  Most likely, you have an empty box or the text box that is off to the right in your design. Do a select on your Master Pages and pages to see if you have all the elements outside the right side of your design.

  You need get the file .muse for this site. Once you have the .muse file, you can open in your computer or any computer using the Muse and edit.

  I am at a total loss here and I hope that someone can help me to understand. 2 months ago, I have create a Web site in Adobe Muse for a customer. www.mankatomasons.org. so far this year I have built 11 different sites for different customers and I had no problem with Google or any other search engines, display my site properly... so far. I tried everything I know to solve this problem. When I Google www.mankatomasons.org, the site just shattered and looks like editing text with anything that looks like to the site I built. However, if you search the site on Firefox, Safari, Bing, Yahoo, etc. The site is displayed correctly. Its only Google.

  I tried to use Google web tools to check the site and have Google analysis on the website but can not get Google able to check the Web site. Nothing works and unfortunately my clients want to Google their website. Displayed below, is what the site looks like Google now and what it should really look like.

  Any ideas?

  You have to contact your host and ask them to remove the files from your site and implement their server cache and reupload the entire site.

  See the images below - I put in place the widget as a full-width in design, but it makes little full-width in the preview. Resize is set to "adjust to the width of the browser" can someone help me?.

  Despite checking that all the links are correct, the tablet of my Muse site adobe version shows only the Office site! (Checked on tablets of different sizes as well!)  The portable version that I'm building is displayed correctly on my mobile.

  The Tablet and phone of the special directories have been downloaded, so that they are ready for action. But the iPad is indeed simply go back to the desktop version. Maybe this little button has been turned off for the presentation of the Tablet ?

  Hey all, quick question - I have a site that I develop and made models for a desktop client and mobile, they want to get a glimpse of the desktop version, but I don't want to export mobile, if the versions they view on the iPhone and it is not over yet, but I will not delete the work of mobile versions is anyway for not having it has exported, I entered in Dreamweaver in the past deleted files, but all scripts are hard to find and usually ends re - direct a few weird mishmash or a 404 error.  Any help appreciated.

  You can disable redirection of Muse.

  Go to file > Site Properties > Layout > phone > uncheck "desktop Redirection.

  

  This will disable redirection and it would be pointless to remove the phone.

• My iPhone does not show my Advanced Dreamweaver like Mobile Web site.  Why not?

  So I designed and built my own basic Web site (http://www.ourhomefromscratch.com).  When I view it on my iphone, it only shows the desktop version.  In mobile phone emulators, it displays the checkerboard to fluid as it has been designed in Dreamweaver CS6.  Any ideas?  I want to display the flow layout on phones.  I'm perplexed.

• Mobile Muse site Design/Preview inconsistencies...

  Hi all

  I begin to design a website in Muse for Mobile (phone) and spin in questions with preview.  It seems to mostly be a problem with the widgets.

  When I create a composition of lightbox and resize to the size I want (in this case, the entire width of the mobile site, 380px) it and all of the content inside the composition appears to be centered in DESIGN view.  However when I use the preview of Muse function, it is not centered, but rather skewed to the left slightly.  I have some other items that may be initially move of design in preview mode.  No idea what is happening?  Is the REAL site design that reflected in the design view or preview?

  Another question (which I guess is with the composition of lightbox widget) is that when you click on the covers of lightbox, the entire screen, not the dimensions that I put on purpose.  (See Appendix 2 of the white opacity photo should start under the "header" of the site.

  Also, try to view in a browser is even worse.  All that is over 100% is the preview as a full desktop browser 100%...  It does not consider the mobile dimensions of 380 x 570.

  Attached are 2 screenshots.  One is my creation mode, the other is the Preview view off center.

  For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

  I ended up spending a "Lightbox" composition a composition of 'presentation' and this corrected the problem.  The only reason why I did an album was because I followed a tutorial from lynda.com!

• Mobile muse site works with an old site of existing office

  I have a lot of customers who want a mobile site to work alongside their former office site.

  I have created a mobile test site Muse and files downloaded into the folder root of my site that exists.

