  • How to solve my problem with the microphone?-it does not work normally (his jerky) after application of the reductions of noise/restrictions

Hi il. I recently installed Adobe Audition7.2 on my windows 8.1 and I noticed the button sound recording from the microphone inside the program is disabled while at the same time, I could record using other programs on my windows. I worked with my AU and eliminate the background of an old audio recorded sample. ((mon micro intégré est donc bruyant) noise) I chose a very noisy place and crossed the effect / noise noise reduction of the restrictions/print capture. And then I went through effect / restrictions/noise reduction noise reduction process and apply the settings. Although it works and my sample file has improved (without noise), I encountered another problem, my mic does not work normally both in AU and other windows software. The recorded sound now go offshore and (rough) while recording. How can I solve the problem?

I also followed the instructions on this link https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1546014?start=0 & tstart = 0 and installed ASIO4ALL... but this isn't work, the program may not work correctly for me.

    Thank you for your attention.

If your microphone is sounding restless that you save (rather), there is problem on your Windows sound settings. As Steve G suggested it sounds like a form of blocking to reduce the noise. I don't know if this is an effect that Windows 8.1 can do to the incoming audio signal. If you find a way to turn it off.

BUT! When I make call and receive phone call my microphone does not work, they do not hear my voice at all. What will happen with my microphone when you use the cell phone call? HELP ME PLEASE!

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.

  • Internal microphone does not work in Satellite C850-B377

The microphone does not work now. It worked very well but immediately stopped.
Tried setting the sytem for a previous working restore point. But again same problem.
Realtek is the audio driver installed.

    External Mike works very well.
Anyone can help with this problem.

Laptop bought the UNITED Arab Emirates and now in India and its less than 1 year.

Can I get the service locally in India.

    Hello

The internal MIC is part of the webcam module.
What happens if you start the webcam, try saving and small clip? The sound recording is this too?

Usually, you can change the recording devices in Control Panel-> sound-> recording tab
Here, you can check what devices are available. Right click and check if hidden and disabled devices can be demonstrated.

By the way: I had some problems with the playback of the sound after installing the Realtek audio driver. I uninstalled the Realtek audio driver and Device Manager remove the audio display Intel (in games, field audio video controller). In the peripheral zone system you could remove the controller high definition audio.
    Again, restart the laptop.

Usually, removing devices should be recognized automatically. Then go again to the dashboard-> sound-> recording tab and check if other devices outside external microphone are available.

  • Satellite L50 - A - 16 H - Webcam + microphone does not work

    Hello

    I have a laptop Satellite L50 - A - 16: updating win8.1 64 bit.
When I got this new laptop everything worked fine, but later it stopped working.
I sent it to Toshiba for repair and ofcouse they made and works (the MB has been replaced?), but now, I noticed that my webcam and my microphone does not work. If I try to open the camera it says 'connect a camera' or on Skype, he asks the same thing.

I read in the forums to look at the BIOS to enable, but there is no activation/deactivation button.
I tried to search for a driver for the Webcam in the Toshiba site but I couldn't find: c
and the microphone "working normally" but I when I try to call my friends can't hear me.

I hope someone can help me with this problem, thank you very much :)

You know what: best thing you can do as the ultimate test is to backup all your data and reinstall the original recovery image. By default the BIOS settings and install recovery image.
After ding that you will have to re-buy factory and absolutely identical situation after laptop settings.
    Please test and send feedback.

In my opinion, if the problem persists it could be hardware related issue. Maybe is cam not connected correctly.

  • microphone does not work hp dv6000

    Hey guys,.

I have hp dv6000 laptop. The microphone is integrated and it doesn't work. It says that the driver is installed correctly but it is obviously not.

    What should I do?

    Thank you

    Hi yassena,

Thank you for using Microsoft Windows forum.

I suggest you all to first download and install Windows 7 driver compatibility.  Check your drivers in the Windows 7 Compatibility Center: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/default.aspx to check if your audio drivers for hp dv6000 are compatible.

The drivers for your hp dv6000 seem not to be compatible with Windows 7 and this is why I suggest you to download the Windows Vista Compatible drivers from: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os=2093&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=1842155 and running Windows Vista compatibility mode.

You can also try to adjust the default microphone and check under the sounds in the recording tab.

It seems that the microphone is not properly configured on your computer. You can try to solve the problems more microphone/line-in following the steps, in order, to test, check the connections and the hardware, update the audio drivers and configure the audio settings of Windows. If you follow these steps in the correct order, you will fix the problem or you will find that the audio software must be configured or updated.

