Model 390 Type 2626-2UK BIOS

I need udate BIOS for this machine so that I can install windows 2000. However, the upgrade of the BIOS for this model does not have to be listed. Does anyone know if it is available anywhere?

Hi gwbm and welcome to the Lenovo user community!

Here is the support for 390 matrix. If all goes well, one of these versions of BIOS will work!

Thanks to Dalubhasa. I visited the Lenovo for the Australia warranty upgrade portal and it generated the model number for my machine.  Note If you use the warrany control site, you get all the details.

  • SD3.0 EA3: ER model - Classification Type in the Table Properties window

    Hello

In my ER model, for some tables in my model, I am not able to use the Type of Classification. When I select a classification type and click on the button apply the fist type classification letter appears on the header of the table. But the format of classification does not apply. For example, I created a new type of classification 'Story' and given a red background color. When I apply this type of ranking on a table the letter "H" appears on the header color but background of red table has not been applied. Table is always to have default yellow background.
This behavior is identical, even if I select a Classification type predefined as fact or Dimension etc... And this behavior is for a few tables only. For other paintings his worksheet.
I'm not able to identify any particular difference between these tables.

    Please help me.

    Rahul,

can you check the settings for 'format' for tables without own colouring - it's "Format" in the menu of items on the diagram - 'Use the default color' should be selected. If it is not selected, then using the specific defined on the object and color associated with type of ranking is not applied.
Select all objects (can use CTRl-A) and "format" dialog box allows to define the use of the default color.

    Hi Experts,

I'm trying to understand how we can run a simple JSP that takes user input and presents the results under WebCenter Sites. I wrote a simple Web service client application that shows the rate of currency conversion at the entrance and to the currency. It works as a normal application. I tried to accomplish the same sites WebCenter. I made the following...

    (1) I've copied the jar < InstallDir > /App_Server\apache-tomcat-6.0.32\webapps\cs\WEB-INF\lib directory.

    (2) created a template (TestNormal02.jsp) type without using eclipse.

    3) has replaced the eclipse code created in the JSP with the tested JDev JSP code.

    (4) change the action of the form in two attempts

  • OptiPlex 390 A00 to A02 bios upgrade question.

    Hello

I'm going to preface my post by saying that I always leave updates the bios as a last resort. That said, I just bought a moherboard replacement for mine who died in a power brown-out last weekend. At the level of the bios on the replacement card was A00. Because of problems that I had to get the machine to start, I decided to update the bios. I downloaded A11 to install, but he says a02 is a sine qua non. I downloaded and installed A02, and after successful installation and reboot, bios does not recognize the sata drives. I tried to change patterns of sata, fading to the bios, reset does not. It is all linked to a bigger problem I'm having, but recognizing the sata disks must be dealt with in the first place. Is it possible to go back to A00 or transmit to A11 with a boot USB disk?

    Thanks for any help!

    Rick

You probably do not have the boot HARD drive connected to the SATA0 first...

  • APEX 3.2 copying the model Vertical Type 2 (including null values)

I have normally do not change only by default APEX models, but rather to make a copy and edit my version with what I want to do.

In the reports to a SQL report attributes TAB, I start using the "default report: vertical, look2 (include the Null columns)" for my report. I went to shared components, make a copy of the model that has been referenced in my application. (Took me by surprise, but he appeared in lists) When I go to replace the expression with the new COPY of the template, it is not in the LOV for models. I checked the copy worked and it is present if I show all THE MODELS...

Why it displayed verses list reports?

Can the attributes of reports / Tempalte LOV reports updated to include my new model?

    Thanks - Jim

I start by using the "default report: vertical, look2 (include the Null columns).

default: report models are hardwired into APEX and cannot be changed the way the theme templates can.

    >

Models 'appear' under lists will list templates, not report models. Any similarity of name to a default: model report is a coincident.

Can the attributes of reports / Tempalte LOV reports updated to include my new model?

It will show only integrated default: / export: templates and report from the current theme templates.

Using the web Inspector in a browser with the tools of development such as Safari or Firefox + Firebug you can look at the source of the report with a default: model to determine the HTML structure and classes used and applied by the APEX CSS selectors, so either replace these in a your own style sheet, or create a custom theme version of the model from scratch.

