• Mobile site muse does not work

  This is the second website I built and have had problems with my mobile site. The last site I have created no technician was able to resolve.  Finally, I put so many hours in that I had to create a new web site.  This current site, with that I have difficulty is having the same errors and problems.  I use a FTP via Hostgator account.  Im not sure if Muse has a problem with this hosting provider.  The site that I created was very well on BusinessCatalyst here there desktop and mobile.  but when I use my Hostgator account I put error at the point for the mobile. 500 internal Server error.  I even tried to put a mobile base with just a small paragraph site to see if he could attest that load and he couldn't.  Please help me put this site online and to avoid any future problems mobile site.

  If it works on Adobe but not on Hostgator then really go to Hostgator first... looks like the question is to their end

  I know that this issue has been addressed in other threads, but I still have to find a solution.

  My mobile site Muse is lining up properly before their delivery to the domain, but looks fine when accessed via Business Catalyst. I used a model to do so. The site is www.wordfrog.ca

  Bad timing that I have to attend a conference this weekend and need a mobile site that is functional.

  Any suggestions? I'm not a web designer - my knowledge of Muse is very present at the end of 'beginner' things...

  You must really delegate your domain name to the Business Catalyst site. 'Simple advance' mechanisms don't really delegate your domain to which your site is hosted. Instead, they create a site a page on the servers where you bought the domain, then they post your real site inside a frame on this one site page. "Display your site in a frame" visually approach seems to work for most, but it prevents your real site to be able to understand the characteristics of the device/browser where it is displayed and interfering with the correct behavior of your site.

  I created a site on Muse, who works for the office, but seen on mobile, I can not zoom in. Any ideas?

  I just checked your site in iOS and Android phone and found this pinch and zoom does not work in the IOS devices however his works in android.

  I have 2 suggestions for you.

  1 create a layout phone separate or breakpoints for phone (in case of Muse CC 2015.1) and the test.

  2 avoid using effects of roll and then check if it works very well.

  For error of Web fonts I advise you to do the following:

  • Leave the Muse.
  • Signed on Creative cloud Application.
  • Kill the process in activity monitor (MAC) CCLibrary or (Windows) Task Manager
  • Sign in to Creative cloud Application.
  • Launch of Muse and check if it works.

  on sites that recognize me as a mobile site, or use mobile sites, when I can't zoom in I have no problem with the beta 1 freeze or force close. But the text is vague and will not erase upward. While using the usual browser can't display anything it will freeze.

  He also made mobile recovery force closed twice today.

  The blurry text could be linked to the freezing problem - looks like text rendering could have locked up before he finished to redraw the text. There are also a few known bugs in Firefox that brings the text to look bad on Android, for example: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=600103

  I have all my websites mobilized. As we all know, Google became aware of sites that are not mobile friendly.  I have also all my sites in the Google Webmaster Tools.

  Yet every month, I get emails from Google warning me to "fix the mobile usability problems" on almost all of my sites.  I am in the SEO business, and if I can't give my clients with a user-friendly mobile site that is compatible with Google's algorithms, then I'm in big trouble.

  The meta tag 'window' is designed for sensitive pages. As Muse does not code sensitive, it is not necessary. I have 15 sites of Muse, and only one of them gets the "Viewport not configured" error on the webmaster tools. This particular site has also a blog WordPress installed in a separate folder, and this blog is what generates the error - not the pages of Muse.

  #2 and #3 are pretty self-explanatory, but would be nice if GWT remember exactly what items have been '' too close '' or that the text was too small. I don't get these errors, so I can't confirm, but I bet that if you have clicked on each Google would show their guidelines recommended for each.

  #4 relates directly to #1. Apparently, you have a page that is smaller than what you're trying to publish to.

  Hey, it's the first Blackberry torch 9860, I bought. Can someone please tell me why I can't pinch and zoom in on the BBC mobile website? I have this as my home page. I can scroll top down and touch a news item and open it, but it won't pinch and zoom.

  Still not working on my blackberry. So I have to assume that it is not meant to be.

  I have a site I designed in Muse. I had just finished making it mobile site, not to be confused with the new feature of delicate design, I use the old way muse had implemented to create a mobile site.

  I wanted to know if there is a button that I can have on every page that the viewer would be able to click on any page and redirect them to the mobile or office page. It would be much easier to place link on each mobile page and the office page. I would like to configure the button on the master page that applies to all.

  If it does not exist, is there an alternative? Or should I just link to the top of each page of mobile and office?

  OK I figured it!

  You add a button on your master page. The button named "go to the Office.

  Make a link to:

  JavaScript:Redirect()

  Then select the object at the top of the window of the muse and select "insert html".

  If you use Muse 3.0 or later version, should not have to do anything - Muse will automatically handle redirection logic.

• Since I downloaded Firefox 9 does not pinch to zoom in on my macbook. All the patches?

  I recently had a new hard drive installed on my macbook pro running Mac OS X 10.6. Now I can't pinch to zoom on Firefox. Pinch to zoom works fine on Safari, but I prefer to use Firefox. No reason or any suggestions to fix this?

  You can install the Add-on Pinchy to reactivate these gestures.

• Unable to Pinch to Zoom on iPhone

  Not at the moment. If you find a site with smooth scrolling effects that supports pinch zoom, let us know. So far, it seems very difficult to get zoom both work seamlessly for all the mirade of case which can easily be created to Muse on all combinations of popular mobile browsers, using so scroll effects currently disables pinch.

  I am currently a construction site in Adobe Muse. It works very well on desktop as far as all the break points are concerned, but when I view the site in a Tablet, or iPhone 6 s it does not show breakpoints correctly, leaving me with a weird white space on the left side of the screen. I have tried to adjust the section to the browser as well as make the content responsive option option, remove points of rupture etc, nothing seems to correct the problem. I spent hours on this subject, can anyone help pleas?

  (1) open the page in a desktop browser.

  (2) to resize the browser window smaller until you cross a breakpoint, then resize slightly larger then it switches back on the smallest width that belongs to the next breakpoint plu.

  If there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the browser window, which indicates a problem. If there is no horizontal scroll bar, then go back to step 2 and repeat the process for the next breakpoint smaller (until you reach the minimum page defined for the page width).

  (3) scroll horizontally is as far left as possible, with the excess space on the right display.

  (4) roll now and down looking for objects having a reactive position or sizing parameters that resulted in falling them outside the width of the browser. These elements are the problem. If you are unlucky, which is coming out may be the part of completely transparent right of a block of text or some other transparent contained and therefore not easy to see. If this is the case, you will have to repeat the resize operation in Muse Design view and search for items with frame borders that stand out beyond the width of the browser.

  Some explanations.

  Reactive fluid width design redéroule your content to the width of the device using reactive size and positioning of the settings for the items on the page. The result is a "page" that corresponds exactly to your device with.

  Mobile browsers automatically zoom out to view the entire width of your content (not the width of the page). If there is content beyond the width of your page designed, which will cause the mobile browser to zoom out causing your designed page, being smaller you want, left aligned with the excess space on the right.

  Here is a screenshot of the content of problem for a unit of about 645px browser width.

  It's probably a matter of layers. Don't forget that your trigger menu is on the highest layer possible.
