  • Several photos do not print true to size

I spent two days trying to print a page of A4 format of 45mmx35mm photos, which are all of the same photo.

I tried the photo package and set up properly in the areas. I tried contact 11 and even tried to make a new blank page in A4 format and put a pboto 45x35mm on that and copy the image.

Whatever like I do the photos Print slightly smaller, either slightly bigger and I need them to be delicate 45x35mm.

I use elements 9 on a Mac that is running Lion.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong please?

    Overview:

    • Crop the photo to the right size
    • Place multiple copies of a photo on the same document

    Open image file

Access to the crop tool and on the top, tool options bar select the image format: Custom. Enter width 45mm & 35 m in height, 290 px / in for resolution. Engage. Reduce to a minimum.

Go to file > new file empty

Enter the size of your paper stock and regulation 290px / in

Go back to the image file, go to Select >, then edit > copy. This puts the picture in the Clipboard.

Back to an empty file that you have created and will in Edition > paste.

Whenever you paste, a new layer will be generated. Use the move tool to position each so pasted copy.

I suggest you open the grid - view > grid - in order to facilitate orientation. You can configure the grid via Edition > Preferences > guides and grid.

    The grid will not print.

  • DO NOT PRINT THE GRID LINES

Tried to print an empty grid of 9 Suduku.   I have the test to white in DOC format in my computer.  All lines of border and large square line 9 print but the grid that make up 81 small blocks of lines do not print.  The lines that print appear as black in the display of files and preview.  The lines of the line are 81 small blocks appear more gray in my print file and preview before printing.  Printed white perfectly before I updated my printer driver and software.  I did not any changes to my file.   I have a printer HP 4260 and Windows 7.  Would appreciate any help on this.

    Jamison,

After reading your comments again, I got some question weather I tried actually printing in grayscale.

I followed the instructions from HP to do.  One would believe you, I had a good impression.  Not sure what happened at the facility in grayscale I have to had used before, but in some way it changed.  But he's back and I'm back in business.

    Thanks again for your suggestions.

  • How dense can the main grid to allow a minor grid?

    Hello NO,.

on a xy chart, allowing the secondary gridlines (with the lines of the main grid enabled, of course) do not always show them. It seems that no minor gridlines is drawn if there is already "several" main grid lines.

For example, a chart with 817 pixels of height will be autoscale from 0 to 100 with the major divisions of the 2.5. In this case, no secondary gridlines will be drawn. Change to record the scale shows secondary gridlines, etc..

It's confusing for the user of a CVI program if it specifies secondary gridlines, but none appear...

Could NEITHER clarify the exact test? In addition, a statement in the help would be useful.

    Thank you!

    Wolfgang,

Normally, the number of minor gridlines between two consecutive major grids is a multiplier of the base 10 logarithm of the gap between the main grid lines. However, the chart is also implementing a minimum of 10 pixels between each minor grid line (she is 5 pixels for a digital slide). Therefore, once the gap between the two lines of the main grid becomes less than 20 pixels, no more secondary gridlines are drawn.

We can go into this much detail using the attribute, because it is possible that this behavior could be adjusted at some point in the (distant) future. But we add a note saying that the number of grid lines is proportional away, and they can disappear completely if the gap is too small.

  • OfficeJet 6500 printer E710n-z: Officejet 6500 E710n-z printer is not printing but it says printing doc is printing

Hp Officejet 6500 printer - E710n - z does not print documents from my PC but will copy the documents placed in the tray of the printer. I set it up as a network printer with a wifi modem in another room. I used the Control Panel, click right in the image of the printer and done research failure, checked the driver (this is the last) and the control panel tells me that the document prints, but nothing happens. I am trying to print with margins of 0.5cms word documents. I tried with 0cm margins and some print and others don't which is the reason why I changed the margins to 0.5cms. I get a warning that the print area is greater than the margin and that some of the document will be lost, but that's okay for me because I am a printing table and you want to cut the paper along the lines of the grid.

    @Marmalade2,

Looks like it might be a problem with this document, the settings or with Word. Are you able to print from other applications/programs?

  • Export image minor grid

    Hello

Could someone help me solve the problem that I have encountered in 'Export picture'?

I saved a BMP format XY chart using "Export to Image". But the recorded image did not show minor grids. I think that the minor grids would make interpretation very easy plot.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Try the "Get Image" method instead, and then wire the Image data to one of the Formats screw graphics as PNG file write or write BMP.  Set the depth of the Image of 24.

  • my HP Photosmart 5514 will not print. Prints blank sheets,

I feel a .pdf file and it would not print, but tried to save it.  I printed all the foregoing so far. I ran a test page that it printed. turn off the printer and unplug the power cord and nothing seems to work. I don't know what the problem that prevents my printer to print any file from pc to the printer. It is a PIA and HP software is a nightmare.  This all started when HP sent me a notice to try the creations of HP.