  • Models of virtual machine in the library of content focus type = unknown

    Hello

I created a test with vsphere environment 6 and I created a content library for my VM models.

That worked well for the last few months, but today I have connected the web client and wanted to deploy a new virtual machine from the content library.

First thing I noticed was the selection after "deploy vm from library" - the library is empty...

When I look directly in the content library, models are still there, but the type is unknown and not possible to export the s model or deploy...

Any ideas what I can do?

I already rebooted the server vcenter...

    I found a work around...

I was able to clone the model with type = unknown, and the watch type = clone model vm and the guest OS is displayed correctly, too...

  • Bios SATA/XP do not recognize

My 1st time with a Sata hard drive using my bios xp home will not recognize my DVD/CDROM so here so that it will not work what I am doing wrong? Help, please

What type of computer you are using the make and model? You upgrade the BIOS of OeM Web site? This will fix a lot of problems with SATA not recognized. SATA has also 2 cables in order to operate. The more configured settings are AHCI and ATA. If the player does not see the BIOS of your computer and you have an updated BIOS to date, chances are that there could be a mismatch of issuance or the connection setting in the BIOS.

  • Legacy BIOS or UEFI

Hi guys, I have a laptop HP G6-1336SA running Windows Pro 8.1 (with Media Center is of no relevance). I am aware, there are two versions of the BIOS available, legacy & UEFI, my question is what should I use? I currently have the latest version of the F.6A of BIOS Inysde and it is in "Legacy" mode, the standard I am led to believe.

I would like to know the difference between the two modes of BIOS, which would be more effective on my system, the problems of changing mode (like having to delete everything and the product key may not be recognized as some claim) and how I would go about switching modes?

Thank you for your time, it is greatly appreciated.

(This laptop has Windows 7 pre-installed, I understand that it can make the difference)

There is one type of the BIOS. Version F.6A is the newest BIOS available for your computer. The BIOS for this model supports UEFI, which is an extension of the BIOS firmware.

As you describe, "Legacy" and "UEFI" refer to boot devices. In General, boot devices will divide into "Legacy" and "UEFI" with UEFI having precedence over the inheritance. UEFI allows the use of hard drive 3 TB for the boot device and is necessary for booting from a GPT-partitioned drive.

There are no modes "BIOS" and no changes until Windows 8 has been installed at the factory on computer models of HP. At that time, a feature called 'Secure Boot' has been added which locks rogue malware mostly and some valid boot media. On these systems, the use of a feature called 'Legacy Support' disables "Secure Boot" and refers to the ability to boot from old valid media. Your computer most likely does not have these features.

Please see on UEFI and the Boot Menu for more information.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Please click the White Star of KUDOS to show your appreciation

    Hello:

There is no graphics card AMD switchable for my model, even with a BIOS update.  That is right.

Or is it still be grayed out as in the current state.  That is right. An update of the BIOS will do nothing to allow you to change the graphic memory settings.  Everything will be grayed out as before.

So if I overload a game settings, from the middle to the extreme, this means that most of the 3 GB memory graphics will be allocated to catch the game? Or even will not use the 737 MB dedicated?   The laptop will initially use all the dedicated memory.  If that wasn't enough, he will then consume the maximum (2.4 GB) memory system available and put it to the chart.

  • What the correct update BIOS for my Lenovo R61?

    Main question:

I have a Lenovo R61 15.4 "laptop computer screen with IEEE. 1394  What is the good BIOS update version for my system?

    * The version on the Web the matrix file BIOS Lenovo page, 7KET72WW (1.22 - 1, 06), seems wrong and outdated compared to this page:

    http://74.125.45.104/search?q=cache: jqsAECxdXDoJ:www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-68183.html+7OET24WW&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=5&gl=us

which indicates that it should be 7OETC1WW (2.21). **

    Background:

This Lenovo R61 laptop has always been slow and difficult, with performance much worse than my old XP system with worst record.  Originally, I tried to reinstall Vista to remove the useless factory software I thought may be responsible for slowing down the system.  This was the beginning of many problems.  I had added a stick of 1 GB 2 brand new RAM for the system, and I couldn't properly reinstall Vista with the ThinkVantage tools.  When I contacted the support, they told me it was due to the system are different from the original specifications (additional RAM).  It's ridiculous, but also to correct.  In addition, my Windows key at the bottom of the laptop sticker was scratched and unreadable, directly from the factory.  Support told me that the key is not useful or necessary because the only way to reinstall Vista is using the ThinkVantage tools.  Once again, ridiculous, but after removing my extra RAM, I was able to reinstall Vista.  This did not help the performance, even with the additional software deleted.

