• Missing menu of Photoshop | Bridge CS4

  Hey everybody:

  I've just activated a license for Bridge and Photoshop CS4 on my laptop and for some reason, the "Photoshop" menu is missing in Bridge CS4. I've never seen that happen before with our other facilities. I really need the menu of Photoshop because it contains the image processor to convert my RAW files.

  No idea why this is missing?

  

  Look in Bridge Edit > preferences > Startup Scripts and make sure that all are checked.

• Missing menu items Javascript on Acrobat 9 Standard

  I tried to get into some more advanced forms in Acrobat JS coding, and I'm running into a bit of a roadblock to access javascript tools.  Specifically, I keep seeing references to Javascript menu items under the Advanced menu, but my Acrobat doesn't seem to have these at all.  Also, I can not open the console of the debugger JS/avec Ctrl-J, but it opens if I put in a syntactically incorrect javascript statement and try to run it (in a form field, etc.).

  Anyone has any ideas how to fix this?  I found references online to which is a problem if Acrobat Reader is also installed on the same machine (it was), so I removed which, but the problem persists.  I can't get javascript into an individual field, but I can't add a script to the level of the document at all.

  It's funny. Yes, I meant Standard and not Pro. This is a really stupid restriction because it is advisable to place as much code as possible at the level of the document JavaScripts. A workaround for the standard is to put them in the opening event of the Page of the original page. If there is more than 1 page, it is best to add a simple check to see if all the variables/functions are already defined before they are initialized. If it's not supposed to, I could show an example. But it is not required, just a good idea.

• Missing fonts in Photoshop CS5

  I have several DVD models that I created with Photoshop CS2.  I have Photoshop CS5.  I open these with PS CS5 DVD models.  There has been several cases where the fonts I used in CS2 is not available in CS5.  Is it possible for me to import these fonts PS CS5?  If so, how?

  You run CS5 on the same computer that was used to create the work in CS2?

  If the fonts will always be there.

  You may need to clear font caches.

  Find and delete all instances adobefnt*.lst (that the extension is . LST).

  If you have a new computer just need you to copy them on the former. (C:\WINDOWS\Fonts)

  I use photoshop daily for editing images and thumbnails for Youtube and videos, but recently I noticed that the 'Place' in the file Menu option has disappeared? I checked to see if I have accidentally hidden the visibility of 'Place' in the file Menu, but it does not even appear in the hidden Menu Settings? I don't know how it happened, but I think it may be a plugin problem, because I can't find a trace of it within the Photoshop application! Any help would be fantastic!

  Sure you are using right now embedded instead if you want to perform the same action as before. and they added that the place related option now as well so if you make a change to this image/file outside the document then it will update in all places its used to record the repetition of the process. Who help me?

  I have two versions of Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.3.0 and 11.1.1.4.0. We are facing the question with JDeveloper and elements of context menu does not appear "Gantt chart, gauge, map graphic and geographic".

  Make sure that your project includes the tags of data visualization ADF under properties of the project-> JSP tag libraries.

  After I updated my iTunes to version I noticed that when I click on my name in the menu I see more options to buy or wish list.

  If I create an empty library, so it's the same story.

  If I create a new user and open my existing library, then all is well.

  Make sure that you are connected to the iTunes Store using your login password and Apple. In the case, iTunes does not know which information to display.

  You do not know if I made the right choice or not, but I've owned a copy of Photoshop CS5 Extended for a period of time. Honestly, as a photographer passionate home / amateur, it is more than enough for me - don't know what who exactly I am losers 'full cloud"or opt for the basic option flat by but I tell myself that I already own a license for a product which is already WAY above my skill level, why spend more money.

  Just replaced my machine and the new has come up with a new NVidia Quadro card turn off the true 4K via a DisplayPort connection, and I invested in a monitor Eizo of 4K (4096 x 2160) complete which honestly, is beautiful.

