Motherboard integrated audio system works perfectly for CS5.5

Hi all

I'm building a new system to edit with the help of Production Premium CS5.5. We do mostly wedding videos and would need to edit 3 to 4 layers (from 3 to 4 cameras) of AVCHD 1920 x 1080 images.

I read that you need a compatible sound ASIO as part of the configuration system card required. Will be the integrated sound card on the Asus Intel X 58 Rampage III EX work very well if you like, or should I buy a dedicated sound card?

Thank you very much

Kind regards

Anthony Freeman

Audio on-board is often a better solution than a card dedicated sound. Yes, your audio Rampage works perfectly with CS5.5

  • HP P6110F desktop PC: win 10 update problem caused by the integrated audio system

I have a problem of Windows 10 with a HP Pavilion - PC Office HP P6110F, 64-bit, 6 GB.  The motherboard is an IPIBL-LB/BENICIA-GL8E/G33/HP. The upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 went ok but after the last reboot, the system would crash immediately with the message "system_thread_exception_not_handled. Windows should restart and it repeats. I replaced the NVIDIA driver to the latest version of the driver for the video card GeForce 8400GS, which is supposed to work with Win 10 (v341.74). The problem continues. Eventually, I discovered that if I disabled the integrated audio system then the problem disappears. The integrated audio card is an ALC888S Audio integrated Realtek HD Audio Manager, so I downloaded the latest driver from Realtek and installed. The same problem. I then decided to try the generic audio driver for Windows. The same problem. The only way I can run 10 win on this PC is to completely disable the audio adapter. Then, everything works fine (except for the audio of course). Has anyone go through this? Is there a solution before buying a sound card for a 6 year old PC?

  • Flash / AS3 Viewer slide that worked perfectly for years, now crashes live. Why?

After four days I give up and ask for help. I have an Actionscript 3 / Flash slide viewer, native of FlashDen which has worked perfectly for about five years. It works ALWAYS perfectly locally, but I take it live and it freezes and blocks. I know AS3 and I have been through all classes and got rid of all the errors and even the finicky "integrate please all fonts" output messages. The same problem. It works perfectly on the spot and simply of freezes and goes live shit.  This is obviously a problem of Flash Player 11 but I am totally confused. There are dozens of images and XML associated with the FLA and the AS3 classes, so I just added page contains links and links to the live swf, in case anyone can find useful.

It is the original of FlashDen, intact, just load up:

    http://www.ksqdesign.com/PGU/Photogallery.html

Even intact freshness, the version counter now hangs live, BUT works perfectly locally. Why?

This is my modified version for a client which WORKS PERFECTLY for five years, but is now without hope:

The second link uses a shell of HTML5, but that makes no difference.

The thing to note is this app worked perfectly until about a year ago. So it's a kind of FP 11 / security / AS3 shock on the side carrier that has me totally baffled.

  • P2415Q - no display on DVI, HDMI. No menu. Worked perfectly for a month on the display port

Line of reason: Dell P2415Q. After a month, works perfectly on the display port, no display on screen Display Port or HDMI, no response to the menu buttons, backlight and power ON but no picture on the screen.

    Description of the problem

The monitor worked out of the box for a month using the mini display port display port cable supplied with the monitor, which was plugged into my XFX 7970 and 7950 graphics cards. It supports 4K at 60 Hz and has been exceptional for photos, videos and games. Wednesday, the monitor no longer works, no picture or menu is displayed on the monitor. I plugged my old monitor to help diagnose via DVI graphics card even. When I press the power button on the Dell P2415Q monitor, the power LED lights up and the computer detects the monitor (as shown in the menu of the windows screen resolution). He defines as a secondary display but the screen remains black, I see the light power and backlight is turned on. No power save mode popup doesn't appear on the monitor, when I press the buttons of the menu there is no response from the screen, it stays black. I repeated with an HDMI cable, the same problem occurs without intervention or image. I repeated and disabled crossfire (which allows graphics cards to run independently) and tried the second graphics card without response. I tried the HDMI cable I used on my old LG monitor, it works well. I tried to connect a laptop on HDMI to the monitor too, no response from the monitor. I've exhausted all the tests I can think, I guess I'll have to return to the screen for repair or replacement under warranty. A question to the community - and dell rep is there anything else I can try / to make this work?

    Monitor / computer details

    Monitoring of service tag:
Computer: Non-Dell, build self about 2 years ago. Ivy Bridge i5, motherboard Gigabyte Sniper, 16 GB RAM, XFX 7970 GPU and XFGX 7950 GPU crossfire, 256 GB SSD, Corsair AX 860W (860W on independent 12V rails) supply power. Windows 7, 64-bit. (D2342 LG secondary monitor).
Operating system: Windows 7, 64 bit.
Graphics card: XFX 7950 XFX in Crossfire and 7970 (tested separately, product monitor fault at a time).
Video card driver: 14.12 AMD driver Catalyst (restored to the old driver, always due to lack of product monitor).
Video card output ports: tested with miniDP and HDMI on both cards, with crossfire enabled and disabled. Monitor product always loopholes.
Cable video card: miniDP to DP cable supplied with the monitor. HDMI, tested with spare monitor to confirm it works correctly.
Monitor Menu button: Inadmissible, what power is enabled on the computer detects the Dell P2415Q monitor, the backlight lights up but no image appears on the screen. By pressing the menu buttons produces no result - menu does not appear on the screen. Power LED is lit.

