  I bought a thinkpad x 201 in South Korea. The system has been implemented in Korean. If I try to use the Lenovo thinkvantage software update tool, he speaks Korean to me. I want to communicate in English. As many complained about already, it is not possible to choose language.

  All about Windows (location settings and language, including user profiles, start screen, keyboard, units of measure, time, etc.) is set to British English, the only thing I can't change is the language of the base system, which is Korean. BTW: My physical location is currently in Japan, so that nobody else can read either.

  Sorry to hear about your problem of system update. All the ThinkVantage software, including the update of the system, can be downloaded from the website of Lenovo. Try to reinstall maybe that will fix it.

  Please quote the message you are getting verbatim. And please tell us when, under what circumstamces, you get it.

  If your computer restarts spontaneously, you are probably blue-screening, and ready to the default reset whenever this happens. It's a poor one by default, and you should change. Do right click my computer, and then choose Properties. On the Advanced tab, click settings under Startup and recovery. Under system failure, uncheck 'automatically restart.

  Now, when the problem occurs again, instead of reboot, you will get the blue screen with diagnostic information. Post back with these details for assistance.

  When you move your mouse below the address bar opens a white bar, making it so you can't click on buttons or links on sites, like buttons connection for example. also when using the full screen, you can no more mouse on the tabs at the top of the screen, only this white bar appears. This prtty much kills its use full screen for me. Thus, this white popup bar and mode full screen with the white bar without tabs firefox has pretty much ruined it for me. in any case to fix it would be great.

• Unable to scroll 1 pixel (Alt + mouse wheel) more (after updating FF from 12.0 to 20.0.1) - is there a solution without Add-ons?

  Since I need a pixel of ScrollBar of the browser window, in FF 12.0 I used:

  MouseWheel.withaltkey.action = 4

  MouseWheel.withaltkey.numlines = 1

  MouseWheel.withaltkey.sysnumlines = false

  and I was able to use Alt + wheel to scroll the content of only 1 pixel.

  However, after updated to FF 20.0.1 Alt + mouse wheel stopped working so I try to reactivate the feature, but without success. According to me, there were a few changes from 17 FF:

  There was changes in the prefs of mousewheel as a result of the implementation of the DOM3 (Bug 719320) scrolling mouse wheel.

  I don't think that it is possible to replace / adjust the amount of scrolling when you use a modifier key for a certain number of pixels.

  There is only the delta multipliers that change the number of lines (33 changes scrolling amount to one-third), so probably closed you can get is to assign the action to the modifier Alt 1 (or 1% of the default).

  You can change mousewheel.*.delta_multiplier_y prefs (vertical axis) to change the vertical scroll amount.
