  We are eager to apply the pins for the composition in meeting rooms, however for external users, we would like that the possibility for this PIN to be in the dial string, so they did not need to use a keyboard to enter DTMF tones. For example, if a user wants to dial for 1111 meeting and use a PIN of 9999, it would be great if they could use something like [email protected]/ * /.

  Is this possible?

  Currently, it is not possible to do what you are looking for, endpoints do not know how to call or to handle this type of connection string.  There is another discussion of the question even that says here: composition-codian-mcu-password.  I tried it myself all the time different ways I could think of, and none worked.

• Problem with the Polycom endpoint dial string via VCS

  Greetings,

  Currently I have an environment using a set of standalone Polycom endpoints (mixture of VSX/HDX units).  We have recently installed VCS - c / VCS-e / TMS and despite a few problems with the SIP registration on some of the older endpoints and management through TMS, all support works well.  The only remaining problem is when there are a number of business partners using the extensions in their chains of H.323 dialing that works very well for the Polycoms during the use not VCS - c as a guard in the numbering of the format #.  When you use this same dial string and endpoints are registered in VCS - c then the only thing it is indicated in the call history is a number of , which fails.

  I am aware that different manufacturers have historically managed extension dialing differently since ISDN only and has apparently been perpetuated until today.  However, it's a pretty critical need still at this stage and I am looking for input on chipboard VCS supports the use of extension component in the dial string (or did once the call is connected to a gateway is the host).  If so, is there a specific format for this connection string which can support both the end points of Polycom and VCS able to interpret correctly?  Does anyone have this working?

  Latest versions of software are on all components.

  using the syntax of "device-IP-address ##extension" to compose a H323 device isn't a way standard of doing things, it is approach of Polycom extension numbering that VCS does not understand without changing the alias of a '[email protected] / * /' format.

  Assuming that the address-IP-receives the message SETUP H225 VCS-E, he does the SETUP message? Is there a way that you can configure this device to end to remove the [email protected]/ * /' part of the route the call to the post and the dialed number?

  I am preparing a model which requires me to manipulate the number as xml in the following format:
  
  Source: 1234
  
  Result target: * 1,234.00
  
  The requirement is that the number has to be converted to #, #. # and padded with *, and the whole string should be long 16 char.
  
  I tried with the mixture format_number, concat and proper syntax, and test xsl in word, but it does not work.
  
  Other than changing the xml standard, is it possible that I can do for the obligation?

  You can in the finder copy your library to EHD. Make sure that the EHD are formatted OS Extended journaled. Open the library in iMovie to make sure that it copied correctly.

  I have an iPhone 6 installed 9.3.1

  I have a contact that I added maybe 6 or 7 months ago and asked only once.

  Now when I open the phone application... and goto the Dialer/keyboard number and the name of the contact appear then disappear very quickly.

  This product at random... sometimes theres nothing out there and sometimes it appears and disappears. (but its always the same contact.)

  Someone had the same problem and how get rid of?

  Do a forced reboot - after all open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.

  It can help to restart your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off first, and then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:

  Using Watch OS 2.1?  (Check in the app shows on your iPhone under general > software update).  If this isn't the case, update your software Apple Watch (and your iPhone if necessary software).

  You should see that face when you scroll the faces to watch.

  

• My ear clicks the mute button when you use the Dialer

  When the phone calls the Dialer should go black to keep from hitting the keys while to the call. It does, but something is still happening. Don't know how I move but I often hit the mute button accidentally in the middle of calls. Probably from 6 to 10 times. Naturally, it's very frustrating because the other line usually hang up until I can turn on the sound. It would be useful to move the buttons to the bottom of the screen. Anyone have any ideas on how to set the sensitivity dialer and inventory button or use a dialer better?

  I've had it happen a few times and made a point to press the power button to force it to a black screen as it appears no way to adjust the sensitivity dialer and/or inventory button. I'm doing this, after I connected to a call dialed or received. It seems to be more reliable and didn't turn back, when on a call because I started to use this practice. It has a little now become second nature. Not the best answer but apparently a workaround if you prefer to use the Dialer.