  • Java7 and Java6 won't work opening pogo games on firefox, but works perfectly for IE, what can I do to fix this?

Java will not work on the computer all of a sudden. Now, when I go to open games Pogo room I get a red lego piece of Mozilla in the corner saying "plug ins have been disabled for your safety, the area will be"Java (TM) platform SE 6 U". I removed Java7 and reloaded, after it works not found Java6 and loaded and reloaded it and it does not work.

Now after 3 minutes of the room does not not Pogo will give me the error message of

Java not found or not working not

    Explanation:
This error means Java (one of the technologies built into most browsers) does not work on your browser.

You must have Java installed on your computer in order to run games Pogo, and it should work properly. Either you do not have Java installed, or the Web browser that you use currently does not support Java, or you have Java (or Javascript) disabled in your browser.

    How to solve the problem:
Java is a free download that is needed to play Pogo games. Not all computers come with Java pre-installed.

If you haven't played Pogo games before and get this error, you should probably just install Java on your computer.
Click here for instructions on the installation of Java for your operating system and your browser.

If you believe that Java can be installed but disabled in your browser, please make sure to activate the plugin for your browser. If you need help, click here.

If you already have Java installed, and it is not disabled, your Java may be obsolete or not is more functional. In this case, your Java may need to be upgraded or reinstalled. If you need help, click here.

I did click here in the last sentence, and all he wants me to is download Java7 which was the first reason, it did not work.

I hope I explained it well enough, Mozilla, this is what I get, BUT if I go to Internet Explorer (which I HATE) the Java6 and Java7 work perfectly well. So, apparently, that the Java is downloaded correctly I just can't allow him to play very well with Mozilla and this is my main objective.

Help EA games page went through with me and have proven time and again (after the 1 hour sessions, 45 waits for them) Java work on my computer perfectly with IE but not on Firefox and with the situation in rural areas, I became dependent on Mozilla because of the no optical fiber here it was my best and only source successfully using the internet here in the part far outside the country.

  • Adobe elements editor 12 suddenly too slow to work after working perfectly for weeks

After having made several highlight videos for recruitment purposes, Adobe elements editor 12 suddenly became too slow to work.  Using a MacBook, I get the wheel of death, no matter what I asked it to do, and try to do something with video materials other than to play at normal speed causes the video to freeze in place.  Does anyone have an idea what could change so quickly?

    stryker4909

I'm strictly a Windows of the elements user. That being said, your problem description... files. mov (id) caught my attention.

What is the file name complete for one of these problem files. I found a name online... (id) .mov - HD.mp4. Do you have anything in your afterlife (id) .mov file name?

What happens if you rename the file

    a. If you see now .mov (id), then just remove the (id)

    b. If you have now (id), mov - HD.mp4, then simply delete the .mov (id) - HD, leaving just a .mp4 file.

I took 'a' and 'b' in elements of first 12/12.1 on Windows 7 64 bit and it has not made a difference... any both in the program without problem.

I don't know why Mac could be rename some of your files, but would it be the name change process which slows down things. Is there file storage / recording of locations that need to be explored? Is the name of the file to the left of the .mov (id) change also when appears the .mov (id)?

    Just some thoughts.

  • Help, audio stop working in XW6600 with nVidia NVS 315 graphics card

    Greetings:

I just buy a renovated, XW6600 Xeon dual processor, 8 GB of RAM, Windows 7 Professional 64 bit system.  The PC comes with a nVidia NVS 290 graphics card.  Everything works fine and the speaker in the motherboard Jack produces sounds.  However, when I change the NVS 290 with a NVS 315 (it is a HP spare part), the sound stops working.  The speaker in the systray icon has a red circle with an "x" in it.  If I right click on the speaker, the playback device, it shows two TV as icon one above the other with a red arrow pointing down and a description on the righ side saying "Digital Audio (HDMI) high definition Audio Device not connected.   I have the same result in 64-bit Windows 8.1.  The problem is solved if I reinstall the NVS 290.  For both cards, I use the latest driver from nVidia.  Am I missing something?

Any help to solve this problem is greatly appreciated.

    Hello:

When you install new video card, it must have a HDMI on it audio chip and what happens, is that the BIOS has disabled the integrated audio system thinking not only have you installed a video card, but you have installed a map audio too.

Then, go into the BIOS, probably in the Advanced menu, the options menu, you will find onboard audio setting.

It will be set to Disabled. Set to active, save the setting it by hitting the F10 key and again when you go out (save the settings and exit).

When you restart, the integrated audio system should be back.

Tom, tell him below.  It worked for me.

Use the command REGEDIT and change the key "SoftwareOnly" to "1" to "0" in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Direct3D\Drivers

and then restart the system and it should work.