    On the current problem:

I have experience several daily BSOD. Analysis of accident of Vista generally points to the USB driver, sometimes the network adapter driver and often does not return anything.

I want to update my BIOS, but I don't know which version to use.  According to the information of the system, my system model is 8932CTO. The current system BIOS is the 7OET24WW version (1.03).  I did a search on Google for this BIOS and found the following cached page:

    [ http://74.125.45.104/search?q=cache: jqsAECxdXDoJ:www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-68183.html+7OET24WW&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=5&gl=us] It lists the following:

This version supports the following systems:
    -ThinkPad R61 - 15.4-inch wide screen models
    Machine types: 8930 8933, 8934, 8935, 8936, 8937
-ThinkPad R61i - model widescreen 15.4 inches with IEEE 1394
    Computer type: 8932

The latest BIOS for my system model number is indicated as:

The first version of this list, 7OET24WW (1.03) matches the BIOS on my system, which indicates that I have to upgrade to the current version, 7OETC1WW (2.21).

This page shows that my system model supports IEEE 1394 (Firewire), and of course, the Device Manager shows a RICOH OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller, even if my laptop is not a firewire port!  Then...

QUESTION: why does my laptop have an IEEE 1394 controller, but no port?  It is used to something else? Safely disable the controller driver if it is pointless?

The same page also lists the history of BIOS for thise models, and the current BIOS version does not match the name on the matrix of the file BIOS Lenovo - ThinkPad page here: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=BMOE-3VAM8Y#r

My computer is a R61 widescreen 15.4 inches with IEEE 1394 (at least the controller).  NONE OF THESE VERSIONS OF BIOS MATCHES THE OTHER PAGE, I FOUND, WHICH SEEMS MORE ACCURATE!  Also, only one of the many, many BIOS versions presented on this page are from 2008.  So the page of the Lenovo BIOS file matrix totally out of date or what?

What version of BIOS should I use to upgrade my system, and what else can I diagnose these BSOD and performance problems?

Agotthelf is correct; 2.21 is the latest version of the BIOS, and to install it, you must burn it to a CD as an ISO file. I was too lazy to do.

My R61, too, is the 15.4-inch (1680 x 1050) model, but unlike you, I have XP Professional and a 1394 a miniport. The reason your system shows Firewire, it's Ricoh Board which controls the 4 - 1 or 5-in-1 memory card reader includes the R61 Firewire controller. I guess it's convenient is you decide, as I do, to add a CardBus (or, as the case may be, an ExpressCard) with full major ports 1394 a(1) FireWire, 1394b (FireWire 2), or both.

  • Type of RAM in d330 UT Office (df385t)

    Hello

Please I want to know the type of ram on my pc either ddr1, ddr2, ddr3, specifically. I used an app called 'Speccy' and 'Cpu - z', but the result was only ddr without specifying a number. So, I want to know the compatible ram for it.

    My PC -

Operating system: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3
    Model: HP d330 uT (DF385T)
    BIOS: 786B 2 v1.11
    Processor: Intel (r) Pentium (r) 4 CPU 2 .40GHz

    Thank you.

    Hello:

Here is the link to on the d330 series quickspecs.

All the info of memory you want to know is that it contains.

    http://h18000.www1.HP.com/products/QuickSpecs/11647_div/11647_div.html

If you have a processor with a 533 MHz FSB, you can use PC2700 memory (DDR-333). If you have a processor with an 800 MHz front bus, you want memory PC3200 (DDR-400), so the memory can run at full speed it can.

You can install PC3200 memory in your PC with a 533 MHz processor, but it will only work at 333 MHz.
