  We have:

  • Windows XP
  • RoboHelp 7 (inside the technical Communication Suite)
  • Webhelp output
  • MS Word 2007

  Like others, this environment works perfectly for years. Last release of Webhelp has been October 2013.

  BACKGROUND

  We have compiled our projects and got the error, we create a new project quite empty and we got the error.

  • BitDefender Antivirus paused
  • Administrator proviledge got (nothing has changed on this machine, just strange thing start, Control Panel, user account is empty...)

  • Run the RoboScriptReg.exe (found somewhere) in the folder program/programs/Adobe/Robohelp HTML

  ERROR

  Model Active Script error: do not initialize the script.

  Model error: cannot resolve macro: RegisterResolvers

  We must offer this eight week project in two languages, we must solve this problem.

  I have model errors in Business Catalyst as it is push the content to the right when published on Adobe Muse.

  In the Muse or BC, you cannot see the error, it happens on the online site.

  I am using RoboHelp for Word after three years and more - and feel a little rusty. I have tried to import a Word document into my project (and sometimes succeed, if the file is small enough) and then attach a custom template that is based on RoboHelp.dot. Is it possible that the custom template, I used for my project is corrupted and it is causing the problem in all the other projects that I create from scratch later? Note that it is possible to solve this problem by reinstalling the RoboHelp application software...

  Looks like this is not able to find nmake.exe.  Make sure you have a valid compiler installed on your machine (see the Readme of NI VeriStand for supported versions.  You should be able to download an Express edition free Microsoft Web site).  Run "mex-Setup" configure ML compiler settings.

  I disabled and uninstalled CS5.5 from my old computer and tried to put it on my new computer, but errors at the end of the installation.   Thank you for asking. What I ended up doing was installing just the main software that I needed. I wish to install all of them, but it was the best solution I could come up with gives me errors.

• Error install CS5.5 on Windows 10

  The CS5.5 has been installed on Win7, and recently I have upgraded to Windows 10.  I have re-installed the CS5.5 and a list of errors and warnings appear after installation ended. Most of the applications have been installed except the Acrobat Professional.

  I tried to start applications such as Photoshop, Flash Professional, and Adobe Bridge and these could properly start.

  I tried to go through the troubleshooting, but seems no solution to this issue.  Help, please.  Thank you very much.

• Com.htm error in CS5 (Maverick)

  I get the error "cannot find the file com.htm in the configuration/floaters folder, after that the DW error Stops. I did fixed preference but that does not solve the problem. I upgraded to Maverick over the weekend and DW worked before the upgrade. Is it a question of Maverick?

  Can you please try the steps below and let know us if the problem is still reproducible.

  1 quit Dreamweaver if it is launched

  2. navigate toin/Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe by pressing command + SHIFT + G in a Finder window, then entering the path.

  3 Rename the file "Dreamweaver CS5" for "Dreamweaver CS5 Backup"

  3. start Dreamweaver

• RTF model error: compilation in the hidden module error.

  I use MS Word 2007 to change my rtf models.
  After installing the patch PS2 for MS Office I can't edit the rtf models more.
  When I try to edit any field in the model I get a message box with the 'Microsoft Visual Basic' header and the message "compilation in the hidden module error: Module_editFF.
  I noticed that the BI Publisher tab is no longer visible in the toolbar. I uninstalled the add-on and reinstalled again, the question remains.

  If you do not see the BI Publisher tab, then go to MS Word-> Word Options-> Add - ins-> manage-> select Add-ins Word and make so that the "Templatebuilder.dot", TBCrosstab.dot etc. are checked.

  I have an ATI Radeon HD 4620 graphics card and I'm running Windows 7 32 bit. My system is a PC HP Compaq 8100 Elite - Intel Core i5 to 3.33 GHz with 4 GB of RAM.   See the directions for what they are: you have the garbage fonts on your system. If it happened with the text tool may not simply have degenerated to a point where he'll be right because some system fonts is affected as well. Straighten the fonts yopur, trash the prefs, try again.

• dragnkl1.dll missing please reinstall error after CS5 update

  I had tons of Postscript, printing of CS5 errors since I installed it a couple of weeks. Well, I just reduced the problem to the "Labels" in the print section option marked in the output area of the print dialog box.

  I use labels all the time, especially for the final impressions-, so I don't know the name of the file, so I really need this option, but can't find a way to solve the problem. I guess a police wobbly is the culprit, but see no way to change the font of "Labels".

  FYI, it NEVER caused a problem in CS4, CS3 or CS2.

  Oops. I found the problem. This is a bug in the PostScript when printing labels.

  Long file names trigger. Looks like a dozen characters are fine. More than that could trigger a limitcheck. The only solution I see would be to make the shorter file name. Sorry about that.

  The strange thing is that on many interpreters of PS, it simply prevents the print file name, but the rest of the page prints fine.

  I working on a fix, but cannot say when the fix will happen to you.
