  1. put the image files you want in the slide show in an album and genre as you want. Follow the Apple document to prepare images for iDVD: iDVD ' 09 (7.x): preparing images for iDVD slideshows

  2 - Launch iDVD and select an older theme, not animated.  You can change the background of the theme by dragging the image file of your choice, black or other, in the display pane for the menu.

  3 - Click on the button '+' and add a slideshow from the menu.

  

  4. double click on the sideshow button to enter the mode of construction of the slide show.

  5. in the media pane click the Photos button.

  6 - click on iPhoto and find the album you created with selected images.

  

  7. Select all images in the album and drag to the left in the slide show window.

  Aaron, no thanks to Adobe (and a big thank you using Google Apps,) I finally could solve this problem.  The way the document authenticates in the back-end is through Google + Apps Admin profile.  Once I entered in the Console administration, compatible Google + for the created domain a + profile for the admin of the field, the auto shape filled the signature form after that I have authorized access to authentication on the shortcut menu.  Not sure if your situation is in Google Apps, but even if not, I'd be willing to bet that the problem on your side is the account that is used for authentication when you open your form.  I hope this helps!

  You get two pages if you launch a new window using either:

  Pinned tabs are related to a specific window and you can have a different game in each window.
  You have to re-create the tabs pinned, if you want in a new window, possibly by the bookmarks in a folder (to bookmark all tabs) or set them as many home pages (a new window opens with the home pages).
  Maybe there is an extension that allows to open newly opened tabs pinned in windows, so you can search the Addons site.

  Press the alt key if the menu bar is not displayed at the top of the screen.

  Check your Internet Explorer settings there should be an "Internet settings" and then the general tab and below which should be a list of home pages that come up when you open the browser. If AOL is this is where it will show it, then remove this URL and save it and close IE and reopen and if this did what there should be only one tab that appears.

  You can have endless opening tabs if you have selected the application to handle a file if you get a window to Open with Firefox download.
  
  Firefox should not be selected as application to handle a file and you need to remove the action associated with this file type.
  
  You can remove mimeTypes.rdf in the profile folder to reset all the actions or set the misfeasance in tools > Options > Applications for 'always ask '.
