Model RTF BI Publisher under the XSL - FO with APEX listener PDF printing

I tried to use both the Oracle APEX the Apache FOP listener options in the instance of print settings to generate a PDF report. The model I use is a RTF model created with the plugin from the editor of BI in Microsoft Word, and it does not work with the editor of BI setting. I understand that the earpiece of the APEX and Apache FOP will not work with this RTF, but when I export the model to XSL - FO the word Pub BI plugin, it does not for the engines of the listener or FOP. I'm doing something wrong here?

Export from Word BI Publisher Plugin does NOT produce the standard style file the the implementation of the FOP APEX uses... You pretty much need either find a stylesheet xml editor or manually code the file to meet the requirements of FOP used in the earphone or the Fop itself...
Captivate 8 - video integration problems. Video won't play Web server when published under the title of course HTML5 and video is selected to play in the same screen. Play video it works only in a new window. The problem is the customer's requested integrated video and it shows as an option in Captivate 8. In addition, the video screen is not at the same place on the screen, the image moves to the top of the browser window in Internet Explorer. Graphics problems appear ONLY in IE and Chrome for PC. We have updated browsers, installed all updates to Captivate 8 etc.
The issue seems to be with internet explore. The url is *.mp4, if IE browser opens Media player in a new window to read the files.
Workaround solution:
Instead of using the interaction of the Web object, you can use a Web object (objects-> Web) site in the menu object.
After insertion, select the code incorporated in the style of the real property section. (Screenshot below)
Encapsulate the url in an HTML video tag and use it as input.
I have a button with a 'Execute JavaScript' action and event failed to get a simple alert("hello"); to work when published under the title of SWF. I tried to publish with each different versions of Flash Player. JavaScript works well when it released as HTML5.

I have a form requires it several signature but after the first signature is placed and the form is saved (the document of locking is not enabled) when the form is opened again and the next signature is added now cannot save under the same name form. Why?

It is possible that you are in a folder that is restricted by Adobe or the form is opened by another application as a "Preview" of your file manager mode.
We have APEX 4.1 installed on Ubuntu 10.4 with the latest version of the APEX-listener.
We want to achieve is that we are able to collect our Javascript extensions and css next to the folder is in a folder of our own. Problem now is UNIX, this doesn't seem to be possible, because we are unable to load any resource of this folder. The only solution we could come up with is to place a symbolic link in the/i/folder-pointing to the directory we want to include. The folder we want to include got 777 to exclude any potential problems of access to in UNIX
Under Windows, this doesn't seem to be the case.
If someone had a similar problem or is able to give advice on how to fix this?

This does not work in stand-alone mode, the integrated nature fixed contexts (including + / i + and + / apex +) without the chance to bring custom contexts. It will run in GlassFish/Tomcat, if you deploy content correctly. You can do this by creating a war file that carries your files, but I wouldn't recommend it has static content more convenient ways. Tomcat has for example a context ROOT when running on a default configuration. This context can be used for static content similar to a simple HTTP server host, for example when using the htdocs of the Apache HTTP server as docroot. So you could simply copy your directory foo in the context of the ROOT and should be able to access the content using http://yourtomcathost:yourtomcatport/foo/file name . GlassFish is a concept similar to this: each domain has a docroot directory. As explained for Tomcat, you can simply create or copy your directory foo it so that it is available for your customers.
If this does not work, you have a general problem with your GlassFish/Tomcat configuration, like the docroot has nothing to do with the earpiece of the APEX. I have just retestet with fees GlassFish/Tomcat on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS (Server Edition) as follows: 1 download the http://glassfish.java.net/ zip or Tomcat mirror packages respectively. 2 unzip the package 3. create the directory 'foo' docroot (for GlassFish) and ROOT (for Tomcat) 4. create the file 'bar' in 'foo '. 5. start the server instance 6 use a client remote access http://mybox:8080/foo/bar.txt and got the file.
How did you install your GlassFish/Tomcat on your Ubuntu? Whatever it is, if you tried the docroot/ROOT approach and doesn't, you can always try the war file deployment. Maybe your GlassFish/Tomcat instance has disabled the docroot/ROOT context for security reasons.
Note that you can have both, that is, you cannot use the war with framework file + / foo + and have always a + / foo + subdirectory in your docroot/ROOT.
Manually extract the 'adobepdf.dll_64' of the file data1.cab file before installing Acrobat. When the prompt appears, navigate to this file and select it.
Navigate to the folder that contains the file setup.exe to your installation of Acrobat 8.
Locate the file "data1.cab" and open it (sometimes it takes a third-party compression utility, such as WinZip, to extract the file).
Inside the content list, locate the file "adobepdf.dll_64" and copy it to your desktop.
Run the program setup.exe installation and when the prompt appears, select Browse and select the file that you copied to the desktop.
Incredibly, my problem starts to #4. How to run the installer? I found both the command prompt and running the feature in the menu start (Yes, Windows 8, KMN). Could not get one of them to run the installer, and I can't seem to find the .exe file in the directory. Any help is much appreciated, thank you!
The problem may be related to trying to install AA8 on Win8. You may, or may not be successful, or the entirely less successful. The first thing after installation is to open Acrobat and go to help > updates and install all updates (in the order if more than one appears, and repeat until no updates are displayed). You can also install the updates manually in the order using http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows.
There is a good chance with AA8 that the printer driver is not installed. If this is the case, find a good color PS for a HP or other print driver PS printer. Install and change the name of the Adobe PDF printer. Check the ports - if an Adobe PDF port is present, select it and if not to change the port to the FILE.
You should be able to print to the PDF printer to get a PS file. Open the file (the extension can be PRN) in Distiller to obtain a PDF file.
The alternative is to buy the latest version of Acrobat (XI).
I had a lot of folders under my main email account, with all my historical emails. I want to delete my account to set up again and thus removed all of the subfolders under this account. Is it possible to recover these subfolders?
Is there a listener (like folderlistener, messagelistener, etc.) who warns of my applications when there are changes in the full book?
I've played with the ServiceRoutingListener, but this doesn't seem to be the right solution.
If this is not the case, what I can do to work around the problem?

