  I am using RoboHelp for Word after three years and more - and feel a little rusty. I have tried to import a Word document into my project (and sometimes succeed, if the file is small enough) and then attach a custom template that is based on RoboHelp.dot. Is it possible that the custom template, I used for my project is corrupted and it is causing the problem in all the other projects that I create from scratch later? Note that it is possible to solve this problem by reinstalling the RoboHelp application software...

  I have the full version of RoboHelp Office X (Pro) for .NET, and it was installed with Admin rights. The application, project files and output all resident locally (on the same hard drive,) but on different drives. I need to produce a WebHelp output as a stand-alone help system (for now...).

  Yes, re-installation of the application would be solve the problem, but only until I present again of my custom template. I believe that Your ' e right - my model was the culprit. So I redefined styles in RoboHelp.dot instead and seeing me is no longer the error of the model at compile time. I also followed your advice and set the macro security in Word in the middle.   I have model errors in Business Catalyst as it is push the content to the right when published on Adobe Muse.

  In the Muse or BC, you cannot see the error, it happens on the online site.

  You can see some right pushed elements and a strange duplication of the image to the far left. Since the last Muse update there was a gap between my menu and the image. Today I went to try to address them as a replacement for the image, and it happened.

  You can view the page here, I have now removed the image and there is no problem, the model goes back to normal. It comes to my site's blog so it's all generated in British Colombia. As soon as I add the image to return to or even fill the white rectangle it with the image that the problem reoccur.

  The new updated figured out, renamed my BC models (because of the vs mobile office) so I had to tell my blog to use it.

• Model of WebHelp error: cannot resolve the macro

  I worked fine until this afternoon. I tried to generate webhelp in two different projects. In the output window, I see messages in the update files and then a message flashes and it goes to so, but nothing no is there to see.
  The message is something like template error: could not resolve macro WHH #78 or something like that. I really can't read.
  
  I look for the answer on this forum and in the help system, without result. I'll leave soon but don't come in the morning and try to start again troubleshooting. Any ideas that might help would be greatly appreciated

  I went to the customers of RoboHelp and found a solution. I downloaded RoboScriptReg.exe, ran the installation folder, and now the problem is solved.

• VeriStand 2015 will not deploy with Labview created model: error-307703

  I try to use a model of labview to resume a few calculated channels that are currently in one of my projects veristand. Without the LV model, it works fine.   Looks like this is not able to find nmake.exe.  Make sure you have a valid compiler installed on your machine (see the Readme of NI VeriStand for supported versions.  You should be able to download an Express edition free Microsoft Web site).  Run "mex-Setup" configure ML compiler settings.

  I use MS Word 2007 to change my rtf models.
  After installing the patch PS2 for MS Office I can't edit the rtf models more.
  When I try to edit any field in the model I get a message box with the 'Microsoft Visual Basic' header and the message "compilation in the hidden module error: Module_editFF.
  I noticed that the BI Publisher tab is no longer visible in the toolbar. I uninstalled the add-on and reinstalled again, the question remains.

  If you do not see the BI Publisher tab, then go to MS Word-> Word Options-> Add - ins-> manage-> select Add-ins Word and make so that the "Templatebuilder.dot", TBCrosstab.dot etc. are checked.

  I haven't changed anything in my template and the BEEP server configuration has not been changed as well. To me, it seems that we have a problem with the template or with Java call some methods to access the BEEP server.
  
  I hope someone can point me in the right way to solve this problem.

  It seems that the model cannot find an image file. Do you have a picture on the model reference? Be sure to place the file in the same directory that the model is. Or better yet, simply insert the image in the template instead to reference the file.

  I develop a report of BI Publisher using data model where I FastInventory range date as start date and end Date. When I try to run the report I get the error as
  
  ORA-01843: not one month valid
  ORA-06512: at line 3 level
  
  In my default package, at the beginning of the model, I said start date and end date of. In the report, for date settings start date and end, I've given parameter as date type and date in the form MM/DD/YYYY format.
  
  The same report runs and if I use the model type of data as a sql query. But if I use the data model, I get the above error. I need to put the report using the data model. I can provide my data structure if necessary.

  #1 press power + cancel + up together & switch on the back
  (I put the power cord on a switch & put it on the top of the page printer od for easy access)

  #2 in menu diagnosis & get down to 10 option, enter

  #3 #10 menu option, press key 4 times to roll the configuration...

  (my 2nd roll already disabled automatically & I press ENTER to exit)

  everything went well & now I'm about ready to load paper.

  The problem you are experiencing is actually linked to the used regular expression. If you see the model match function help, you will see that there is a list for the "special characters". In this list, you will see that a + is interpreted as a regular expression rather than the sign '+' itself. In hexagonal presentation, the + sign is represented by the value 0x2B. As this value is used in the address of the string is not formatted, this means that your channel you actually have the sign '+', which means the function pattern he will perform as a regular expression.

  If you do not want Labview to find the special character itself, rather than interpretting it as a regular expression, you need to escape with one-(or hexagonal 0x5C). In the case of the unformatted string, so the original regex used was:

  Yes, output generates perfectly of the word when previewed but gave the same details of error during validation.

  Try with lower case 'and' instead of upper case "AND" on the duration column.

• Domain name is already used elsewhere in this Document, eSign model error of form field

  I * want * the field having the same name, because I want the value to flow to this second field.  Although this seems to be no problem to do with a document created in Acrobat and downloaded, I can't create the model of form field with the same name.  I need the model because the underlying doc is often twisted.  Very frustrating.  Anyone encountered this or have alternatives?

  I ran across this in EchoSign when the deletion of the field then trying to re-create and reuse the old name. For some reason any after deletion of the original field, I can still find it in the list "go to...". ». My work around was to give it a temporary name, save and exit. Go to manage and change. It is usually passed in the jump list and I can use the old name. HTH
