Mode of calendar MS unknown to me

My MS Calendar application got a "mode", where most of the elements of the calendar has print very faintly, while one or more appointments are printed in black.  'Mode' that I am, and how do I get out of it?

Hello

·          Since when are you faced with the question (do you remember changes to the computer lately)?

·          This occurs when printing only Windows Calendar or other applications as well?

Step 1:

You can check the links given below to see if they are a help.

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/change-the-type-of-calendar-Windows-uses

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/customize-Windows-Calendar

Step 2:

If they do not help you can perform a restore of the system on the computer to restore the previous settings again.

Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

    Hello

I have the same problem.  I had this bug with 10.11.x for awhile and then he suddenly stopped.

I don't really know how...  Maybe it was a cleaning with Onyx, but I'm not sure.

Since the upgrade of 10.11.4 today the bug came back.  I ran Onyx on the system without a bit of luck so far.

@xryancx: do you have that you have installed a beta version of Mac OS X?  It was my case (El Capitan GM) but I did upgrade to the official, as soon has - it is available on the Mac App Store.

Some people think that I've noticed is that the bug does not affect view DAILY.

    Step to reproduce:

    1. Calendar launch (you'll get the bug full screen)
    2. Exit full screen
    3. Click on daily view
    4. Return to full screen mode
    5. Calendar of quit smoking
    6. Calendar lunch again (there is no bug with day mode)
  • Synchronization of calendar with Domino traveler gets alerts but not entries

Yes, I chose "All" at the top right (and I've tried to 'Exchange' and back some time switching and yes ' display mode "All calendars" is on this account) and yes I have upgraded to 1.2.1.  Still having the issue.

Any thoughts on what to try?  Miss me the meetings because of this and I'm pulling my hair out.

Well, 1.3.1 seems to have solved this problem - I now of the calendar entries.

  • Virus blocking firewall/Windows Defender

Hi, my mom 50 year's stupid had on ebay and clicked on some supposed Government called DCHS, site and she got a virus. She knows almost nothing about computers and initially only affected his user account. Now, he is touching mine!

    What the virus has done:
    1. '-re' head from any website to a site called Newsfudge.com
2 turned off the Windows Firewall and don't let me start
3 disabled Windows Defender and doesn't let me start
4 saved my anti-virus to delete infected files.
    What I tried:
1 delete the files (did not work)
2 could not enable the firewall on
    3. made the restoration of the system twice (not in safe mode and said: an unknown error caused it does not work)
4 tried to delete the files in safe mode
Should I try to do a restore of the system in Mode safe? Any other ideas?

    Hello

SR is not a good way to remove any type of program; but you can try it.

Most of malware wrote in his programming not to allow SR as a way to protect themselves from coming off.

Malware to disable your firewall and your safety programs.

Scan of Malware in Safe Mode with network.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/how-to-start-Windows-in-safe-mode/#Vista

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with the Boot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
    3. Select the Safe Mode with networking with the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

Once in Safe Mode with network, download and run RKill.

RKill does NOT remove the malware; It stops the Malware process that gives you a chance to remove it with your security programs.

    .. .and then login (admin / Admin123).

You should get a prompt like:

     asasfr-boot>

Run "setup" but to "bootstrap" basic settings (ip address, host name, etc.) on the partially initialized module.

Then, install the system software image using the system command:

     asasfr-boot> system install [noconfirm] url

Include the noconfirm option if you do not respond to the confirmation messages. Use an HTTP, HTTPS or FTP URL; If a user name and password are required, you will be asked for them. the URL must include the package (pkg) with the complete picture of SFR installation package.

When the installation is complete, the system reboots. Allow or more than 10 minutes for the installation of the application component and fire ASA services start.

The output of the show module sfr command should also show up to all processes.

  • Thunderbird freezes when Windows 10 fate of mode 'sleep'. SOLVED by disabling lightning, provider for Google Calendar and calendar Tweak

Since the update of Windows 7 Windows 10, Thunderbird has acted erratically. At random times, he keeps checking for new messages. If I then try to manually check for mail, it freezes. He meets some menu commands, but by clicking anywhere in the components (list the mailboxes), the list of messages, etc. does nothing. Sometimes, it opens a white notification window, which I can only get rid of kill it with Task Manager. More often, if I just close Thunderbird and start it again, it starts working normally again... For a period of time. The problem seems to happen most often when I turn Windows off mode 'sleep', but

    I'm currently under Thunderbird 38.2.0.