I run listener Apex V2 in stand-alone mode on Linux. I want to change the port number of the listener apex V2 (e.g. 80 to 8080). How I do that without having to re - install the new listener?

Hi, I'm using Vista and Firefox 3.6. I installed some popular addons such as no script and the web page of the trust for the admin account, but when I connect under the standard account with fewer rights, I do not have them available. The only way I can get to run is to right click and run as administrator which defeats the purpose to log on as a standard user. Thanks for any help you can provide.
The first time I used this USB flash drive, I transferred my library iTunes from my old computer to my new laptop and it worked, but now when I plug the flash drive, nothing comes up on my laptop. The flash drive will appear on the taskbar under 'remove hardware safely', but it is not recognized under the heading "devices with removable storage". I tried the flash drive on other computers to see if it's just my laptop but nothing appears on the other computers either. What should I do?

I have Windows 8 is installed on my laptop. I connect to my internet home wireless that is secured by a password. One day I opened my folder on the computer to check my hard drive space. I noticed a tab which was named, "network location" or "network location". I don't remember for sure what it was called, but I know it's the tab directly under the tab "devices with removable storage". In any case, I have saw that he had two icons below it. One was my Outlook email address that I connected to my PC. I opened it and there was just a bunch of random empty folders. The icon, has been an icon of Windows Media Player and it was titled, 'father of destiny '. When I tried to click on it, an access denied popup appeared and wouldn't let me open it. I clicked and quickly removed both my email address icon and the 'father of destiny' icon from this tab in my computer folder.
I have just a few concerns.
I don't know what is the 'father of destiny' and that worries me. Maybe could he have a hacker on my local connection? In my scenario above, could this fate father obtain personal information, documents, user names and passwords on my computer?
If my above mentioned scenario is a problem to worry about, then I would really appreciate suggestions and measures should I take to clear it up.

In my view, is not a hacker, it seems that your wireless router took another router that is within reach. It is possible that some wireless setup using the same address range could get low-pass filtering. There could be a router that is set with a default IP address range.
There is also a chance that the SSID can be the same - many people call something like home or wireless network and the chance is there that two neighboring systems could be called with the same - it is more likely when the routers from the same manufacturer and are left at the default value.
I am running EFS on a secondary internal hard drive on my computer Vista Enterprise SP1. I have been using EFS for a few months with no problems. Recently, when you try to access a number of files, I started getting access denied errors. I'm still under the same certificate with same file permissions that I was when I originally encrypted the files. Curiously, I can move, delete and rename files without problem, but I can not access, copy, or decrypt. I tried reseting the file permissions, nothing done. An excerpt from the command line:
