  Hi all

  I have training in CS6 Adobe® Illustrator® class in a book and in Chapter 6, it is a sectoion on creating templates.

  I use Illustrator CS6 on Windows 7 64 bit.

  The instructions are:

  Select the Selection tool and, by pressing the keys Shift + Alt (Windows) or the keys shift + Option (Mac OS), do drag the high limit point of the rectangle selected downwards until the width and height are about 30 pt.

  However, no matter what I try I can't achieve this goal.

  When I press SHIFT + alt and head upward point limit, the icon changes to an arrow plus a beautiful place but everything what is the entire model. It does not resize as ssays example.

  Anyone have any ideas why?

  So are the ways that I can get the name box to appear (on CC2015.5):

  All first using menus
  a. click Layer

  b. left click - new adjustment layer

  c. click appropriate adjustment layer type

  d. layer naming dialog appears

  Secondly, using the settings panel

  alt - left click on the settings icon.

  b. layer naming dialog appears

  Third using the icon create new fill or adjustment layer in the layers panel

• Shortcuts of InDesign Alt-PageUp and PageDown-Alt does not

  I noticed in InDesign CS5 Windows 7 64 bit on my desktop and 32-bit machine on my laptop, these shortcuts (to spread next and previous spread) have stoppped working. I know that these shortcuts worked previously, but I can't predict exactly when they stopped working - maybe with one of the recent updates.

  I decided to run the PassMark Keytest diagnostic tool to see if Alt + Pg. Prev and Alt + page down actually generate keycodes. They were not! At least, not Keytest could see. That's because another program has intercept keycodes before Keytest diagnosis could see them. And the other program has been...

  SKYPE! Of course, Skype uses Alt-Next Page and previous Page Alt as shortcut keys to hang up / answering a call. When I disabled the shortcut keys in Skype, I'm home my InDesign keyboard shortcuts!

  My apologies for the lack of capitalzation.

  Suddenly tonight, turning my caps lock key is kept. I would like to press the button, but it wouldn't turn off. After my laptop computer is shut down and restarted, the SHIFT key now works properly, but none of my shift keys work. everything else seems to work very well. I've not spilled something on the keyboard and nothing happened or changed between when it was working fine before and now. What is important, the two shift keys do not work, instead of one, while the rest keys in the area of the two shift keys seem to work fine, so it seems that the problem is some sort of issue with the shift key...

  It is possible that the keyboard itself is fine and the motherboard went a bit wonky, but will be difficult to diagnose without a motherboard that is well known or known good keyboard.

  I guess you could lift and remove the shift keys and check that it works mechanically (which is likely). Then I would pull out of the rubber dome (need to identify switches) to check the electrical contacts under him and try to fill it directly.

  Any keyboard off of eBay for X 220, {T, W} {4, 5} {1,2} {0, 0 s} will work.

  I got an error of streamci.dll earlier today.  to restart, I discovered that my two shift keys were working is no longer.  given that I made experiences... Here's what I tried...

  I have a pc with 4 monitors. The PC connects to citrix 4 virtual machines, 3 of which are works well and 1 which will allow me only to screen all screens, it's like the alt key does not work on this.
