  So I think there is a strategy IT already enabled on your device which does not enable these features, so solve your problem first make a backup of your device using Desktop software or refer to this Article How to backup your BlackBerry  

   

  Once you have your backup follow this Knowledge Base and put it back to factory setting, it will disable or delete any policy within your device:

   

  KB31291  :   How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory using BlackBerry Desktop Software Settings

   

  After a reset using your BlackBerry ID and for restoring your backup, choose a selective restore. Restore only your Contacts, calendar, etc. do not perform a full restore otherwise these COMPUTER strategies that you deleted can re-partner and you must perform these steps again. Do not restore any application, install a fresh copies of each world of BlackBerry.

• Question of blackBerry Smartphones Sprint 8830 World Edition SIM and possible causes

  I recently bought a Sprint 8830 World Edition as a phone good trip/backup. The device is unlocked, as check by going to Options > Advanced Options > SIM card and then type MEPD. All that it shows people with reduced mobility.

  While in the United States just to test, I inserted a T-mobile SIM card and 8830 research for a GSM network, and after some time, shows "no service". I also tried an AT & T SIM card and 8830 is still searching once and after some time shows 'no service '. I get this because I am in the United States?   Hello! I have Sprint and can't send pictures unless I have send by email or BBM... Any ideas.

  Apparently was a special way but have no idea...

  Sprint IS NOT enable MMS (MultiMediaService), which is the same as to attach a photo to a text message.

  The BBMessenger mailing should be good enough, though. I know that several users of Sprint that do.

  I am a newbie and has difficulties to get my browser to work.  I am a Sprint and I have a Pearl 8130.  I get e-mails very well, but I can't go on the internet.  I read that to enter a web address you open the browser, press the menu button, then "go to."  I have no option "go to" in my menu.  I can't even change my homepage.  Can anyone help?

  I have a BB 9000 "BOLD". Since yesterday, I saw this message on my phone "Phone not allowed MM6" and "SOS".

  I tried to reset the phone and check all settings and security options, but I couldn't find anything wrong. No body can now call me and I can't make any calls. If someone call me, they will find "the phone is off. I checked my Sim Card on another phone and it works correctly.

  I bought this phone about 2 weeks ago and I am currently in Iran, Tehran. Phone has been perperly in the last 2 weeks.

  I just plugged my phone yesterday to my laptop by USB to charge. I plugged before on my laptop by USB and it works fine.

  I'd appreciate your kind help.

  For your information, it's a Sony Erricson cell. In any case, I found what the problem is.

  The phone works fine, the problem was with my mobile network. They do not have enter my serial number of the cell phone.

  I send them the serial number of my cell phone and they told me during the next 24 hours that they will register it.

  I tried my BB with a different Sim card that uses a different mobile network and it works fine.

  If your BlackBerry does not accept the SIM card, it's a GOOD thing.  This means that he found something wrong with it and is unable to continue to provide you with your BIS, which are the important things like BBM, email, internet, facebook, twitter, etc..

  You might also want to area for your BB browser emulation settings. If your BB browser is identified as a browser of BB, that could be the culprit. Depending on your device, OS, you should be able to put it to IE or FF. It basically involves finding the right combination of all settings for the browser... you need to try different combinations until you find what works for what you need.