  • HP5610 printer does not print black no content

    Hi all

I have a really strange problem with my HP5610.

He started last week - if I printed a document with multiple pages, the first page would be of standard quality, but by the last pages, the black text would be disappeared until this that practically illegible.  If I left the printer for a few hours, I was able to print another page, but even once, it would get progressively lighter.

Although it's a new cartridge that was barely used, I changed it-assuming it was defective.

Since then, I put in a replacement cartridge and I have the same trouble.  The text is very feint, so clearly not not using black ink at all.  Seeing that it is already a new cartridge, I tried a test page, alignment of the printer (the alignment page has just blue on it!), the cartridges of cleaning (using the set towards the top/menu help).  I cleaned the contacts inside the printer and the cartridge with distilled water.  I have it cut to the grid and still no joy.

There ink from cartridge if I wipe it with a paper filter, so I don't think it's a problem with another cartridge... but can we else recommend what to do?

I even let the cartridge upside down for 2 hours outside the printer in case it was a problem of sediment in the cartridge, but that did not work!

    Thanks in advance

    Desperate:!

    Hello Helenavm,

Looks like it is your printhead or the tube in the printer at this stage, given that you have gone through all the troubleshooting steps. The 5610 doesn't have a removable print head so it can not be cleaned outside the utility provided with the printer.

You can try to launch the application cleaning several times as a cleanup can't do. If after this the printer still does not print the likely product of must then be repaired.

You can use this warranty Checker to see if your printer is still under warranty.

If not, you can see what out-of-warranty options, you need to get out of here

  • C309a does not print

My C309a all-in-One printed perfectly for 1 year.

I went to copy a letter on the glass bed. He looked at the print head printing, but the document was empty.

I then tried to print a Word and a .pdf document. The paper loaded correctly and the print head struck that it was printing, but the document was empty. I replaced all ink cartridges. I removed and cleaned the print head. I ran a test print which was OK and made a head alignment. What impression over the small screen on the printer says "alignment failed".

Someone know why does print not now when powered by my computer or will not print when copying from the top of the glass printer? Print head looks like it's printing but nothing on paper.

This questions the printer head problem. see the following steps for cleaning print head:

    • Click the Start button, if you have Windows XP. If you have Windows Vista, click the Windows icon located in the lower left corner of your computer screen.
    • Click on "Control Panel", then "printers and other devices. Finally click on "View Installed Printers or fax printers."
    • Right-click on the name of your printer and choose "Printing Preferences". This should open a new window; Then look for a tab or button labeled maintenance, or something similar.
    • Find the button that says "Print heads" or "Clean print heads" and click it. You may be asked to choose the print heads; Choose them all if you are. Make sure that there is no paper and ink in your printer, and it is turned forward.
    • Remove the page that your printer has printed and see if there are the missing gates or boxes. If it does not exist, you can just exit the program - your print heads are not blocked. If there is missing grids, then click on the "cleanup" or even button labeled.
    • Once you have finished the cleaning, print another page to make sure that your printheads are is more clogged. If they are still clogged, repeat steps 1 through 5 until your printer is printing clearly.

  • A text on a page does not print

On a number of pages, such as http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4extra/programmes/schedules/2013/02/14 the text in purple - black prints. But black on the page text does not print.

On the other hand, IE8 prints all text (in black)

"This page uses a style sheet for what is in print - rel ="stylesheet"media ="print"href ="http://static.bbci.co.uk/programmes/2.51.1/style/print.css" "

Maybe IE is not read this stylesheet even that Firefox reads this file for you. Although the Print Preview in Firefox and IE8 on my PC displays the same type of black and formatting. And this note is in this stylesheet - black print faster: sanbeiji.com/archives/95 -which explains why the print is black in Firefox (and IE8 for me).

  • Epson effective 435 does not print in El Capitan?

Hi, I have recently updated to EL Capitan and attempted to add epson Stylus 435 with no luck. The problem is that it appears in the list of printers so I choose what it but then under 'use', I try to look for the model but number 435 was not found. I only see epson 24 pins series and epson 9-pin. I tried both choices of 24 and 9 series. My mac connects to the printer, but does not print anything. There is nothing wrong with the printer because when I print from windows 7 is very good.

I also tried to connect my mac to the printer via the usb port and it's exactly the same as above, it does not list my model.

    What should I do?

When you connect to this model of Epson, by network or USB, you should get a prompt indicating that a driver is available at Apple and you want to download. Given that this is not happening (perhaps due to a previous version of the driver) then you can download and install the package of printer Epson v3.2 drivers from Apple and then you should be able to add your printer.
