  You need two installation files - for extracting .exe and .7z the program itself. These two files have 64 in the name of the file if each is to be used in a 64-bit system.

  I have a new PC coming next week and had it get up and running with my creator of clouds as quickly as possible. Is there a way I can download the installation files on an external hard drive over the weekend so that I can install creative cloud from the hard drive as if I had a DVD. My internet connection is not very fast and don't really have the time to download over the next week.

  Denge75 looks like there is an incorrect entry in your registry for Photoshop Lightroom.  I recommend you to uninstall Lightroom 5.3.  One times removed, then please also use Microsoft Fixit to solve the problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled to remove all entries for Photoshop Lightroom renaming.

  You should then be able to download and install Lightroom 5.5 directly from Adobe - Lightroom: for Windows.

  Well, as you said the best way to fix this is a Toshiba Recovery disk because it contains a picture of the factory settings. This means that the operating system (Windows) with all drivers and Toshiba tools installed. Thus, you will save time compared to a disc of Microsoft.

  The recovery disc can t be downloaded, but you can ask an authorized service provider. Maybe they can order a new one for you.

I did a full system recovery using the recovery partition on the hard drive first where it erases all data and gives back to the factory condition.   DB sample installer are no longer available on Oracle Cloud delivery. To get the sample DB, you need to download the Group of hotfixes 5 of Siebel 15 "Patches and updates" section of the portal My Oracle Support (Patch Id: 22081062) and extract the image from the network using SNIC as usual. You may notice that SNIC now offers local ORACLE XE and sample database.

  Also if you select ORACLE XE options while creating the network image and inspect the network image files, you will miss the separate installers. This is because the sample for Oracle XE database Installer is included in the Web Client of Siebel (Mobile/Developer) and the local database setup is included in the Siebel tools.

  So when you run Setup of the Siebel Web Client for the installation of the patch group, you can choose to include the database, which is installed in quiet mode. Please try to install web client and let us know if it gives you the opportunity to choose to include the example database.
