried using the jQuery nested display settings, and although I found a solution, in my opinion, there must be an easier and faster way. Because with the current solution, it comes down to me to have to add a new "trigger" for each portfolio, I would like to add. That means that I also have to manually choose the "target". I want something that can be easily updated using the editing in the browser. Something where you just have to add new images ONCE and the thumbnails automatically fill the frame by a fixed percentage.

  Anyone know if this is possible?

  You can create it manually with composition and States defined for the triggers with a different version of the same image as zoomed to turnover which would carry the container on click or use any one of them:

  Or does autotone I export? I noticed that the thumbnails are updated as I sit and watch my recent imports.

  The exported file is based on the rendering associated with parameters of development. In your example, these will be those dictated by auto tone. If the previeww has been done or not is irrelevent.

Now, how would I you do this? Should I simply export tables and import? Or y at - it an easier way to do this via SQL?
  
  Each server has a different server address, such as usernames and passwords. If you need more information to help me answer this question, I can provide to the best of my ability. But I'm looking for suggestions from people who have done this.

  The metadata would be the create statements, move objects, where the data is only the contents of the tables. Whatever it is, datapump can manage it. If it's the same set of tables, then your command would not change.

  Your best bet would be to read the documentation, and then return to get the answers, but in a nutshell, use Data Pump export:

  1 create a directory object to a local drive.
  2 grant access to this object directory for the schema that you want to run the export command
  3. start your export_command: something like:

  Directory of username/password expdp dumpfile your_dir_object = your_dumpfile = tables = schema1.table1, schema1.table2, etc.

  This will create a dumpfile with metadata and data. If you only want the data, then add: content = data_only

  During import, steps 1 and 2 on the target database and then

  Username/password directory Impdp dumpfile your_dir_object = your_dumpfile = tables = schema1.table1, schema1.table2, etc.

  default action if you have metadata and data is to ignore objects if they exist, then you can use:

  TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION =

  If you only have data, the default action is add. If you want to truncate, then user

  TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = truncate

  Hope this helps, but read the docs is a much better way to learn.

• In the lightbox widget, how can I move a legend without moving the location of all legends?

  I use the lightbox widget for my wallet, and I downloaded the files of different layouts and directions. Some captions appear over my graphics. When I try to move the legend below the chart, it moves the location for all my captions. Edit together is not checked. What Miss me?

  Try the widget 'Presentation' under 'Compositions' but Yes - will not work with the lightbox.

• images following a trajectory moving slightly after export to .f4v (PE10)

  I have place the faces on those who are in an existing video. Everything is aligned properly in the editing windows, but when I export to f4v or any other type of file, the faces are not where they were prior to export and the effect is ruined when the faces are only 1/2 covered. Thoughts?

  I have the first 10 Elements on Windows 7 64 bit, crossed the suggestion and export here was very good for what you were asking.

  Let us go on those export settings (as shown in the screenshot in post numbered 5)

  Main Concept H.264 Video = video codec

  Width of the frame = 720

  Frame Height = 480

  Frame rate = 29.97

  Field order = low

  High = profile

  Level = 4.1

  Encoding Bitrate = VBR, 2 Pass

  Target Bitrate = 5.4 MB/s (megabits per second)

  Maximum bitrate = 5.4 MB/s (megabits per second)

  Please check that the above is what you used and please give another chance.

  Which card specific NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card your computer thanks to the use of first 10 items? And what is the version of the driver

  and meetings for the map? (See map of Device/Manager/NVIDIA display adapters...)

  Rasterization of 720 x 480, 4:3, 1920 x 1080 16:9 would be expected, but 720 x 480 to 720 x 480?
