Mobile Friendly web page

Hi, I created a mobile phone into a Muse. "friendly" site checked with Google https://www.Google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/?URL=http%3A%2f%2Fwww.GBJ-Ltd.co.u k

The url is www.gb-ltd.co.uk. IM told by the Google test, the text is too small too close links and point of view is not set... If I understand correctly the Muse sets the view with additional HTML that Google should be recognized so I don't understand that. I use full width slide show this could be the problem? also the size of the text I use 10 points in the design and use of the size of the template provided by the mobile section of muse. When the page appears on an iPhone 6 the text looks about 6 points... What I am doing wrong? I'm not a coder or a professional designer. Thank you very much

I seem to have it corrects simply put 14 points and make larger buttons!

    Gentlepeople:

I created a community page 5 000 (www.nbbd.com) directory. He was (1996) and continues to be, created in basic HTML (PageSpinner) with a few pages created in Dreamweaver CS5.5.

The home directory is the index page, several independent HTML pages and several subdirectories with independent and sub-sub-directories pages files, etc.

I would like to make it mobile friendly. An impossible task for me to do it at the same time.

Is it possible that individual pages or folders could be converted into mobile friendly using Creative Cloud Dreamweaver?

They would need to play with all the HTML pages.

    Thank you, Dave Rich

It's not easy, is it. There is no "Make sensitive" button in DW.

It would probably be best to choose/Create a page of reactive starting or template file, copy then you are your current content in, save money on the old file.

A page of the 5000 site should also be the database to facilitate the management of assets, but if this is not possible, the above will probably be your best bet.

  • Change Google Mobile friendly - things you need to know

Already the misunderstandings on the mobile friendly google change, just the same as HTTPS stuff.

Here are a few key points to know and understand. This is the official information on the google site and their blog:

    1. office and ranking of the tablet will NOT be made, this change is for searches from mobile devices in all languages and locations. So JUST for mobiles.

Which means that your site will NOT lose his ranking now, he just used drop ranking if your research on computers. It is very important to understand.

    2. There is a level of page ranking change.

So we have covered its just mobile, and the other important point is that it's JUST a page ranking level, not the set ranking site.

It's a change in level of the page. For example, if ten pages of your site are mobile, but the rest of your pages are not only ten mobile pages may be positively affected.

    3. it is a change that effects what google thinks is a user-friendly mobile page.

This is your third key point here. If your site is not mobile friendly that it will not intervene. Each of you jump on to make mobile friendly sites thought that this will boost your ranking are wrong. If you jump to try to make your site mobile friendly and not do a good job, this will affect your website ranking on mobile devices.

The effects of this change work you did to make your PAGES (don't forget it comes page level does not place level) mobile friendly. This change means that google wants you to improve your site mobile friendly.

    4. it will take about a week before you will see googles ranking changes take effect

    5. you think your site is mobile friendly but google ranking mark you down?

This does not mean you're a bad mobile friendly site, you can have, but you can't. Make sure that CSS and javascript files are not blocked for robots. If you have robots.txt blocking files css and javascript (that many people do), then google cannot parse the search for queriers media and similar to say "Yes, they have mobile stuff.

    6. a user-friendly mobile page can link to non-mobile friendly pages, it won't effect ranking.

There are many more other retail items that you can read here:

Official Google Webmaster Central blog: update of the FAQ on the mobile of the environment on April 21

    But the main points are:

    • Only affects search rankings on mobile devices (NO desktop or tablet)
    • Search results affects in all languages in the world
    • Applies to individual pages, not entire sites
    • Pre existing mobile friendly effects pages or what google thinks is not mobile friendly (does not mean if you rush job a mobile friendly site will improve your site ranking)

    I know he does,

This blog is false and it's a shame. You can click on the google link and see - FROM GOOGLE, it's a gesture of challenge NOT the MATTER. For me, it is a little frustrating when I see big misunderstandings about SEO. I'm no expert, but at least I read and listen to what google said.

The new rules will extend mobile regenerated, and indication of which is not true. Google as what it was apparent now encapsulates two mobile sites mobile and dedicated reagents in the term 'mobile friendly' and not separate entities.

It is important to know as well as google actually ran the 'mobile friendly' notification and SOME level of classification for a while, an older version is part of the tools for webmasters and this "mobile friendly" note in the results of searching around for a while. The change of key here is a new algorithm and new direction, new tool for MOBILE a number one ranking factor.

Read what google says, read on the web, don't read a blog post. I asked BC to watch this blog written by Olga - its not correct.

Google, as you can also see on their blog said, for all effects, it will take a couple, if not a few weeks to begin to see the changes.

We to have seen enough also issues already with what google did to him. Webmaster tools in its indications may find certain friendly non-mobile pages - these pages are pages that are there, but 301 redirected to other pages which, when you run the new test tool show as friendly. This causes a bit of a conflict in Google, so we looked to remove pages altogether and keep the redirect.

Remember though, google, changes and rating always takes time to take full effect this in your SEO content quality and much more. Also, remember that it is a new PAGE not a change of SITE ranking (key point)

There are also a large number of people who use this as a tactic of fear, for everyone out there - not just jumping on a company saying you must do this or you rank down in google - they just

  • Google will have mobile Web sites - this means that you have to do a mobile version - or you can get by with a destop version that is mobile-friendly?

