Monthly or annual requirements

I keep getting messages that my subscription would I like to subscribe and I did for the month, but when I tried to pay I get the message that I already subscribed for the year.  Those who have I not the monthly or annual payments?

Hi rondab2014,

In fact, you have two subscriptions. One for ExportPDF (charged annually) and the other for Acrobat Pro (charged monthly). With Acrobat, it is useless for the ExportPDF subscription. If you want to cancel, please see cancel your subscription or membership. Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.

  • No monthly or annual fees?

    Hey,.

I've been using After Effects and Photoshop CS6 in my school, but I'll be finishing and was going to get a copy of these programs.

Only thing, it's all I could find are the CC those with monthly or annual fees. I don't know if I'll use it that much.

Is it possible to still get CS6?

Or any without monthly or annual fees?

    Thank you for your time.

Hi, yes - we discussed this topic on another thread in forum here:

How to buy CS6 as a stand-alone product?

Remember though that if you don't know how many times you can use the software, then a monthly subscription of CC (pay only when you need it) might work better.

You also mentioned that you were in school, so that you can benefit from the education of Adobe software discounts.

Note it is best to consider that, while you are still in school and have a .edu email address.

  • The difference between monthly and annual Plan, paid monthly plan?

Hi, I'm trying to understand the difference between the annual Plan (paid monthly) and the monthly fee for the purchase of a single application (creation)

Looks like the monthly plan does not require a minimum subscription, but other forums seem to suggest that you must register for a year.

If I register on a monthly plan, can I come and go as I need to? Can I stop paying if a few months ago where I don't have to use the program?

    Thank you!

  • Months free service requires permission of credit card debit and charge of at least one month in advance

I got this email in my inbox today.

    image.png

I called to learn more about the free offer to join the creative clouds. So I have the cat first with Vinjar and after 30 minutes, he sent me two emails and sent me to the Adobe online support center. I presented emails in two places, as requested, but somehow, I lost the chat screen, when I hit enter.  So I called the number given in the email. They had to put me on hold for more than 15 minutes (consecutive) and they said that they knew nothing about the promotion. The representative asked me to send the e-mail. I asked why I couldn't give it the file number for the question already established with Vinjar. He would not go on the support site. It has reitterated several times that I had to send the e-mail. Then I do.  Here another 10 minutes of hold time and the representative told me that I needed to put my credit or debit card on file and have it load the first month and then I would get the free month. No calendar of 'after' was mentioned.

After talking King with his supervisor, he confirmed that I had to get a card that has 9.99 or higher I. He must get signed back to the top and get the month 'free. ' I asked to speak with the sales department. The representative said that it was in the sales department. I told her that I didn't have $9.99 or news on this debit card, that I was going to use until Wednesday. The supervisor told me that Adobe charge MUST a user at least one month of service before credit them with one month free.

I've been on a lot of websites that give you a free trial period, and if you need reload your card first, he might say in the fine print. You can read the fine print for yourself and determine for yourself if it is an illegal regime "bait and switch". If the email said back and you get a month free, then this free month should be no obligation required purchases. If you do not have to pay a month, discover you don't like, if you cancel the subscription, and then what? Lose 10 if your money for nothing? No, the staff should be better trained on the operation of these promotions.

    MIchelle

    HI Michelle.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

Since you are a customer of Adobe, Adobe sent you this special promotion.

The e-mail indicates clearly that this offer is for a limited period.

If you buy creative cloud for a month plan, we give you another free for a month after you call adobe and give the code.

Is not a free trial, but IT has promotional offer in which you pay for a month and get one month free.

Please let us know if you need any clarification on this.

  • Is there a way I can buy InDesign and Illustrator ONCE and not have to pay monthly and annual fees?

I have Photoshop Elements, I bought it once, it's not every year or fresh monthly, what I want to know is if there's a similar way to buy InDesign and Illustrator. Honestly, I don't use these programs which often (or at least not often enough to justify the cost I would have to pay).

I searched so far came empty-handed and frustrated, that I don't want Adobe Cloud (I need not other programs) are there really no other option then to pay too much money for the programs that I have used often use?

If the answer is Yes, then nobody knows of any similar programs that do the same things I could buy instead?

    Thanks to all who commented!

If you are ready to deal with older software, and your computer can support the older versions, you can always buy CS6, but it will never be updated and will not run on newer computers.

  • Monthly payments > annual payment. I never received my refund a month.

    Hello

When I started my membership CC (AD003265866UK order number) I did the a monthly payment plan, so I paid £45,73. Then the same day, I changed my mind and paid a sum of £548,78. I made the change on the account page Adobe ID, which says that I would be reimbursed amount initial £ 45,73.

I then to renounce this project through customer service. I was refunded the £548,78, but the £45,73 never came.

I contacted the three times customer service in this regard and that they are not very useful. More recently, I was told that I had to contact "my PayPal". There is no refund pending on my PayPal account. Each representative customer support seems to ignore the fact that I received an email from Adobe telling me my billing had failed and that I should update my payment information. There is no updates or changes you can make to your payment details if you paid by PayPal, every time I tried this, nothing happened.

I received an email with the credit note, but never money, and I see on the historic stretch of billing in terms of my account page, the credit which had been there since disappeared.

I'm trying to get a help here because I spent a lot of time to hear the evidence of online chat customer support. It seems that there are some problems with issuance of refunds through PayPal. Can someone from Adobe help me?

    Thank you

Then let me explain how I got this o/p.

The first and second insert statement has given for months 04-2012 and 2012-05, the third statement now contains the line by quarter (Q2), which is April, may and June; Since we have already covered in April and may, only Jun is left, so we attributed 34,35 to 2012 - 06. Similarly, we separated Q1 (Jan, Feb, Mar), Q3 (July, August, September) and T4 (Oct, Nov, dec). One thing to watch is the row that contains the value of GUEST column as 'PY', this line has average prices for all quarter (T1 to T4) for this year (2013-CY), in this example.

The table contains several PRODUCTS by TRADE_DATE.

Let me know if you need more information,

This seems to be a very clumsy way to store your data. Information on dates belonged in the DATE columns, not VARCHAR2s (such as '' 2012-04).
In addition, relational database works best when each column contains 1 single piece of information. nstead of having a single VARCHAR2 column that tells so what period and how long it lasts, use 2 columns:
    (1) when the period begins (a DATE) and be
(2A) is how much time the period (am a VARCHAR2 such as ', 'Q' or 'Y' is not serious), or
(2B) another DATE showing when the period ends.
If you had a conception of the good table, this work could probably be done at less than half of this amount of code and it would be much more effective.

What role do the product column, the trade_date and invited them to play in this problem? If they are not paly any role, so do not include them in the sample data. If they do not play a role, make sure that the value is not the same on all ranks. This makes it difficult to see what you want and impossible to test.
