Hello, in
This can be caused if the Outlook Express message store file is corrupted. I suggest that you rename the file and restart the computer to re-create the file.
a. Click Start, go to my computer.
b. navigate through locations
C:\Windows\Application Data\Outlook Express\ {GUID}
Or
C:\Documents and Settings\
c. right-click on the Folders.dbx file and then click Rename (copy and save this file to another location, in case of failure, you need to replace the original file.) d. type folders.old. e. launch Outlook Express. This creates a new Folders.dbx file. Thank you Irfan H, Engineer Support Microsoft Answers. Visit ourMicrosoft answers feedback Forum and let us know what you think.

Microsoft Outlook express Outbox does not transmit messages - Messages remain in the Outbox for ever
When you create new messages, outlook does not transmit messages. They remain in the Outbox for ever
Assuming that you have checked The Send Messages immediately and you get no error message, you may need to the corruption of dbx files.
Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them. New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.
After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.
Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
General precautions for Outlook Express:
Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.
Information on the maximum size of the .dbx files that are used by Outlook Express:
http://support.Microsoft.com/?kbid=903095Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

Compact often as specified above.
And backup often.

You must use the same password that you would use if you have access to your messages via the Webmail of your server site. You will need to reset it with them.

Hello
1. what happens when you try to open the .tgz files?

Windows 7 does not open the windows in the taskbar. The content seems to be displayed off the screen. It started after the uninstall of Registry Mechanic and PC Tools, but this cannot be bound. IE 9 seems to be particularly affected. So do not display all of the windows that show on the taskbar.
Use the Windows logo key & left arrow several times for each windows application through their positions until they appear on the screen.
This problem is normally reported after someone used an external monitor as the applications try to open in the same position they had when they were last open - so if there was an external monitor last time now disconnected, they will try to open it in the middle of nowhere.
I know not, or the other tools that you mention, but if they are registry cleaners then they could also affect other parts of your system.

I want this little star back that opens the bookmarks bar. It's just to the left of the field address on XP in FP 25. But Windows 8 in FP 25.0.1 is not there. Instead, there is a star that sometimes appears on the right side of the address bar. But the star on the right does not open the bookmarks bar. It shows only a list of bookmarks and options, which do not include the opening of the sidebar.
This option has been removed and replaced by Ctrl B?Thank you. I don't know what happened, but somewhere in the workplace with classic theme restaurateur, I fell Classic 1.4 of toolbar buttons and found the icon and figured out how to say up there.

Windows Photo Gallery does not open the zipped files
Photo Gallery Windows does not open the photos that are in the zipped files received by Email. He said: Photo Gallery can't open this photo or video. This file format is not supported, or you do not have the latest updates to the photo gallery.

By double clicking on a file in Windows Explorer it only starts the program it does not open the actual file. 1 program, all the others still work ok.
This option is used to work, I installed a viewer of this program option (it's a based CAD program) and after that I uninstalled the viewer that he would not even start the program, he was trying to launch the viewr. Elements 9 does not open the raw files from my new camera
Have a panasonic DMC-GX85. My 9 items does not open the raw file and I failed in upgrading to 9.03 and camera raw 6.5. Y at - it solution or do I have the latest elements?
There are essentially 4 different solutions to this common problem with the older PES software:
(1) upgrade to the latest version 14; It's not free.
(2) the software should come with your camera and download pictures on your computer;
(3) your operating system may have some updates to download images from your camera.
(4) use Adobe DNG converter and it is still free. The latest version is:
Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Windows >
He must also watch this video to learn how to use the DNG Converter:
I hope this helps.

Outlook Express 6 does not. It crashes during the connection phase.

Another will be created automatically when you open OE.Note these possible side effects:When you re - start OE, it will build a new index of all *.dbx files it can read and create a new Folders.dbx. However, understand that you will lose the mail directory structure and message rules will probably have to be edited.