Step 1: Test of an audio signal

    1. click on start, then Control Panel.
    2. click on hardware and sound and then click on manage audio devices...
    3. click on the recording tab.
    4. to test the microphone, speak into it. To test the line, send a signal to the line at the port of devices audio source (press play on the audio player). Look at the gray bars next to the name of the device under the recording tab:
    * If the gray bars next to the device name turns green, this device is active and an audio signal is passed through the microphone or line-in port. This step shows that this problem is related to sound parameters in the software that uses the microphone. If you have not already done so, set the device selected by default and adjust levels. Once the device is set by default and levels are defined, use and adjust the sound recording or voice carrying software.
    * If the gray bars remain inactive and grey, the device does not have a signal. Leave the record open tab and go to the next step.

Step 2: Check the volume levels and mute

The volume of the speaker to the microphone and line - in may be activated or rejected. Use the following steps to check the volume of speaker for line and microphone levels.

    1. click on start and then click Control Panel.
    2. click on hardware and sound.
    3. click on sound.
    4. Select speakers, and then click Properties.
    5. click on the levels tab.
    6. click the button mute Microphone and on any other line that is cut.
    7. use the slider to increase the micro level and each line at least 75.
    8. click on OK.

Step 3: Update the audio drivers

You can see a front-end port microphone does not work, a recording device is missing in the recording tab, a microphone is not recognized when it is plugged in, or any other problem. There may be updates audio drivers that can solve this kind of problem. Use the following steps to ensure that the audio drivers are up to date.

    1. connect to the Internet.
    2. click on start and enter the Device Manager in the start search field.
    3. click on the plus sign next to sound, video and game controllers.
    4. right click on the name of the sound material and select software update of the driver...
    5. click on search automatically for a driver updated and wait for Windows to update the driver software.
6 Windows checks a remote Web site to see if the update of the driver software is available.
    * If an update is available, let Windows install the update.
    * If an update is not available, proceed to the next step.
    7. once the update is successfully installed, test the microphone or line like that was made in step 1. If the problem persists, proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Configuration of Windows registry settings

By default, Windows 7/Vista automatically activates microphones and line - in ports. Use the following steps to set the microphone/line-in port to be the default port and configure the logging levels.

    1. If the recording in the Audio window tab is not selected, open the sound and click the recording tab and make sure the State is defined as below.

1 - port microphone - work and set as default

    2 - line In - work

    3. digital (S/PDIF port) In - work

4 - stereo Mix (mixer software) - disabled

    1. If several microphones or line - in ports are available, select the port you want to use. Click on set as default to make this device default audio input device.
    2. If the device you want to use contains a small circle with an arrow pointing down, the device is disabled. To activate the device, right-click the device name, and then select activate.
    3. once the selected device, click Properties, and then click the levels tab.
    4. adjust the slider up to 75% of its range.
    5. If the mute is enabled, click the button mute to reactivate the device. The mute button should show as a blue speaker without any red circle.
    6. If the Microphone Boost is available, adjust and + 20.0 dB.
    7. click OK to make the changes.
    8. test the microphone as was done in step 1 to determine if Windows is able to detect a signal from the microphone or line used. If you have completed all the steps and the microphone or the source device still does not work, the audio ports or the computer's sound hardware can be bad.

  • Recently installed Windows 7 on Pavilion dv6748us - internal microphone does not work

I searched on the web, without success, to find how to solve this problem.

I recently installed Windows 7, 32 bit, on laptop HP Pavilion dv6748us to my wife. Now its internal microphone does not work.

Have got some advice "roadside" use a Windows Vista driver; Have no idea what is the driver or how to get it.

Have found information about uninstalling driver realtek audio and reinstall an earlier version; Have no idea about it no more.

Would appreciate an answer with a positive result.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hello:

Looking at your system information, you may have one of two possible audio cards:

Conexant HD audio or the RealTek HD Audio

The fact that you could not install the RealTek HD audio driver tells me that you don't have a sound card RealTek. Check your device manager and look at your sound card and check what sound card you have.

Here are the Vista 32 bit driver for the Conexant sound card:

    http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=3632100&prodNameId=3648286&swEnvOID=2093&swLang=13&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=ob-63949-1

Here are the Vista 32 bit driver for the Realtek sound card:

    http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=3632100&prodNameId=3648286&swEnvOID=2093&swLang=13&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=ob-59516-1

If you have the Realtek audio card, I would download and install the driver of more recent, HD directly from RealTek site:

Accept the agreement, download and install one on the list. Maybe it has been updated to solve the problem you are experiencing.

    TL; Dr:

my microphone does not work on every apps on my phone except calls through number and approx. of default camera it gives you just that silence when I play it on voice notes. But it works when I record yourself using videos on the default camera app.

    Hello Bllacke,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I see from your post, some applications have a problem to access your Microphone. I know how it is important to ensure that your applications have access to the Microphone and can use this feature. I have a few things I want to try.

First, tap Settings on your iPhone and then scroll to the last section that lists your apps. Select the applications that use the microphone and make sure that the Microphone is activated (green).

Then, follow the steps in the article below to close these applications:

Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

Then, test the microphone in these applications again and see if it works.

    Best regards.
