Model Plugin problem in loading IDCS6 [Server]
Hi all
I made a plugin model to add a few custom in the Indesign scripting DOM EC methods are works fine on the desktop version of cs6 indesign. All methods are visible in the Script Toolkit extend and I can call them also.
I want to run this plugin on indesign server also. I compiled for the 64 bit version and placed in the Plug-ins folder. The plugin will load in addition, as County total 112 to 113 plugin increases. To cross check whether the plugin is loaded, I did some manipulation of file to save his startup inside IPlugIn * GetPlugIn() in SDKPlugEntrypoint.cpp and it works. But the problem is that my methods are not available in the script Dom of indesign server.
(1) I built this model using DollyXs plugin and ensured that it supported the two indesign desktop/server.
(2) I did not use methods such as IDocument * doc = Utils < ILayoutUtils > ()->GetFrontDocument();
(3) I add methods to the object of the Application of the DOM script.
I used these headers in my source file:
#include "IApplication.h".
#include "ILayoutUIUtils.h".
#include "IDocument.h".
#include "IUsedFontList.h".
#include "IDocumentList.h".
#include "IFontFamily.h".
#include "IPMFont.h".
#include "IApplication.h".
I missed the steps in this procedure?
Thanks and greetings
maddy1907
Hi maddy1907,
in the VersionedScriptElementInfo resource you probably defined products and feature sets to kInDesignAllLanguagesFS. You can replace it with kWildFS.

Hello
I have a model SAN SUN 7117 and ESXi server in a HP DL120G6. The SAN has 4 of the NIC for iSCSI traffic and the ESX has 4 NIC, but only 2 NIC's for iSCSI. In the SAN, I configured an LACP aggregation with 4 NIC problem is that, in the ESXi, I see that only one NETWORK adapter works.
What is the problem?
There are some screenshots of setting anchors.
SAN CONFIGURATION
If you need any screenshoot credit information ask for me.
How can I test and check that the load balancing is working correctly?
Thank you!
As previous authors have written, so that the load with a vSwitch policies balancing offers you need more targets and virtual machines more (which is not the case that you use iSCSI).
Hash IP needs more targets to spread the load.
Check KB 1011340 and this article: http://vmetc.com/2009/08/12/vswitch-with-multiple-vkernel-portgroups-for-vsphere-iscsi-round-robin-mpio/
You will find a section he describe different storage vendors have different configurations on the LB on iSCSI, but it's the same with all providers:

HP photosmart 5510 e - while a printer B111a
Windows vista 32-bit
connection error message-Server error:-1 there was a problem connecting to the server, press Retry or ok to continue
No changes have been made to my operating system
Try to add new applications with eprint center of my Compaq Presario CQ60 laptop to my HP printer. Computer tells me that the new applications are there and ready to use, but printer says 'server connection error "? I followed all the instructions to connect to the wireless router, but I'm not sure how to connect to the "Server"?
The steps below a usually resolve the problem you are experiencing:
1. unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.
2. unplug the power cord at the back of your router (and the modem, if they are separated from the router).
3. wait 20 seconds, then plug the router (and the modem, if necessary) in.
4. wait for 30 seconds, then plug the printer back and power.
5. press the button on the front of the printer ePrint, and it should try to connect to Web Services again.
These steps usually fix the problem, but if it persists, you can try definition of network information static for the printer (which is sometimes useful to stabilize the ability of the printer to get outside of your network to the internet):
1. tap the wireless at the top of the screen of the printer and note the IP address.
2. Enter the IP address in the address bar of a web browser on a computer and press on enter or click the go button browser.
3. the printer status page must be open. Click network in the upper part.
4. click on networking on the left.
5. Select the Proxy settings.
Note: If you are prompted for a redirect, click OK. If you receive a certificate warning, select the option that allows you to continue anyway.
If you receive an internal system error, refresh the page until it loads the proxy settings.
6. check that all fields are empty. If they are not, make them disappear and make sure that the Proxy Server requires authentication is unchecked and click on apply. You should get a success message.
7. click on the network address (IP) on the left.
Note: If you only configuring IP address and DNS address with a yellow note Configuration, refresh the page until it loads completely.
8. leave automatic IP IP address Configuration.
9 change the DNS address to the manual DNS Server Configuration.
10. enter manual for the manual preferred DNS Server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for auxiliary DNS.
11. click Apply and you should get a success message.
12. turn off the printer for 30 seconds and then turn it on again to force the new settings take effect.Let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

problem with connecting to the internet
whenever I try to connect to my internet I get 'local internet only' and when I try to repair it it says that there may be a problem with your dns server, I looked for a solution for centuries now, and no one can seem to help me! Please someone help me?Hello
First off I'm going to assume that when you say "local internet only", you really mean "local only". Also, I'll assume you are using a router for internet connection broadband. If I am wrong, then you will have to describe the answer how you try to connect to the internet more in detail.
First of all, your router. The indicators show that there is an internet connection? Consult the manual, which probably came on a CD with the router. Internet connection led can resemble a planet with rings or a circle with a lower-case i in the middle of it, or some other symbol. It can also have a caption saying 'internet' or 'connected '. If the router is not connected while your PC will not have access to the internet.
Click the Start button and type "cmd" then press ENTER. In the window type (mainly black) which results in ipconfig and press to enter. Transcribe the results of the command ipconfig for a response.
Your (wired or wireless) network card is set to automatically get an ip address? Otherwise, set it to do that and also to get information from DNS server automatically...
- Right-click on the icon network at the bottom right of your screen, and then click Network and sharing Center
- In network and sharing Center, click on manage the network connections (on the left)
- Right click on 'Connect to the Local network' or 'Wireless Network Connection' depending on how you connect to the router
- Click on select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click the properties button
- If things are not set to 'automatic', please note all numbers so that you can restore the settings if necessary
- Make sure that "Obtain an IP address automatically" and 'DNS server automatically get an address' is selected, then click OK
- Click on close
If you are using a wireless connection, what happens if you try to connect to your router with an Ethernet cable?
Please post back with your comments to the above and give more details about your configuration, i.e. router brand and model (or another material of Internet), if you connect wireless or with an Ethernet cable, etc. etc.

