• Suddenly, some fonts are not available.

  InDesign CC 2014 crashed today. When I restarted it I found that some of my fonts are not available. I'm on a Mac Pro running Yosemite (10.10)

  For example, two weights of Proxima Nova are available (light and regular), but the other characters are not. Those other various fonts are available in other applications (that is, Illustrator).

• Fonts are not available in some applications

  Hello

  Is there a way to fix a problem where some system fonts are not displayed in some programs? I thought it was problem of the program, but I was told that this is a problem with the .net runtime. I wanted to use a font of open Type, which is already installed in Windows, but is not available in the program that I use.

  I don't understand how .net or things like this work because I'm not a technical person. I hope someone could enlighten us.

• Not terrible, but annoying message "font is not available.

  I did a search on the forum and cannot find what I need.

  I created a document to identity card using specific fonts. When I first open the document, I get this message

  

  and usually I just ignore it because I know I have to be re-issued later fonts and images. So this time I'm going to 'find the police' and it takes me to black rectangluar fonts as place holders, but there is nothing there. Obviously something was there at some point.

  

  I haven't used these fonts I know and they are not on my machine in any case I can find and this machine is where the document was created. My Ariales .ttf are anyway. Something is hidden? Why do I continue to get this window and can I get rid of this message?

  To get rid of the message just go to search for a font and change it to a font, you, problem solved, you will not get this warning again.  That placeholder black looks to me that it has something there however, are you sure that is not of type with a filling of paper?  In this way, you see on a white background or when selected, try changing the color...

• 6500 more E710n-z: black color does not print

  I can not get the black to print.  All the other colors print OK.  Put in a new cartridge blk (though even the former was still 3/4 full) and that has not worked.   A ran the HP print and scan doctor, says all this bbut OK still does not work.  Clean the print heads several times, still does not work. Unplugged and powered by the printer, still nothing.  Any ideas...?

  The here document has troubleshooting which can help solve the black does not print on your Officejet 6500 has more.  Be sure to check the vents.  If the above does not resolve the problem, the message here can help.

• Embedded police does not, if the original font is not available.

  Dear friends

  I use Macromedia Director MX 2004 version, while I try to embed fonts in 'Insertion, MediaElement, fonts' Director, he was the incorporation and also save the police with the given name and *. while I am runnig that this project to the other system in which the original font is unavailable, embedded police will not charge and the text appears in a default font in system also it shows that this font is missing. Can someone help me on this would be grateful.

  I used the Maven Pro font in Muse for a web site.

  The police has been downloaded from within the Muse, with the 'Add web font' menu item in the menu of fon.

  I thought that someone get access to all of the TypeKit fonts if it has registered a full suite of CC.

  Am I missing something?

  The font is not available for office via Typekit synchronization, but you can purchase a license from the Office of the designer.  Maven Pro is available at the lost Type co-op:

  I am under Photoshop CS5 12.0.4 on a Macbook Pro (OSX 10.6.8).

  Some of my fonts are not available in Photoshop. I have validated all of my fonts in font book and starts again, but no change.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  If the fonts in question use another script (language) - check the whole font list.

  Fonts are grouped by script, so the fonts can be lower in the menu...

• Adobe Muse (2014.3) function 'Add Web fonts' does not not as expected - newly added fonts become unavailable as derivative

  This has also been posted in the community: forum Adobe Muse Bugs.

  I had some odd/irregular problems but they have now become fairly predictable in nature. The question is regarding Adobe Muse (2014.3) and the availability of the web fonts provided through the functionality of the applications 'Add Web fonts '. Once added to perform as expected, then they become "unavailable." Details below. Was a complete creative cloud Subscriber for a few years, so I am quite familiar with the way the system works less some problems that have arisen at the time, including.

  System information:

  Adobe Creative Cloud (full subscription): Version 1.9.1.474

  Adobe Muse: Version 2014.3

  OS X Yosemite: 10.10.2

  Here's a summary of what took place. I will detail the bug as best as I can.

  
  

  1. creation of new Adobe Muse project. Everything is normal.

  2. has chosen to add a new font using the function 'Add Web fonts' in the Muse. A note, my creative application of cloud's race / open at all times (in the mode of file synchronization).

  3. has chosen the new fonts to help above. Everything seemed well (see screenshots below).

  

  4 fonts were also indicated as being "synchronized" in Creative Cloud (screenshot below).

  

  5. as expected, the two fonts have been added to the list of available within the Muse Web fonts (first screenshot below - left). I added the successfully on my site. Well after that a number of hours, I went back to the same menu of selection of fonts within the Muse and the fonts was still visible but the submenu that you'd expect showing various forms (bold, italic, etc.) was not available. In a sense the police could not be selected in the list even if the name is clearly visible second screenshot below - right).

  

  Have no idea what can be wrong. Saved the Project Muse, closed, and then reopened - nothing has changed. Created new project - fonts always menu 'shows', but cannot be used. Find a vague description by using Google to a similar problem (different application) which recommended Creative Cloud Desktop App closing and reopening as a possible solution. It WORKED at first, but the problem, well fixed for a period of time (a few hours at most), will reappear again where we would see once again still not being able to choose two Web fonts. Went up to the Cloud to uninstall then reinstall Desktop creative application. Still not solved the problem.

  Any thoughts as to what this may be would be welcome. Restart the CC application whenever fonts are no longer available is quite a lot of time for my workflow.

  I have the last Version of Muse in a Mac. Yosemite.

  I have problems when I want to publish my Web site. It appears error 400.  For some reason, the code cannot be generated for Typekit. That s the German version. "Code for one or more InDesign in"Homepage"cannot be generated. (Error 400: font not available).

  

  A time comes this: publish the view have an error, because the Muse may not have an HTTP connection. It may be a software firewall that does not allow to connect. The main reason may be a software firewall that stops the HTTP connection. Probably you should check the Firewall properties.

  

  

  But nothing has changed.

  I did the following things:

  1. I'll raise the app
  2. I disconnect from the creative cloud, leave, reconnect and reopen Muse.
  3. I remove Ghostery.
  4. Muse I uninstalled and re-installed.
  5. Restart the computer.
  6. Try again with a new Web site.

  It's my current antivirus

  Looks like you have anti-virus/anti-malware with settings that prevent Muse to connect to internet. Your screenshots are not visible on the forum. They must be inserted using the response within the forum feature in your browser (click the camera icon to add an image).

• Font Arial Black Cap 6 or later

  Arial Black is available in Cap 6 or later. I have it on my machine Win 8.1 and can use it in Word and other programs, but when adding a text in Cap 6 caption cannot select.

  I have Arial Rounded, Arial and Arial Unicode.

  I've been struggling with this during more than an hour. A colleague stopped in and told to choose Arial, then in the field below black Style becomes available. So, I guess that the font is Arial, style is black, not police Arial Black.

• Fonts not available

  Wanted to change a title of one font to another but all of a sudden the menu item for the Impact, a standard font font on Mac, is not available. It is available on Muse and other programs, but not on Edge animate. When I try to add a font, I can't find or the other. I don't want to go through the procedure cumbersome and inefficient to adding a font that should be there in the first place. I restarted the program but that did no good.

  EA shows the standard web fonts and not all your system fonts, if you want to add a non-standard font for your project, then you will need to click on the + sign next to the drop of fonts and click on the custom tab, here you have to paste the embed code fonts:

  NB: The Impact is a mac font so it will not be displayed on the windows unless it is installed with your web project.