Now when google will have mobile Web sites - this means that you have to do a mobile version - or can get by with a destop version that is mobile-friendly?

Now I don't mean only websites created with Muse, but all pages that are for example made with WordPress, Joomla, etc.

Almost all Web sites, that I created with Muse, I made a mobile version too - but I need two of them to mobile versions. It takes time to do. I was talking with a programmer today and he said that I had misunderstood,- and he said: "what Google thinks with mobile-friendly is not that you necessarily do a mobile version - but just a version of office that is mobile-friendly. Is this true?

If it is true, I don't mind to make mobile versions of the 2 other desktop versions. Well?

Simply enter in this tool, and it will tell you if it's their instructions.

It is unlikely that a desktop version of Muse will be mobile friendly. If you code a Bootstrap site or some other sensitive framework, you can get away with a single version. Muse, you will need to make two in almost all cases. But anyway that the tool will tell you if it is up to their standards or not. If she says Yes, then you are fine. Otherwise you will need a mobile version.

  • 3 pages by using the same basic shape, but 2 are not mobile friendly? -Muse

    Hi have,.

I have a problem with a site that I made recently a lady who made cakes custom in Ibiza.

The homepage has its own master page, the other 3 pages (about, Gallery and Contact) use a different master page.

The site is not receptive or fluid, it's too complicated for me to want to create different versions at different points of rupture and when I discover on my Samsung phone everything is good, but seen on my phone from customers, she said, that she has problems.

I am looking to test Google Mobile-Friendly and the home page and the Gallery out like mobile friendly:

    Homepage
    https://www.Google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/?URL=http%3A%2f%2F72.29.67.240%2f ~ cakeday%2Findex.html

Gallery (although shows here with a split in the middle that I have no idea why it seems)

    https://www.Google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/?URL=http%3A%2f%2F72.29.67.240%2f ~ cakeday%2Fgallery.html

But the words and Contact page says not friendly, and there are wider than the screen elements?

I am fairly new to website building and other problems I will work on, such as reduction in image size, but if anyone has any ideas on what could be causing this problem it would be magical to discover!

In the page properties, all have the same size - 960 wide etc.

Errors are only warnings, but it may affect the results of the site search. Google is really hot to have a mobile, mobile version is part of the views of the site. From a user experience perspective, small text can be difficult to read, especially for this site, where your customers customers can come from the older generation. Having links so close together can cause visitors going to the wrong page.

If you do not want to engage in the sensitive track, you should look into making the Adaptive site (different versions for Tablet and mobile). I think you will be OK with the current site on a shelf, but you should go mobile. In the Site map, click on Page > add an Alternative layout > phone. Because it is only 3 pages, it shouldn't take much to build the new version.

    I hope this helps.

Hello! Almost ready to publish Web pages, I have a button 'Call' inserted into a thumbnail that links to another page in the site.

Is it possible to activate this button, dial the number on a mobile Web page? Or at least

Show number immediately when they are affected so that the user can activate call, rather than having to navigate to the contact page?

    Thank you, Jon

    Hello Jonrees1978,

Click on the button and update the "links section" of the properties panel with Tel: 555-555-5555 and it should work for you.
Replace 555-555-5555 by a number of your choice.

Please let me know if you are talking about something else.

  • How can I demo my mobile app on a web page? or autonomous

Is there a way to show my Flex app in a browser?  on a web page or autonomous is ok.

I use Flash Builder 4.6 to build a mobile app for iOs (iphone 4) and when I debug him, it shows the program in a window as the phone.

Is there a way for this wrap and give it to someone to run in a window Flash-player-browser-like?

    Thank you!

    Steve

You can do something similar to this using the export Release Build and educate FB export as "Signed AIR package for installation on the desktop"

This will create a file that can be installed on a computer and behaves a lot like an execution in the debugger.  A few caveats are that the user will need to resize the window manually to match a size 'phone' and mobile features (camera, gps, accelerometer, etc.) will be not be available or behave very differently than on a real phone (depending on your implementation of code).

However, for most applications, this will give your audience a good idea of what your application will be when released on the phone market/store.

  • Text too small menu Web page size in the mobile phone

    Hello

I have a Web page to test 2 columns with a menu on the left and content on the right.

The text in the menu is defined as make-size: 100%; which is the same as the paragraph tag used in the content side.

However, the menu text when seen in a cell phone screen 5 "shows about half vertically or horizontally.

The text of the menu is less then half the size.

In my web browser on my pc and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 "screen menu text is the same size as the content side.

Visit the test here: text size

That this has something to do with the @media rules and how to fix the menu text size?

    text1.jpg

    David

    Hello

I did what you suggested removing the min-width: 850px; and now the size of the text is the same for all 3 web browsers.

I noticed that my image was straddling the container div so I created an image class and removed from the HTML, the width and height and now the image is resized within the DIV.

    HTML:

    CSS:

    {.image1}

    Max-width: 100%;

    }
