  A new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed. Some programs will not open, Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player, after double clicking the icons a timer gets up, goes and nothing happens.   OK I know this is an old thread, but just in case someone else is watching, so it appears in the control panel under printers and devices, then his job very well, the problem is when you go into a game he dosnt appear like a wheel from thrustmaster, it appears as a gamepad xbox so if you choose your controller it will work very well hope this helps
