  Whenever I click on the link "online help for event log" of event viewer for further help on an error, it returns the page not found on TechNet. Why? I think the name (Levno) is a typeo website. I am out of town on a business trip and need to pick up a cell phone today. Anyone know if this a good number produced?   I'll make the problem to the forum administrators, who will in turn with the people responsible for maintaining the support pages.

  I get a notification for Windows 10 for your model, and I even chose base dv6z-2000 model series and didn't get any driver for W7, then something is definitely wrong.

  In the meantime, try the drivers from the dv6z-2100 that should also work for your laptop, but do not use the BIOS file.

• 2.4 Ghz radio not found during the investigation of site

  Hello. Today, I was on a site where people are wondering about wireless performance. This is a site where are only 10 users per AP, as you can see in the attached picture.

  When I was at the local level marked in a red circle, I found the following

  SNR:30
  power:-64dBm
  frequency: 5 GHz
  Flow rate of 25Mbps download; Download 38Mbps

  It has been tested with my laptop and Intel® WiFi Link 5300 adapter.

  Although it seems all good, I try to find the 2.4 Ghz radio, but the software I used (Covera, Xirus, Inssider) cannot find the radio. I waited 10 minutes, and sometimes the radio appeared for 10 seconds and disappeared again. This is not the first time that occurred to me.

  I also checked the auto-rf in the CLI WLC and attached the two.

  No idea what is causing the radio0 to appear and disappear?

  Product key in the lower corner of your laptop belongs to the preinstalled image and cannot be used with every installation of the OS. Please key product given by this CD of facilities.

  It is said to "Select a product", but only gives me options of Lightroom 1-5, not 6.  My new LR 6 license is useless just 6 months after purchase?

  I opted to buy 6 LR on perpetual license rather than a subscription monthly CC, as my country's currency is devaluing rapidly and I need to be able to afford access.  But now Adobe does not seem to recognize the validity of the copy that I own.  In fact, it is difficult to find a reference to LR 6 on the Adobe web site.

  Have you tried to use the disk of Windows XP, or Windows Update running default drivers to search for best driver for your sound card?

  Also, I found only 1 driver on your system gateway Web site is located here.

  OK, I 'solved' myself. I downloaded a "dmg" on the site yesterday (7.2 v), but when I started to drag the 7.2 app in my apps folder, he "warned" in ERROR that I was running a later version on the computer. So, I did not install 7.2 yesterday.