I try with model db (DB empty, just a single table), but the error is same. However, if I try to copy the acronym tabele from SQL Server to Oracle it works fine...
I guess it's something with the configuration, but beacause I am new in Oracle still have no idea...
Any help would be much appreciated
I thank in advance
Stefan
Hello Stefan,
did you create the repository Migration of your database to Oracle (Tools-> Migration-> repository management)?
The SS2K5ALLPLATFORM package is usually created when you add the migration of the Oracle database repository and it contains the function StageCapture.
So please make sure that you have created a repository of migration in an Oracle database and associate it with the first step of your migration.

my plugin can be loaded in my machine, but can't be loaded into other machines
I put my plugin in the AE plugin dir, my plugin can be loaded by AE and is normally, but I put my plugin in the folder AE plugin dir in other machines (x 64), it can't be loaded normally, the error code is 193 (win10) and 126 (win8) which is the problem? Thanks in advance.
You're talking about probably the Windows error code numbers.
Those you mentioned resolve to:
ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT
193 (0xC1)
%1 is not a valid Win32 application.
ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND
126 (0x7E)
The specified module could not be found.
It seems so that your plugin is to compile for architecture 32-bit or loads / requires a 3rd party DLL that is only available in 32 bit on the target system.
As MS error codes usually aren't that specific, it could also be that you're actually on 64-bit, but any other dependency is not met. Please check with the tool Dependency Walker MS if all required files are present for the right CPU architecture.
Also, make sure you deploy commercial versions on machines to test/non-dev (meaning does not bind to the debug version of the Microsoft runtime libraries, that they are not available on systems where Visual Studio is not installed).

But it does not list the server while deploying the application.
I don't see the problem to my office network. But I have this problem when I work from my home.
Ideally, it should show the following lines after the server is started:
DefaultServer startup time: 195467 ms.
DefaultServer began.
This is not the case if I start the server without network.
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you
Ravi
I see some message on a proxy. Have you checked that you can use the proxy on your network?
If this isn't the case, you must disable the proxy.

SQL Develeper Data Modeler download problems
Hi all
I try to download one of the packages Data Modeler FRO Web site and the Server expires always at the around of 900 k. He did it for more than a week where we download the program. Any of you have a different download location or to get information on who I need to contact?
Thank youI downloaded at the same time both versions 2.0 and 3.0 EA1 (versions with Java) using the public connection and there was no problem – combined download speed was ~ 4Mbytes per second.
You can try with another browser.Philippe

Problem connecting to the server
Whenever I open the pictures, I get an alert that reads: 'there was a problem connecting to the server "my-server", which is another Mac on my network.
If I close the dialogue box, Photos keeps trying to connect and it appears again a few seconds later.
Does anyone have an idea as Photos is all this and how I can stop doing?
No idea - don't forget we can not see you if you have details
We do not yet have an idea what software you use or you use 'MyServer' for
What are the versions of the operating system and Photos do you use? What is your server? How are you connected to it?

Problem connecting to the server after moving
Hi, I keep getting the message "there is a problem connecting to the server"192.168.0.19"etc. This happened after I moved. New ISP, new router. I have an Airport Express and a NAS connected to it. Time Machine and Icloud on the NAS. I think that the NAS has this IP address before moving. There are now 192.168.10.176. Everything works, but I get the pop up frequently.
I look at the accounts and start but nothing. I reboot safe mode does not remove the problem. So, what can I do?
I'm on Yosemite with MBR.
Can you connect using the new IP address?

There was a problem connecting to the server 'SERVER NAME' error guard appearing
There was a problem connecting to the server 'SERVER NAME' error guard appearing even though the server is not on my current network. I recently moved my iMac to a different location and a different network, and now he constantly tries to connect to the old server. This message appears every 30 seconds and several of those who appear (see pictures) it's extremely frustrating because it makes the machine almost useless because I am constantly closing them. No matter how many times I try to stop the activity monitor it it keeps reappearing, and I even tried a few terminal commands that I found online, then restarted the computer, but still had no success. I would appreciate all the advice really.

After the upgrade to Firefox 6.0.2 first flash content was not displayed, but now the plugin does not load. Firefox plugin check says Flash is obsolete, but I just downloaded it from the Web site.
Mac OS X 10.7.1
Firefox 6.0.2
Flash 10.3.183.7The current versions of Firefox are 64-bit on OS X, if you need a 64-bit version of Flash with Firefox 6.0.x or you must start Firefox as a 32-bit application to be able to use a 32-bit version of a plugin.
- Closing of Firefox
- Launch the Finder and open the Applications folder
- Make a right click or Ctrl-click the icon of Firefox.app
- Select "Get Info."
- Select or deselect the option "open in 32-bit mode".
- Close window "Firefox Info"
- Restart Firefox