I tried to disable some add-ons that I wasn't really using. I'll see if that helps. I saw that he suggested that users with similar problems running Thunderbird with all disabled add-ons, but I also saw that it said that it is really only a temporary fix rather than a real solution and I agree. List of enabled extensions:

    Add-on Compatibility Reporter 1.1.1
    The Update Checker 2.13 module
    Check compatibility 1.3.1
    Compact header 2.1.0
Mark all as read button 0.7.1
Reduce to a minimum at Lac revived 1.1.2.1

Any other suggestions? Anyone else having the same problem? I saw a few others with Windows 10 problems, but nothing quite matched mine.

Thanks for the help. Until now, deactivation of lightning, provider for Google Calendar and calendar Tweaks seems to have solved the problem. If it begins to freeze again, I'll do Mode without fail a test.

  • Can I sync the calendar in offline mode?

I have setup a personal CalDAV server at home. With Firefox OS (v1.1), I added the external calendar successfully and I can create and edit (does not however remove, but who don't mind) events without problem. Obviously, this works only while I'm connected to my local network. What I want to do is to add events to the calendar in offline mode and when I get, synchronize all these events to caldav calendar. Is there a way to do this?

  • Account ghost or unknown shows in safe mode in Windows XP machine.

    Original title: Phantom account.

Hello everyone, I hope that someone may be able to provide an answer to a problem, that I detected. I have a "ghost" or "ACCOUNT UNKNOWN" account username on my XP Home SP2 that I found when I went into safe mode and checked the properties-> tab security for one of my programs. This seems to be present in most of the software, but not all.

The unknown user account is S-1-5-32-547 - can anyone tell me what it is or how it got there? Or, is there a need to worry?

When I actually open via control panel user accounts, it is not listed. Only, I fell on it all by checking the properties on the software in safe mode.

Thanks for any help on this problem / question.

    Kind regards

    Mr.Roger

    Hi Mr.Roger,

By default, a built-in Administrator account is created when you install the Windows operating system. This account is only accessible in safe mode and to solve the problems of user account.

    Hope the helps of information.

  • mode MSC e250 presents itself as the 2 discs with 0kb and unknown file formats

I have an e250 v01.00.12A and when I put in MSC mode and connect to my computer, it shows two disks, each completely empty and with a size of 0 and an unknown file system. The system setting menu has NO option to reformat the drive. I'm trying to install Rockbox or even just update the firmware, but I am completely at a loss on how to address the issue. I tried using the Sansa Updater into recovery mode, but nothing has worked. Manual updates don't work because I have no way to get the files on the device in MSC mode.

    Thanks for the help.

Too bad. I have it. I updated the firmware and formatted (Sansa.fmt) in recovery mode. I had to do it twice, for some reason; the first time he totally ruined the memory and it would not connect in control or PSG in addition to showing as 0 MB in the settings menu. Tried again, and it works fine now. Thanks for the help, c1u31355!

  • The VIsta calendar reminder is not pop up after the mode "Eve"

    Hello

I had put a task reminder in the calendar from Windows Vista program.  But did not recall. I put usually PC mode 'sleep' when finished. So I tested if that did anything. So, I had an appointment for 12:15 and had reminder 5 minutes before.  Put the PC in 'sleep' to 12:00 and he works at 12:20, but the reminder of the calendar has no pop up, even after some time. It arises in place when I open the calendar program.  Even if instead of mode 'sleep', if I shut down the PC and start the reminder immediately opens. If "sleep" mode somehow put reminders in the sleep forever.

Does anyone have idea about this bug?

    Thank you

I don't know a solution. It does the same thing for me. I use the Outlook calendar. The Live, or Google Calendar likely would do anything as well.

    1. What is the number of brand and model of the computer?
    2. What is the number of brands and models of mouse and keyboard?
    Method 1:
I suggest you try to plug in another mouse and keyboard on this computer and check. This is to check if the problem is with the computer or the keyboard and pouts.
    Method 2:
You can also download and install the latest drivers for the chipset and USB controllers on the manufacturer's Web site. And check if the problem persists.
