• RCC Certicom missing signature - for some users.

  This one is a bit confusing.

  My nocturnal compilations of bbssh, I recently started using the CryptoInteger class, which requires a signature from Certicom.  However, I receive these and sign the app with them.  (Although I will check this configuration when I'm home to check)

  Once I started to do this, two users have reported receiving this error message, at the time when the application accesses CryptoInteger:

  Missing RCC signature. Not allowed to access Certicom functionality.

  However, here is the part that I don't understand: it works fine on my device.

  The devices in question:

  9000 - 5.0.0.464 (work)

  9650 - 5.0.0.591 (CCR exception)

  8900 - exception of 5.0.0.592 (RCC)

  Also important: in the news module, I see that he is signed with BAR but not CCR. But if this is the case why it would work on my device, but not on someone else? I think his failure here as well.

• How to register ActiveX exe server for all users

  I'm aware that with newer versions of the CVI and Windows when you generate an ActiveX exe server, it records only the server for the user profile.  I read one white papers OR who said that computer administrator may register the server for all users.  I am an administrator for the development of PC we use.  I went to the command and he ran as the administrator of the PC.  I then navigate to the path of the exe.  I published the regserver command.  Unfortunately, I am unable to distinguish if the server exe was registered for all users or if it combined again to my user profile.  Our server exe is called by another program of the CVI.  To validate if the server exe had been registered for all users, I had a user who had not built server exe on the development PC connection and try to start the server within its own CVI program exe.  When this has been attempted, the user receives an error "class not registered".  The user was not able to successfully launch the exe of the server until it has built on the PC itself.  It does not appear that the administrator regserver command worked to save the exe file of the server for all users.  Is anyone aware of any steps that I may have missed?

  I am looking for a book on LabVIEW (ideally 7.1 but later versions are also correct) for advanced users.

  All the books that I find on amazon are introductions for beginners.

• Adjustment of the farm for all users

  My apologies if I missed this answered somewhere, but I couldn't find it anyway. I have a thin client, running vWorkspace AppPortal 8.0. Users to connect individually as opposed to a shared connection. Is it possible for me to load the configuration settings of the App portal for all users?  If I have each log and load the config file.  So basically, I try to have the configuration file to load automatically for all users.  Is this possible?  Thanks in advance.

• Discoverer 11.1.1.7.0 against 12.1.3 with OAM 11.1.2 EBS to request the password for the user with Ondaaah

  Oracle has not been able to help me to do this job; 2 open of SR for weeks and no good answer.  They referred me to the people of onlinappsdba and various other public Internet sites.  We run EBS 12.1.3 and Disco 11.1.1.7.0 with 10g SSO and Ondaaah and SSL.  That works very well, users, identity is established through Ondaaah on our corporate network, with zero sign - on.  I'm replacing 10gSSO by OAM 11.1.2.  OAM/OID works very well for EBS and OBIEE, always zero sign - on with the OID 11.1.1.7.0 and AccessGate piece (and a webgate for both).  (Too many servers to SSO support in my view, if something goes wrong, too many places to look.)  For Disco, I created the osso.conf in OAM 11.1.2 installed in a folder on the Disco and bounced of Disco.  This works OK if in OAM authentication method is based authentication forms, with OAM inviting the user to signon, OID and then passes the user name and password through the OID in Active Directory, and connect on Disco invites to indicate the user name, and then gives access to workbooks.  No prompt for password clubbing.  But when I try to activate Ondaaah as an authentication method in the OAM, discoverer invite first the "Oracle Applications" connection for a user name and the EUL.  But Disco then prompts the user a password, that no longer exists in fnd_user. because authentication is external.  Connections fail.  I am also unable to create a private connection; This dialog box Disco also invites a user password.  At the login page of Disco, the user session went to OAM and fact authentication successful via Ondaaah.  I can tell from follow-up to the session through Fiddler.  Transmitted to the disco but Disco missing something and password prompts.  Support OAM at Oracle seems to think that OAM is not send the cookie to Discoverer, although I'm not sure.

  First of all, Ondaaah with Disco should work with OAM, right?  Any thoughts on what might be missing?  I went through the MOS notes a few times, closely followed the tutorial onlinappsdba on it.

  The hotfix is described in Note 1616228.1 problem with mod_osso and custom authentication plugins.  Disco can work very well, with zero sign - we and OAM.

  Need a little help please.  When you try to set up my email I get the following error:

  "For this user account details can only be updated from the site, on which it was created.

  I am a Subscriber CC and I just upgraded to webBasics + so I can have my electronic mailbox.  I currently use e-mail address through 1 & 1, where I registered my domain name, but it is just implemented as an Envoy for the moment.  There is no mailbox with 1 & 1.  I guess I need to do something on the site of 1 & 1, but I can't seem to find any FAQ on this.  Sorry if I missed it.

  So I'm looking for some advice on how to change my email are forwarded to the box the letters of my own ISP of 1 & 1 just hosted on Bc.  Basically the cup 1 & 1 out of the loop altogether.

  Not sure it works so simple, but you can try

  ALTER user identified xxx outwardly;

  Currently (by mistake) the userid password authentication, you may be able to restore it.
