  Yes, OK, now I see your problem... I didn't know that your screen has been damaged at this point.

  You get this message because the current version of the "BB Desktop Manager" software claims a newer MAC OS on your machine!

  Can't upgrade you your Mac OS to the newest? Generally, these improvements are very good markets in the Mac world.

  That would allow you to install the software and then (hopefully) make a backup of your machine (blindly?) and therefore to restore the data on your new device!

  So my advice would be to upgrade your Mac operating system. The other reason to do it, is that previous versions of the software BBDM are very difficult (does not say impossible) to find on the internet.

  Hello! I have Sprint and can't send pictures unless I have send by email or BBM... Any ideas.

  Apparently was a special way but have no idea...

  Sprint IS NOT enable MMS (MultiMediaService), which is the same as to attach a photo to a text message.

  The BBMessenger mailing should be good enough, though. I know that several users of Sprint that do.

  I don't know why I can't get my BBM contacts. I have a new 9900. I tried to use the same back file as always, but it won't work.

  I am a newbie and has difficulties to get my browser to work.  I am a Sprint and I have a Pearl 8130.  I get e-mails very well, but I can't go on the internet.  I read that to enter a web address you open the browser, press the menu button, then "go to."  I have no option "go to" in my menu.  I can't even change my homepage.  Can anyone help?

  I called a Verizon tech person who calls her best friend at home (?), who had the same problem.

  That's what she told me to do. I did, and it worked!

  Options TV-> advanced-> point host routing table culminating-> hit-> press the menu button "sign up now". (you will get an e-mail confirming the registration. Then remove your battery while the phone is still on, let it restart for a few minutes, put back in, turn on the phone, and there you go.

  I have no idea what I did or what it means, but it worked and I'm good with that.

  You might also want to area for your BB browser emulation settings. If your BB browser is identified as a browser of BB, that could be the culprit. Depending on your device, OS, you should be able to put it to IE or FF. It basically involves finding the right combination of all settings for the browser... you need to try different combinations until you find what works for what you need.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Sprint TV: no network (7301)

  If someone else sees the error ' no network (7301) "when you try to connect to Sprint TV? I just updated my device to the 5.0.0.983 update and so far here it worked very well. Someone knows how to run with this update or I have to downgrade? I just got the unit Friday so I don't think it has to be problems. I have also 4 bars of 1XEV service where I am.