  Muse uses the htaccess file to redirect the domain to the mobile Web site. Who is currently working on the computer desktop and mobile. Not good!

  Anyone know if it is possible to differentiate between the two so the old site works on the desktop and the new mobile site Muse works on phone

  You can link the default domain to the old site and phone to version, this way desktop will still show the old site.

  When I write my site, the site map updates for the user to navigate the site in their browser. However, the xml file does not work - I know because when I search www. [insert my domain].com/sitemap.xml the old pages are indexed, even after several days - and this affects google from indexing the site.]

  There is no problem with the DNS of your domain name. Site is made a new delegation in BC and the field points correctly to THE DC where the site is hosted.

  In regard to don't muse not synchronized with BC and the page not being deleted (when it is removed from the Muse project), I don't see a reference to harvard - copyright.html in the file muse_manifest.xml on your site for a reason, but the file exists physically. So what I'm suggesting here is to:

  1. manually remove all pages not required BC admin.

  2. Once you do this, publish the site of Muse (all files).

  In regard to point 1 above, online content editing is disabled by default for sites published through Muse to BC and so the Pages tab appears for you under the Site Manager.

  However, you can always turn on the change content online by logging into the site administrator-> to go to the section my details (hovering over your name at the top right) and select the option as shown in the screenshot below.

  

  Please see the post below for a reason which is why the option is incompatible with the Muse (but does affect all of the features as such if you enable it).

• I would like the point of view of Web sites is greater, not full screen firefox displays my mail so far to small for me to see well.

  I have a problem, see the screen like fonts / in firefox are small. In IE or windows, it has the ability to increase the display from 100% to 125%, etc.. Is there a similar feature n firefox? Full screen does not help and I have tried recently only to find I have to close the entire browser, because there is no way to minimize. I tried to right click to zoom in, but is not available with firefox that I saw.

  You can zoom using your keypad. Hold down the CTRL key and press + to enlarge and shrink button. More info: font size and zoom - increase the size of the web pages.

  If you have a screen high resolution and that you want to set a higher level of zoom by default, there are a few Add-ons that you can install for this.

• Muse site does not scroll on ios device

  I have a website designed and built in Muse under the desktop option. I have problems with a particular page on iPad and iPhone etc. The page has a lot of buttons of miniatures who continue to navigate through the site. The problem is I can not drag/scroll the page without triggering a button on a touchscreen device. I've seen sites do this, but have no idea how, ideas?

  I checked the site, the thumbnail page links on click/touch triggers. But to scroll the page users can scroll page which does not include section thumbnails as miniature will open the target on the touch.

• Why my Muse site does not appear without images even with everything?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated (website: www.daniellefeliciano.com). I'm learning the Muse to help my students to design and I had my desktop site finished and ready to go. It seems large preview in the browser, but when I download in fact to my FTP/hosting it appears without ANY style images etc, but it sort of shows a bit of content. I tired to upload files via Cyberduck (my desktop FTP) through the Muse publishing option and by creating a subdirectory with my hosting and pointing my domain on this one. What happens here? I can't understand! I do HTML/CSS Web sites in dreamweaver for a few years and never had the pop up like that. You can see the problem in the link below, but I've also attached photos. It's bad in all browsers. I'm hosted through GoDaddy, but do not have access to this accommodation at the moment (you need to find the connection). Also, I have iPage hosting and tried to direct the site with a pointer to a subfolder, but no luck...

  Oh Lord, literally, I spent hours talking to the customer service... and then I found the answer as two seconds after posting... apparently Cyberduck and Muse disagree, and I had to change all the permissions for the file. Here is an article if anyone else going through this...

• My muse site does not pass the test in accordance with W3C. Why?

  I ran the W3C compatible program against my homepage HTML from Muse.  He complained of running out of arguments and the use of obsolete statements.  Is anyone else having this kind of problem?

  All 9 validation errors and warnings from validation 3 (on your homepage) are in custom HTML that has been added to the site through the object > insert HTML code... You must work with the HTML source code to encourage them to provide the code that validates integration.