  HOWEVER... I installed Photoshop and the menu items are microscopic. So small I have to scan the screen to read. in 'Preferences', I already put the size of the font of the user interface of 'big' well I noticed I put 'small' or 'large' makes no difference. The drop down menus are more readable (OK, actually), it's the top-level menus by default (the Ribbon on the top bars of tools and panels of rights, etc.) which are too small to use comfortably.

  I am running Windows 10 Pro on a screen high resolution. What is a conflict between the police-scaling of the APP (that I bought when Windows 7 is the current MS OS) and application? Or something else?

  FYI, all my other apps I use respond very well the text scaling of Windows settings. I have the native resolution of 4096 x 2160 value and the scaling of text set to 175%.

  Any ideas would be very appreciated.

  If you use Windows, you really need a CC subscription to fully support high DPI screens.  The photography is a trivial $10 per month for Photoshop and Lightroom and a ton of items of value such as TypeKit, libraries (fully interactive with the Adobe Mobile applications) and some very cool new features that are continually being added to and updated.  In addition, you should never took native support for new cameras.

  I have been using a marriage of these programs over a period of time with limited success. I'm using Cs5 for editing and organizer elements - 11 for filing catalog.   I recently updated my computer and my success came to an end. Previously, I had used 8 items but had to move to the item 11 because my Nikon D800E required a new updated plugin Raw.  In both cases the Cs5 a raw file in a together produced version comprised of two raw files. (Neff & Neff-1) which is well positioned in the Ellements catalog. However, the change of the Psd file showed shortly after the facts in the form of file found in the elements. I then created a stack. I always get the Raw very good version, but now I can't get the PSD file edited outside editor Cs5 and in the catalog of items.

  My workflow starts by downloading files from the camera via the card from the camera in the elements Organizer. The folder is then taken up in Cs5 to edit raw file, and then in the cs5 Editor by Open the file. After the change of the PSD file, it is saved via the file menu dropdown. However, it will not appear in the catalog of items.  If I change in the element Editor, it works very well.

  I normally after editing and tagging then move the files to an external drive. Unfortunately, it becomes even more problematic for updating the images here.

  I believe that there is a better way to make this marriage.

  Bob you do not use the items to edit you it fair organizer.  It's hard to understand why you would do that. LR library is one of better organizing and bridge is also a good organizer.  It is difficult to understand why you want the expense and maintenance of the elements just to get it organized.   Using Adobe DNG converter, you should be able to handle the new data camera RAW with ACR CS5 version. Bridge and LR are coded with the support of photoshop Photoshop in their design.

• Full screen in CS5 and CS5.5 does not like CS4 menu items

  When you work in full screen, pressing 'F' key twice. PhotoShop CS 5 and 5.5 CS does not work with the menu item above. is there a problem with the latest version or what?

  Photoshop CS5 on Windows 7:

  I noticed that for a brief period after the start of Photoshop, the main menus become clickable, but most or all of the submenus appear grayed out (disabled).  For example:

  1. start Photoshop.

  2. as soon as you see the user interface, click on file , then try clicking on Open, which is grayed out (disabled).  Nothing happens.

  3. this condition persists until you click on another place and reopen the file menu.  It's slightly frustrating.  We think flow between an interrupted movement until you realize he'll never afford.

  May I suggest him main menu all simply not be made available until the end of any initialization that makes all the submenus are disabled to enabled...  Delay the opening menu until the submenu items are actually useful.

  As a better alternative, activate submenus when the menu is open, if possible.  Then, it will just take a moment to step 2 before you click on a menu freshly activated.

  I want to say that Photoshop is already all the things you said he should do.

  Please use the Apple Support communities to post your question. It looks like your QuickTime player does not launch as an editing application in your Photoshop CS5. You can try to uninstall and reinstall the QuickTime application.

  This should have your QuickTime application works with your Photoshop as it should. Making GIF happy!
